Characteristics of Dragons: An Analysis of How To Train Your Dragon and Raya And The Last Dragon
Full text linkThis research aims to describe the dragon’s characters and cultural background in the film How to Train Your Dragon and Raya and The Last Dragon. Both films feature mythological creatures as their main characters, making them attractive in contemporary cinema. The mythological creature used is the dragon, whose existence is still uncertain, whether real or purely imaginative. The researcher acknowledges the differences in the manifestation of characters from the same object, prompting an investigation to dicover influencing factors. In the compilation of this thesis, data from the films and previous relevant researches are used. In collecting the data, the researcher is using qualitative descriptive method. This research employs Graham Little's theory to describe characters through their physical appearance, social status, social relationship, and personality. In analyzing the cultural background, researcher is using Abraham's theory that focus on the specific place where the events occur or influence by. From this research, the author concludes that the dragon in each film brings their own physical appearance, social status, social relationship, and personality. Dalam penelitian yang berjudul “Kiprah Basuki Rahmat dalam Bidang Militer Tahun 1945-1966” ini terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dikaji di antaranya yaitu mengenai latar belakang kehidupan Basuki Rahmat, faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan Basuki Rahmat untuk berkecimpung ke dalam bidang militer, dan kontribusi Basuki Rahmat terhadap negara Indonesia melalui bidang militer pada tahun 1945-1966. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi yang jelas dan tepat mengenai permasalahan yang dikaji. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah atau disebut juga sebagai metode historis yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Basuki Rahmat merupakan seorang prajurit yang lahir pada 4 November 1921 di Tuban, Jawa Timur. Pendudukan Jepang dan kondisi Indonesia menjelang kemerdekaan menjadi faktor Basuki Rahmat berkecimpung dalam bidang militer. Kontribusi Basuki Rahmat melalui bidang militer dimulai pada tahun 1945 dalam usaha mempertahankan kemerdekaan Indonesia. Melalui kecakapan militer yang dimilikinya, Basuki Rahmat selalu ikut andil dalam berbagai peristiwa di Indonesia dari tahun 1945-1966, mulai dari perang kemerdekaan saat melawan Belanda, berbagai pemberontakan dalam negeri, operasi Irian Barat, Gerakan 30 September 1965, dan peristiwa paling bersejarah pada tahun 1966 mengenai Surat Perintah 11 Maret (Supersemar). Basuki Rahmat sebagai seorang pemimpin yang bertanggungjawab atas prajurit-prajurit di bawahnya memiliki sifat yang tenang, namun tetap tegas dalam menyikapi suatu permasalahan sehingga ia seringkali dipercaya untuk mengemban jabatan dengan tanggungjawab yang besar dalam bidang militer.

ABSTRACT
In this research entitled “The Gait of Basuki Rahmat in the Military Field in 1945-1966” there are several problems studied, including the background of Basuki Rahmat’s life, the factors that influenced Basuki Rahmat’s decision to engage in the military field, and Basuki Rahmat’s contribution to the Indonesian state through the military field in 1945-1965. The purpose of this research is to obtain clear and precise information about the problems studied. In this research, the author uses historical research methods or also known as historical methods which consist of four stages, these include heuristics, source critism, interpretation, and historiography. Based on the result of the research, Basuki Rahmat was a soldier who was born on 4th November 1921 in Tuban, East Java. The Japanese occupation and the condition of Indonesia before independence became a factor in Basuki Rahmat’s involvement in the military. Basuki Rahmat contribution through the military began in 1945 in an effort to defend Indonesia’s independence. Through his military skills, Basuki Rahmat always took part in various events in Indonesia from 1945-1966, starting from the war of independence against the Dutch, various domestic rebellions, the West Irian operation, The 30 September 1965 Movement, and the most historic event in 1966 about the 11 March Order (Supersemar). Basuki Rahmat as a leader who was responsible for the soldiers under him had a calm nature, but was still firm in addressing a problem so that he was often trusted to take positions with great responsibility in the military.

