ABSTRACT. Cultivating ratoon sugarcane by using a stubble shaver conducted on sugarcane cultivation could save the cost of production. A good cultivation could be done by cutting the rest of the plant to the ground. The tool that commonly used was a hoe and a stubble shaver. Revitalization program that included the production of mechanical tools, in addition to providing lucrative benefits in the production business, on the other hand also had weaknesses in some aspects. To improve the quality and efficiency of the tool functions required the development and improvement tools. For example, the development and improvement efforts on tools sugarcane stubble shaver. Therefore, it still needed to conduct research on sugarcane stubble shaver machines to improve productivity especially in the cultivation of ratoon sugarcane stubble by improving the quality of results that would not break the ratoon sugarcane. Rancang Bangun Dan Pengujian Alat Penjatah (Metering Device ) Tipe Edge Cell Untuk Penyaluran Pupuk Butiran Urea, TSP dan KCl

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah penjatah pupuk butiran (metering device) tipe edge cell yang dapat mengontrol keluaran pupuk dengan cara mengatur kecepatan putar motor yang dirakit dengan rangkaian elektronika dan menguji kinerja prototipe metering device dengan menggunakan 3 jenis pupuk yaitu Urea, TSP dan KCl. Hasil Penelitian alat yang dirancang hanya mampu mengalirkan pupuk urea dan TSP, sedangkan pupuk KCL mengalami kesulitan keluar dari celah hopper. Jumlah rata-rata keluaran pupuk Urea untuk penjatah 1 pada tegangan 12,16 dan 20 volt berturut-turut sebesar 81,33 gr/menit, 130,33 gr/menit dan 169,00 gr/menit. Pada penjatah 2 keluaran pupuk masing-masing nilai tegangan yang dberikan berturut-turut sebesar 75,67 gr/menit, 129,00 gr/menit dan 168,20 gr/menit. Jumlah rata-rata keluaran pupuk TSP untuk penjatah 1 pada tegangan 12, 16 dan 20 volt berturut-turut sebesar 121,20 gr/menit, 181,53 gr/menit dan 244,67 gr/menit. Pada penjatah 2 keluaran pupuk masing-masing nilai tegangan yang dberikan berturut-turut sebesar 119,27 gr/menit, 180,53 gr/menit dan 243,73 gr/menit.

Abstract. This study aims to design a fertilizer granules allotment (metering device) type of cell edge that can control the fertilizer output by regulating the rotational speed of the motor is assembled with electronic circuits and test the prototypes performance using a metering device with 3 types of fertilizers ie Urea, TSP and KCl. Research tools are designed only able to drain urea and TSP , while KCL fertilizer have trouble escaping from the gap hopper . The average amount of urea metering device 1 output to the voltage 12.16 and 20 volts, respectively for 81.33 g /min, 130.33 g/min and 169.00 g/min. In metering device 2 each fertilizer output voltage feed all values in a row at 75,67 g/min, 129.00 g/min and 168.20 g/min. The average number of TSP output to metering device 1 at the 12.16 and 20 volts, respectively for 121.20 g/min, 181.53 g/min and 244.67 g/min. In metering device 2 each fertilizer output voltage feed all values in a row of 119.27 g/min, 180.53 g/min and 243.73 g/min

Based on the exam and discussion in workshop, known that math teacher in Pesisir Selatan having problems in teaching Geometry and measurement and also Statistics and probability. The problems are complexity of teaching materials, error in translating competence standard and basic competence into lesson plan, time management and student’s motivation in studying math. Solution that offered to the teacher are translating basic competence into learning process and trick how to teach Geometry and Statistics especially. Teaching geometry by explain all geometry object, i.e. plane and space simultaneously and compare each object directly. Teaching statistics and probability starting by counting process.</jats:p

