No full textElla C. Boise, a secretary for the Votes for Women League in Fargo, North Dakota, wrote this letter on July 18th, 1914, to Lucile Atcherson, a leader in the Ohio women's suffrage movement. Atcherson had requested to borrow a banner from the Votes for Women League, and in the letter Boise informs Atcherson that the organization was having a banner made which they were willing to loan to Atcherson for her event.
The Franklin County Woman Suffrage Association was formed in 1912, after the Ohio Constitutional Convention elected to bring to a vote the question of removing the words "white male" from the state constitution with regard to voting rights. Headquartered in the Chamber of Commerce building in Columbus, Ohio, the organization put out regular publications, organized public speeches and meetings, distributed literature and held parades in support of the suffrage movement. Women's suffrage in Ohio was defeated in a special election in 1912 and again in 1914 and 1916 before a resolution narrowly passed in 1917 allowing municipal voting by women in Columbus. Dapur jenis ini digunakan untuk penggunaan dalam skala kecil sedangkan untuk skala besar digunakan dapur reverberatory. Crucible yang ada dalam dapur berbentuk pot yang terbuat dari lempung dicampur dengan pasir. Terdapat tiga macam crucible menurut jenis bahan bakar, yaitu gas, minyak dan kokas. Crucible dengan bahan bakar kokas jarang digunakan karena kurang efisien. Disini digunakan dapur peleburan dengan menggunakan bahan bakar gas. Hasil pembakaran bahan bakar akan memanaskan dinding crucible yang kemudian akan dialirkan ke logam yang akan dilebur. Dengan demikian logam tidak mengalami kontak langsung dengan api pembakaran

The method of testing conducted in this study using the method of tensile testing, metallography, and composition testing. Where prior to testing the reinforcing steel is first casted in the concrete after it is done combustion process with a temperature of 400 ° C, 600 ° C, 800 ° C and cooled with water and air cooling medium. After done all the testing process got result that is reinforcing steel which has the most optimal tensile stress occurred at temperature of 600 ° C with water cooling media which got value of tensile strength equal to 596,46 N / mm2.
