Get PDFKenakalan dan masalah remaja bermacam-macam, maka sangat butuh sekali penangan yang serius dan tepat untuk menangani masalah remaja, dengan melihat maraknya kenakalan remaja yang terjadi saat ini. Permasalahan remaja telah banyak dibahas oleh Anwar Sutoyo, baik dari permasalahan kelompok dan permasalahan individu yang kerap ditemukan dalam Bimbingan Konseling Islam. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) model bimbingan konseling Islam menurut Dr. Anwar Sutoyo, 2) karakter kenakalan remaja menurut Anwar Sutoyo, 3) mengatasi kenakalan remaja menurut Anwar Sutoyo. Manfaat yang diharapkan oleh penelitian ini dapat menjadikan wawasan untuk seorang konselor yang hakiki pada problem kenakalan remaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah (library research) studi tokoh yang merupakan sdalah satu jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosio historis dan faktual historis. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi sumber-sumber penulis, dan dikuatkan dengan sumber-sumber penulis yang berkaitan dengan karya-karya tokoh, wawancara. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dalam model bimbingan konseling Islam pada kenakalan remaja menurut pemikiran Anwar Sutoyo kenakalan remaja itu bermacam-macam yang dihadapi oleh para remaja, akibat perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada dirinya baik dari jasmani maupun rohaninya.
THE MODEL GUIDANCE COUNSELING ISLAM ANWAR SUTOYO IN ADDRESSING JUVENILE DELINQUENCY Juvenile delinquency and an assortment of problems, it is needed once a serious and precise handling to deal with teen issues, by looking at the rise of juvenile delinquency is the case today. Adolescent problems have been widely discussed by Anwar Sutoyo, both of the issues and problems of individual groups that are often found in Counseling Islam. This study aims to determine: 1) model of counseling Islam by Dr. Anwar Sutoyo, 2) the character of juvenile delinquency by Anwar Sutoyo, 3) tackle juvenile delinquency by Anwar Sutoyo. The benefits expected by this research can make to a counselor insight essential to the problem of juvenile delinquency. This type of research is (library research) which is a character study sdalah one type of qualitative research with a socio-historical approach and historically factual. Data collection methods include the sources of the author, and confirmed by sources the author related to the works of figures, interviews. No full textPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dampak negatif dari era globalisasi yang membawa dampak pembauran peradaban dan kebudayaan antar bangsa serta membawa dampak bergesernya masyarakat agraris ke masyarakat industri sehingga banyak didapati individu-individu yang melupakan unsur kerohanian yang ada dalam dirinya. Mereka akhirnya terjebak dengan permaslahan duniawi juga paham materialistik dan individualistik yang berpengaruh negatif dalam segi-segi kehidupan manusia. Apabila kondisi seperti ini dibiarkan begitu saja, maka akan membuat manusia kehilangan akal sehatnya, kehilangan nuraninya, kehilangan masa depannya, bahkan membuat hidupnya tidak bermakna dalam artian mengalami kemlaratan dan kesengsaraan jiwa baik di dunia maupun di akhirat kelak. Melihat keadaan seperti ini, akhirnya Anwar Sutoyo memberikan sebuah bantuan berupa layanan konseling Islami sebagai proses pemberian bantuan untuk belajar mengembangkan fitrah dan atau kembali kepada fitrahnya sebagai manusia. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling Islami menurut Anwar Sutoyo adalah sebuah bantuan terhadap individu untuk mengembangkan fitrahnya sebagai manusia dengan cara memberdayakan potensi iman dan akal serta semua kemampuan yang dimiliki individu tersebut. Konseling Islami untuk kesehatan mental individu adalah mencapai kondisi kesadaran spiritual yang tinggi, menanamkan pemahaman mengenai kesadaran diri dan penerimaan diri, membantu memodifikasi tingkah laku, dan membantu memiliki keterampilan sosial serta aksi sosial. Kata Kunci: Konseling Islami; Pemikiran Anwar Sutoyo; Kesehatan Mental

Get PDFDalam kehidupan banyak sekali permasalahan yang dihadapi manusia sehingga tanpa disadari manusia, ia terjebak dalam urusan dunia yang hanya mementingkan materi belaka tanpa mengingat Sang Pencipta. Melihat kenyataan itu, Anwar Sutoyo menawarkan bimbingan dan konseling Islam sebagai solusinya. Selain sebagai solusi, bimbingan dan konseling Islam itu juga memiliki peranan dalam pengembangan dakwah Islam. Bimbingan dan konseling Islam merupakan proses pemberian bantuan terhadap individu agar mampu hidup selaras dengan ketentuan dan petunjuk Allah, sehingga dapat mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan akhirat. Padahal Anwar Sutoyo bukanlah orang yang berasal dari bimbingan dan konseling Islam melainkan bimbingan dan konseling umum.