For the sake of the realization of this vision, BRI's party must maximally provide services to customers. The problem in this research is there is a service quality gap given by BRI Semurup Unit. The purpose of this study is to know the characteristics of customers of BRI unit semrup and the trend of customer satisfaction on service quality of BRI Unit Semurup . This research is adescriptive research. The type of data used in this study is the primary data. The sample in this research is BRI unit Semurup customer who is aged over 17 years old, owns ATM and has used the service of BRI Unit Semurup at least 3 times. Methods of data collection with questionnaire distribution. Data analysis technique used is correspondence analysis. The results of this study show that customers tend to be very satisfied with the honest attitude of the officers of BRI Units in serving customers and on the indicators of the neatness of the appearance of the Officer BRI Unit Semurup when serving the customers and on the cleanliness and comfort indicator and the room of BRI Unit Semurup . customers tend to bedissatisfied with the awareness of BRI unit Semurup officers' awareness of customer complaints, and information indicator indicators specifically by BRI unit Semurup officers regarding BRI's products and services that are responsive to the responsiveness dimensions of the officers in handling customer complaints. On the dimension of reliability is the indicator of the speed of BRI officer units in serving customers. On the dimensions of physical evidence is on the seating availability indicators for customers who wait for the queue number and on the indicator of ATM network of BRI Unit Semurup. Pemodelan Jumlah Kematian Ibu di Provinsi Sumatera Utara Menggunakan Pendekatan Regresi Binomial Negatif
Full text linkAngka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan indikator penting untuk mengukur kesehatan suatu negara serta mencerminkan tingkat keberhasilan program kesehatan ibu. Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan provinsi yang belum mencapai target RENSTRA pada tahun 2023 dengan AKI yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penanganan yang tepat terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan AKI diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah kematian ibu di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan adalah data jumlah kematian ibu di Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2023. Hasil analisis menggunakan Regresi Poisson menunjukkan karakteristik overdispersi. Oleh karena itu, pemodelan kematian ibu dilakukan menggunakan Regresi Binomial Negatif. Nilai AIC yang diperoleh untuk model Regresi Binomial Negatif , sebesar 186,99. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang signifikan mempengaruhi jumlah kematian ibu adalah persentase persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya persalinan yang dibantu oleh tenaga kesehatan sebagai strategi utama dalam menurunkan angka kematian ibu di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

No full textPuncak Pato, West Sumatra, is a tourist destination located on the border of Sungayang and Lintau. Puncak Pato as a tourism destination has natural and cultural potential. It also has historical meaning in Minangkabau for uniting indigenous peoples and religions known as the "Satie Marapalam Oath Agreement". Pato Peak (Bukit Marapalam) is the place where this agreement was signed between the adat and religious communities of Minangkabau. This research is a qualitative study that aims to provide a comprehensive and in-depth description of Puncak Pato as a tourist destination. Pato Peak is located in highlands surrounded by hills and pine trees. There is beautiful natural scenery with cool winds drawing many visitors from West Sumatra and other areas. Existing tourist facilities encourage bicycling , jogging, gymnastics, with meeting places and sites for various cultural arts activities. The facilities also include a large parking area , prayer rooms, and rest rooms. Visitors to Pucak Pato need only buy an adult ticket of IDR 10,000, IDR 5000 for a child. . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang menyeluruh dan mendalam tentang eksistensi Puncak Pato sebagai Destinasi Wisata. Puncak Pato terdapat di dataran tinggi dikelilingi bukit dan pohon pinus. Pemandangan alam yang indah dan tiupan angin yang memberikan kesejukan sehingga banyak pengunjung yang dari Sumatra Barat maupun dari daerah lainnya. Spot wisata yang ada diantaranya sepeda, joging, senam, tempat rapat dan kegiatan berbagai seni budaya. Fasilitas yang dimiliki adalah parkir yang luas, mushola, dan toilet. Untuk berkunjung ke Pucak Pato hanya dengan tiket dewasa Rp 10.000 dan anak Rp 5000. Location for PKL in 2016 at some Central Bureau of Statistics or Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) around West Sumatra, and district government of Padang Utara. PKL’s aim gives positive impact for students and stakeholders. So, it need an evaluation and study about quality of student’s services. It use Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) andImportance Performance Analysis (IPA). Stakeholder’s satisfaction during PKL by CSI is 81,72 %. It indicates stakeholder satisfied the services of students. Further analysis about accuracy of expectation and stakeholder’s perception can be showed by graph of IPA. The result shows there are some indicators must be increase by students i.e. understanding the theory of statistics (X1.5) and communication ability (X3.7). Generally, variable of assurance and empathy must be survived.

However, the development of agricultural mechanization is not always get success, we still can found fatigue in operation of tool of agricultural mechanization , which if this still happen would able to make a decline of productivity. This research aims to find out of workload that produced by operator in stubble shaving process by using hand tractor with two different hand tractor engine rotation speeds, it is 1600 RPM and 1800 RPM. This research is located in sugarcane plantation at Kebun Tanjung Jatti, Binjai, Sumatera Utara.
