This purpose of this research is to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian rubber exports in the international market and analyzing what factors affect the volume of Indonesian rubber exports to China are. The methods used in this research are Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with time series data from 1992-2023.
The results of the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) analysis show that Indonesia can compete strongly in the international market. Partially, the factors that affect the volume of Indonesian rubber exports to China are China's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the volume of Indonesian rubber exports to the World. Simultaneously, the factors that affect the volume of Indonesian rubber exports to China are China's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the exchange rate of the Dollar against the Rupiah, Indonesia's inflation rate, the value of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and the volume of Indonesian rubber exports to the World.79 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

Saat ini Pemerintah tengah mencari solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Masalah yang selama ini dialami diantaranya adalah masalah kemiskinan yang masih menjadi beban pembangunan. Untuk itu pemeritah merancang berbagai macam kebijakan guna menyelesaiakan ini diantaranya kebijakan triple track strategy yang didalamnya terdiri dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif, membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru serta pengetasan kemiskinan dan berbagai program pengentasan kemiskinan lainya. Namun berbagai kendala dihadapi oleh pemerintah diataranya masalah kemiskinan belum mampu menurunkan angka kemiskinan secara signifikan meskipun pertumbuhanya konsisten diatas 6% setiap tahunya. Selain itu pemerintah juga mengalami kesulitan untuk memperbaiki distribusi pendapatan agar pembangunan ekonomi dapat dinikmati oleh semua kalangan masyarakat disamping pengeluaran pemerintah untuk membuat program pengentasan kemiskinan yang meningkat diatas 100% juga belum mampu menyelesaikan kemiskinan yang sejak 10 tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan yang melambat. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji seberapa efektif peran kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah tersebut yaitu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, memperbaiki distribusi pendapatan dan pengeluaran pemerintah yagn terus menunjukkan tren yang meningkat. Untuk melihat sejauh mana efektifitas kebijakan tersebut maka digunakan model regresi berganda untuk melihat seberapa signifikan kebijakan itu dapat mempengaruhi kemiskinan dengan menggunakan time lag untuk variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan menggunakan periode waktu selama 30 tahun. Hasil ini penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pertumbuhan ekomi berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap kemiskinan pada periode waktu tertentu (time lag), Sedangkan untuk pengeluaran pemerintah yang direduksi menjadi program pengentasan kemiskinan juga memiliki dampak yang negative pada kemiskinan namun belum mampu menurunkan kemiskinan secara signifikan karena berbagai kendala teknis yang dihadapi. Dan untuk distribusi pendapan memilki dampak yang positif tehadap kemiskinan artinya semakin besar angka distribusi pendapatan yang diukur dengan menggunakan angka gini ratio maka kemiskinan akan meningkat.\ud