Dari latar belakang di atas, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah konsep bimbingan dan konseling Islam menurut Anwar Sutoyo, bagaimanakah implementasi pemikiran Anwar Sutoyo tentang bimbingan dan konseling Islam bagi pengembangan dakwah Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, spesifikasi penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif interpretasi. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data library research dan wawancara.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut Anwar Sutoyo konsep bimbingan konseling Islam adalah iman, islam dan ihsan. Iman adalah kepercayaan akan keyakinan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Islam merupakan penyerahan diri dan pengabdian secara mutlak kepada Allah. Ihsan yaitu manusia telah sampai mengidentifikasikan kemauannya dengan kemauan Tuhan, dan membenci apa yang dibenci Tuhan. Maka, orang yang memiliki iman, ia akan mengakui islam sebagai agamanya. Setelah menjalankan rukun islam secara keseluruhan lama kelamaan hati akan hadir, dan derajat ihsan akan dicapainya. Pada diri seorang yang mencapai kualitas ihsan dengan sendirinya dakwah melekat yakni memiliki jiwa amr ma’ruf nahi munkar dan melaksanakannya.
Implementasi bimbingan dan konseling Islam bagi pengembangan dakwah Islam adalah mengakui kebenaran agama yaitu mengakui ajaran agama itu pasti benar; kekaguman pada Pencipta memiliki arti bahwa orang yang kagum terhadap Penciptanya akan mentaati perintah-Nya dan menjauhi larangan-Nya tanpa disuruh; dan ikhlas mentaati-Nya berarti kesenangan hati dalam menjalankan perintah dan menjauhi larangan-Nya. Hal ini relevan dengan pengembangan dakwah Islam sehingga mampu diterapkan sebagai salah satu model pendekatan dalam memahami individu dalam mengembangkan dan memberdayakan bimbingan dan konseling Islam sesuai fungsi, tujuan, landasan, asas dan tahapan layanan bimbingan dan konseling Islam yang berorientasi pada pengembangan dakwah Islam

counseling principles with Islamic perspectives in raising children in a family. Some
concepts of Islam closely related to the implementation of developmental guidance and
counseling in a family cover concepts of human nature, purpose of human creation,
potencies of human, human characteristics, disaster happened to human, and death of
human. As for implementation of developmental guidance and counseling for children,
it should start from the smallest unit of society, that is, family. The role of family in
helping a child to develop his/her potentials is very important because a child is born
to and brought up by parents. A child learns to develop in his/her environment. He/she
also learns how to interact with the environment properly from his/her parents. Although
the role of a family is very significant, not every family is able to play the role well.
This is probably because of the mistakes in choosing spouses, feeding the family, and
educating the child. This could probably because of a role model crisis and lack of parent
observation. Considering the weaknesses, a preventive idea in the form of developmental
guidance and counseling is suggested. This idea can be applied by a family to help develop
the biological, psychological, social, and faith potentials of a child. Therefore, the child
can grow and develop optimally in line with their age level and in accordance to the will
of his/her Creator.