PROSES KREATIF MAMAT RAHMAT DALAM KENDANG TARI TRADISI SUNDA
Full text linkABSTRAKMamat Rahmat adalah sosok pengendang tari tradisi Sunda yang pada saat ini masih konsisten dalam bidangnya sebagai pengendang. Kemampuannya dalam kendang tari tradisi Sunda banyak didedikasikan untuk ISBI Bandung karena telah memberikan penghidupan bagi dirinya. Di sisi lain, kemampuannya pun banyak diminta oleh sanggar sanggar tari yang ada di kota Bandung seperti Studio tari Indra, Pusbitari, dan sebagainya. Sebagai pengendang tari tradisi Sunda, ia mampu memberikan pengungkapan karakter dalam tari tradisi Sunda melalui tepakan kendangnya. Maka[PO1] tidaklah berlebihan dan sepantasnya apabila ia menyandang gelar sebagai maestro kendang tari. Dalam tulisan ini akan diungkap bagaimana proses kreatif Mamat Rahmat dalam mencapai kompetensinya sebagai pengendang tari Tradisi Sunda. Penulis akan mengupas pembahasannya melalui metode observasi dan wawancara. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Mamat Rahmat mampu menjadi seorang pengendang tari Sunda yang kreatif, karena ditunjang oleh faktor keturunan (genetik), keterampilan, pengalaman, kepribadian, dan juga bisa menari.Kata Kunci: Mamat Rahmat, Proses Kreatif, Kendang Tari Sunda. Mamat Rahmat is a figure of drummer of Sundanese traditional dance who is still consistent in his field as a drummer. His skill in Sundanese traditional dance drums (kendang) is mostly dedicated to ISBI Bandung because he has been given his livelihood here. On the other hand, his skill has been much demanded by many dance studios in Bandung such as Indra dance studios, Pusbitari, and so on. As a drummer of Sundanese traditional dance, he is able to provide the expression of character in Sundanese traditional dance through his drum beat. So it is not excessive and appropriate if he bears the title as a maestro of dance kendang. In this paper, it will be revealed how is the creative process of Mamat Rahmat in achieving his competence as a drummer of Sundanese traditional dance. The author will explore the discussion through the method of observation and interviews. Klasifikasi Tingkat Keganasan Melanoma Menggunakan Evolving Clustering Method
No full textMelanoma adalah kanker kulit yang memiliki banyak bentuk sehingga untuk
melakukan klasifikasi tingkat keganasannya dibutuhkan waktu lama . Oleh karena itu,
sistem klasifikasi tingkat keganasan melanoma dapat membantu mengambil keputusan
dengan lebih cepat. Sistem klasifikasi ini menggunakan metode Evolving Clustering
dan data yang di gunakan berupa image desmoskopis dengan ekstensi .jpg . Lalu pada
pre-processing image dilakukan proses grayscale dan binery image. Penerapan
metode Evolving Clustering dapat melakukan klasifikasi tingkat keganasan melanoma.
Klasifikasi melanoma di bagi menjadi beberapa tingkat , yaitu Low , Medium , dan
High. Setiap tingkatan memiliki bentuk dan ciri yang berbeda –beda . Hal tersebut
didukung oleh tingkat akurasi yang mencapai 74.57%. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem ,
kejelasan gambar dermoskopi melanoma yang diinput pada sistem menjadi factor
penting untuk keberhasilan klasifikasi yang dilakukan.Melanoma is a skin cancer that has many shapes so to classify the level of ferocity
takes a long time. Therefore, a melanoma classification system can help to make
decisions more quickly. This classification system using Evolving Clustering method
and the data used in the form of desmoscopic image with extension. Jpg. Then in the
pre-processing image is done grayscale process and binery image. Application of
Evolving Clustering method can classify the level of melanoma malignancies.
Classification of melanoma is divided into several levels, namely Low, Medium, and
High. Each level has different shapes and traits. It is supported by an accuracy rate of
74.57%. Based on system testing, the clarity of melanoma dermoscopy images

The Hero’s Journey of The Leading Character in The Film My Father’s Dragon
Full text linkMy Father's Dragon (2022) is an animated film in the adventure-fantasy genre. This research discusses the journey and character development of the leading character in My Father's Dragon. The purpose of this study is to discover the stages of the hero's journey and character development of Elmer Elevator, as the leading character, using Joseph Campbell's hero's journey theory and the concept of character development from Roberts and Zweig. The writer conducted the research using descriptive qualitative method to collect data obtained from quotations of dialog or narrative statements and visual containing the stages of the leading character hero's journey in the scenes of My Father's Dragon. Based on data analysis, there are 12 out of 17 stages of the hero's journey that Elmer goes through in the film My Father's Dragon, which are the call to adventure, refusal of the call, supernatural aid, the crossing of the first threshold, the belly of the whale, the road of trial, woman as temptress, atonement with the father, apotheosis, the ultimate boon, the crossing of the return threshold and freedom to live. Although there are some stages that Elmer did not go through, he is still considered a hero because he achieved his goal and his character also develops during his journey.93 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

or maze which the process to solve the puzzle is to move from the start to the finish
point that been determined. This game is a one player game by moving horizontally or
vertically following the line on the surface of sphere-shaped maze. The game will
finish if the player reach the assigned line. The problem solver to help on this Rotating
Sphere Puzzle game is implemented using the Breadth First Search algorithm. The
development of this application was using UML with the Javascript as the main
program language and utilizing the ThreeJS javascript library.Permainan Rotating Sphere Puzzle merupakan salah satu permainan puzzle berjenis
tour atau maze yang mana proses penyelesaian merupakan pergerakan dari titik
permulaan hingga titik penyelesaian yang dikehendaki. Aplikasi permainan ini
dimainkan oleh satu pemain dengan melakukan pergerakan secara vertikal dan
horizontal pada puzzle yang berbentuk sphere. Permainan akan selesai bila pemain
berhasil mencapai jalur yang ditandai sebagai finish line. Pencarian solusi bantuan
pada aplikasi permainan Rotating Sphere Puzzle diimplementasikan dengan
menggunakan algoritma Breadth First Search. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan

