Damage to a ship in general is common as mentioned above, but the wear
and tear or damage to the ship's structure can be minimized with an annual
survey, inspection and regular maintenance with the aim of ensuring the smooth,
safe and safe operation of a vessel. In Solas (Safety Of Life At Sea) 74/78 Chapter
1 Part B-Surveys and Certificates has been set the Survey and certification
implementation system for the implementation of such activities, all vessels must
pass inspection which includes inspection of the structure and construction of ship
building.
In this thesis the author uses qualitative methods. Data collection method
used is by interview, library research, and documentation study. Data analysis
methods used include data reduction, data presentation and draw conclusions.
Based on the above analysis that the application of Annual Survey system on gas
vessel PT. Pertamina Shipping occurs several obstacles. Thus to prevent, reduce
and eliminate some factors that can hinder the implementation of the Annual
Survey process it is necessary to hold efforts to overcome these obstacles. Efforts
are made to overcome the problem by requesting recommendations to the BKI
about the completion of the repair work, recalls to the employees and crew of the
ship in monitoring the validity of the certificate and also monitoring the position
of the ship by employees in the office.
Therefore, by conducting regular training, the implementation of the Annual
Survey can run smoothly and not found some problems that can hinder the
implementation of the Annual Survey. At the end of the section the authors present
their conclusions and suggestions

Adaptive Milstein methods for stochastic differential equations
It was shown in [27] that the Euler-Maruyama (EM) method fails to converge with
equidistant timesteps in the strong sense to the solutions of stochastic differential
equations (SDEs) when either of the drift or diffusion coefficients is not globally
Lipschitz continuous. Higher-order methods or schemes that are developed based
on EM, e.g. Milstein method or EM with jumps, inherit the problem.
We introduce an explicit adaptive Milstein method for SDEs with no commutativity condition. The drift and diffusion are separately locally Lipschitz and together
satisfy a monotone condition. This method relies on a class of path-bounded time-stepping strategies which work by reducing the stepsize as solutions approach the
boundary of a sphere, invoking a backstop method in the event that the timestep
becomes too small. We prove that such schemes are strongly L2 convergent of order
one. This order is inherited by an explicit adaptive EM scheme in the additive noise
case. Moreover, we show that the probability of using the backstop method at any
step can be made arbitrarily small. We compare our method to other fixed-step
Milstein variants on a range of test problems.
Secondly, we introduce a jump-adapted adaptive Milstein (JAAM) method for
SDEs driven by Poisson random measure. With the conditions of drift and diffusion
coefficients remaining the same as for the adaptive Milstein method, and the jump
coefficient is globally Lipschitz continuous. The corresponding time-stepping strategies that we propose are hence path-bounded and also jump-adapted. We prove
the L2 strong convergence of order one for JAAM and compare its computational
efficiency with jump-adapted and fixed-step methods on test models
Whether small and medium-sized enterprises in China should adopt Beyond Budgeting
Since the inception of the budgets in the 1920s, they have been deeply ingrained in the culture of business (Goode and Malik, 2011), and have historically played an essential role in the management control (Otley, 1994; Réka et al., 2014). However, recently they have become the subject of criticism and debate (Libby and Lindsay, 2010), some researchers thought that the budgeting could be improved (Horngren et al., 2004), while others argued the process of budgeting are fundamentally flawed (Neely et al., 2001; Hope and Fraser, 2003). In this paper, the author presents the study of the budgeting process in three enterprises in China, among which one is the private company and the others are two state-owned, to 1) update the literature on budgeting practice 2) collect empirical evidence to analyse the criticism about budgets. Overall, the author found that although problems exist with budgets, the budgeting system is still viewed as essential in the managerial control in these three companies, and these three enterprises do not need the Beyond Budgeting

rancang bangun alat penyiram taman dengan menggunakan matahari sebagai energi alternati
To reduce using of unrenewable energy for electricity generation, required alternative energy instead. In addition to making a reduction in the use of labor so that they can save operational costs incurred. In order to explore forms of alternative and clean energy sources, solar energy get big attention. In fact the sun's energy is the energy source that availability is not limited. To get the electricity that comes from the sun, we need a solar panel so that light energy from the sun can be turned into electrical energy. A 50WP solar panel produced electrical energy ± around 17Volt and cash flows of ± 1.6 Ampere. So to get the appropriate voltage for the 12 Volt battery required a series of buck converter. The maximal current charging using battery charger circuit is 0.32 Ampere so the charging time about 37.5 hours. The vurrent input in inverter reach 4 Ampere and the current output is 3,8 Ampere with 50W water pump load

Exploration of the Substrate Preference of Lysine Methyltransferase SMYD3 by Molecular Dynamics Simulations
SMYD3,
a SET and MYND domain containing lysine methyltransferase,
catalyzes the transfer of the methyl group from a methyl donor onto
the Nε group of a lysine residue in the substrate protein. Methylation
of MAP3 kinase kinase (MAP3K2) by SMYD3 has been implicated in Ras-driven
tumorigenesis. The crystal structure of SMYD3 in complex with MAP3K2
peptide reveals a shallow hydrophobic pocket (P-2), which accommodates
the binding of a phenylalanine residue at the −2 position of
the substrate (F258) is a crucial determinant of substrate specificity
of SMYD3. To better understand the substrate preference of SMYD3 at
the −2 position, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and the
MM/GBSA method were performed on the crystal structure of SMYD3-MAP3K2
complex (PDB: 5EX0) after substitution of F258 residue of MAP3K2 to each of the other
19 natural residues, respectively. Binding free energy calculations
reveal that the P-2 pocket prefers an aromatic hydrophobic group and
none of the substitutions behave better than the wild-type phenylalanine
residue does. Furthermore, we investigated the structure–activity
relationships (SAR) of a series of non-natural phenylalanine derivative
substitutions at the −2 position and found that quite a few
modifications on the sidechain of F258 residue could strengthen its
binding to the P-2 pocket of SMYD3. These explorations provide insights
into developing novel SMYD3 inhibitors with high potency and high
selectivity against MAP3K2 and cancer