Kualifikasi konselor Islam dalam buku “Menjadi Penolong” karya Anwar Sutoyo
Get PDFAllah SWT memerintahkan manusia agar saling tolong-menolong satu sama lain. Saling tolong-menolong di dalam kebaikan adalah sebuah tindakan yang dianjurkan dan menjadi bagian dari keimanan. Pada hakikatnya, manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang membutuhkan bantuan orang lain, tidak ada satu orang yang mampu berdiri sendiri di muka bumi tanpa terkecuali. Dewasa ini, pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling belum sepenuhnya mencapai persyaratan yang diharapkan. Bimbingan konseling sebagai profesi yang handal masih harus diperkembangkan bahkan diperjuangkan. Pengembangan profesi bimbingan dan konseling antara lain melalui (a) standarisasi untuk kerja profesional konselor, (b) standarisasi penyiapan konselor, (c) akreditasi, (d) sertifikasi dan lisensi, dan (e) pengembangan organisasi profesi. Adanya kualifikasi konseling Islam dapat menjadi acuan guna menyelesaikan problematika yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dengan sumber data yang diperoleh meliputi sumber data primer dari buku “Menjadi Penolong” dan sumber data sekunder dari karya-karya Anwar Sutoyo, teknik pengumpulan data dari buku-buku, karya ilmiah, dan surat kabar yang relevan. Teknik validitas data dari klarifikasi data oleh narasumber (membercheck). Teknik analisis data dengan metodologi analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualifikasi konselor Islam dalam buku “Menjadi Penolong” karya Anwar Sutoyo adalah konselor Islam harus memenuhi memiliki karakteristik sebagai berikut: beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah SWT, memiliki pengetahuan, memiliki keahlian praktis (mendoakan), dan berakhlak mulia (penyayang, empati terhadap kesulitan orang lain, ikhlas dalam menolong, jujur, amanah, bersikap hangat kepada pihak yang ditolong, tutur kata yang baik, memiliki kestabilan emosi, sabar, sederhana dan tidak rakus, juga tawakal). Karena konselor yang efektif adalah faktor yang menentukan jalannya konseling. Maka dari itu, guna mencapai kualifikasi konselor Islam dibutuhkan banyak persyaratan, karakteristik, kompetensi yang harus dipenuhi terlebih dahulu demi tercapainya kualifikasi konselor Islam yang efektif dan berkualitas

"The Quranic Counseling Model to Develop the Fitrah of Human Beings towards the Kaaffah Personality" (The Trying-Out at the Even Semester of Year 2005 Students of the Educational Sciences Faculty of Semarang State University) This research is based on the reality that human beings since they were born have the Ftrah, in the form of iman, that encourage them to do the right things. But in the reality, most of the adult and educated humans deviate from the right behaviour. This may appear because their fitrah neither develop nor function wsll, because their education background is not based on the fitrah given by Allah the Almighty. Neglecting the fitrah will cause the missey and poverty individually and socially. So it is very necessary to develop the Fitrah through the counselling model based on the Quran. Many experts view that the fitrah is very important. Unfortunately only few experts are concerned with. So it is necessary to study who the human being is, what the purpose of the human being created by Allah is, what the Fitrah of human being is and how to develop the fitrah through a model. By answering those problems, it is expected that we can create the Quranic counseling model to develop the fitrah of human beings itself towards the kaafah personality. The research involves (1) the study of maudhu'i exegesis to get information about what human is and what the characteristics are, (2) implementation or trying-out model counseling model which concentrates on developing to the fitrah of human beings, (3) strategic improvement model. The research has been done through some steps, (1) book research (maudhu'i exegesis), through this step we get the information of Counseling (hypothetic) model to develop the fitrah of human beings based the Quranic perspective, (2) seminar involving the experts of couseling, psycholoy, and Islam. On this step we create the tentative couseling model, and (3) trying-out model This step leads us to create the Quranic Counseling Model and the appropriate strategy which can be applied in the real life.The results of the study involve (1) the findings of the, Quranic Counseling Model arranged based on the study of maudhu'i exegesis and the need analysis, (2) the findings of the essence of the fitrah of human beings, the firm pilars, the characteristics of individual with well developed fitrah and having the kaafah personality, the characteristics of the kaafah personality of individual, inhibiting and supporting factors, and things that an individual should do to develop his or her fitrah (3) the strategy of the Quranic Counseling Model application to develop the fitrah of human beings towards the kaafah personality, (4) The religiousity level of the students of Guidance and Counseling Department of Educational Sciences Faculty of Semarang State University shows that most of them have wrong understanding on the Islamic teaching, do not do daily activities based on the Islamic rules, have not been able to get the goodness beyond the worship to Allah, (5) The implication is that counseling is an effort to help a person leam to develop or to be back to his or her fitrah in order to get the hapiness on the earth and in the hereafter. This research recommands that (1) researchers in the future can dig up the model of developing the fitrah from the Quran more deeply, (2) researhers in the future can continue this reseach with larger population so it can be found the standard counseling model, (3) If this model is used, counselors and clients should be muslims, the counselors should understand the islamic teaching deeply, the counselor should show the charitable deeds so they can be a model or example for their clients, and always study the Islamic teaching truly