This theory explains that the theme in a literary work is obtained from looking at other elements in a literary work such as plot, character, setting, and point of view. Researcher collected data from various sources including The Fallout movie, relevant books, articles, journals, and the internet to support the analysis. From the analysis carried out, the researcher concluded that the main theme of The Fallout movie is about the struggle of main characters’ life after experiencing a school shooting incident. Realistic Shadow Augmented Reality Satwa Langka Indonesia
No full textIndonesia is one of the countries which is well- known for its natural wealth. Various types of flora and fauna live in this fertile country. Like one-horned rhinoceros (javan rhino), Sumatran elephant, Sumatran tiger, Bawean deer and even Komodo dragons can also be found here. Along with the era development, the expansion of residential areas and illegal hunting resulted in the difficulty of finding these unique Indonesian animals due to their diminishing habitat and population. With the current technological developments, researchers apply augmented reality (AR) technology to bring the typical Indonesian wildlife with the true scale without having to perturb the animals population. This technology also comes with applying realistic shadow method so that the virtual object of the animal has a shadow like a real object. Stages of shadow realistic formation include receiving light, which is the process of receiving sun object in virtual environment, then setting plane which is an arrangement of virtual plane in order to accept the shadow projection and shadow projection which is a method to project the shadow on the plain of virtual world. The result of the realistic shadow augmented reality application is used as a reference of the shadow projection to the virtual objects. The application of realistic shadow will give a real impression on the virtual object of the rare species of Indonesia which are displayed.Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang dikenal dengan kekayaan alamnya. Beragam jenis flora dan fauna hidup ditanah subur negeri ini. Seperti badak bercula satu (badak jawa), gajah sumatera, harimau sumatera, rusa bawean bahkan komodo juga dapat di temui disini. Namun seiring perkembangan zaman yang membuat semakin banyaknya perluasan lahan pemukiman dan perburuan liar membuat para satwa khas Indonesia tersebut sulit untuk dijumpai karena habitat dan populasi mereka yang semakin berkurang. Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini, peneliti menerapkan teknologi augmented reality (AR) untuk menghadirkan para satwa khas Indonesia dengan scale yang sebenarnya tanpa harus mengusik populasinya. Teknologi ini juga dilengkapi dengan menerapkan metode realistic shadow sehingga objek virtual satwa memiliki bayangan seperti benda nyata. Tahapan terbentuknya realistic shadow ini antara lain receive light yang merupakan proses penerimaan cahaya objek sun pada lingkungan virtual, kemudian setting plane yaitu pengaturan dataran virtual agar dapat menerima proyeksi bayangan dan projection shadow merupakan metode untuk memproyeksikan bayangan pada dataran dunia virtual. Hasil dari penerapan realistic shadow augmented reality ini sebagai acuan proyeksi bayangan pada object virtual. Identifikasi Penyakit Hypertensive Retinopathy Melalui Citra Fundus Retina Menggunakan Backpropagation Neural Network
No full textHypertension or high blood pressure can cause damage of blood vessels in the retina
which is called hypertensive retinopathy (HR). When Hypertension occurs, the blood
vessel’s swelling and decresed the performance of retina. Physical checkup through
ophthalmoscopy is still done manually by an ophthalmologist and it takes a long time.
To solve the problem, the needed a method to identify the retinal fundus automatically.
In this research, backpropagation neural network is used as an identification method of
retinal fundus. The stages performed prior to identification are pre-processing (green
channel, contrast limited adapative histogram qualization (CLAHE), morphological
close, background exclusion, thresholding and connected component analysis), feature
extraction using the zoning method. The results show that the proposed method is able
to identify retinal fundus with an accuracy of 95% with the maximum epoch used is
1500.Penyakit hipertensi atau darah tinggi dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pembuluh darah
dalam retina mata yang disebut hypertensive retinopathy (HR). Pada saat terjadi
Hipertensi, maka akan menyebabkan pembengkakan pada pembuluh darah dan
menurunkan kinerja retina. Untuk mendeteksi HR pada pasien, biasanya dilakukan
dengan pemeriksaan fisik melalui oftalmoskopi yang masih dilakukan secara manual
oleh dokter mata. Tentu dengan cara manual tersebut, seorang dokter membutuhkan
waktu yang lama untuk mendeteksi HR pada pasien berdasarkan citra fundus retina.
Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dibutuhkan metode untuk mengidentifikasi
citra fundus retina secara otomatis. Pada penelitian ini, backpropagation neural network
digunakan sebagai metode untuk identifikasi citra fundus retina. Tahap – tahap yang
dilakukan sebelum identifikasi adalah pra-pengolahan (green channel, contrast limited
adapative histogram equalization (CLAHE), morphological close, background
exclusion, thresholding dan connected component analysis), ekstraksi fitur
menggunakan metode zoning. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode yang
diajukan mampu melakukan identifikasi citra fundus retina dengan akurasi sebesar 95%
