    This research aims to analyze the influence of the tourism economic sector on increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) in Karo Regency. Tourism has become an important sector in regional economic growth, and Karo Regency as a potential tourist destination is attracting attention in efforts to optimize tourism's contribution to PAD. The analytical method used by the author in this thesis is quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the variable number of tourist attractions has an insignificant positive effect on Regional Original Income. The variable number of domestic tourists has a positive and insignificant effect on Regional Original Income. The variable number of foreign tourists has a significant positive effect on Regional Original Income. The variable number of restaurants has a significant positive effect on Regional Original Income.     This research aims to analyze the effect of Inflation, Government Expenditure, and GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) Growth, both partially and simultaneously on Open Unemployment in Medan City. This research method uses a multiple linear regression model with the help of the SPSS version 29 application. The research type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely data that is not collected directly. The secondary data source in this study is from the Central Bureau of Statistic Medan City. This study uses secondary data in the form of quantitative numbers from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Medan City in numbers, Internet browsing, previous research and published data. The data type is time series data. The data period used is annual from 1990 to 2022 (33 years). The results of the research partially show that the Inflation variable has a positive and significant effect and the GRDP Growth variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of open unemployment, while the Government Expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on open unemployment.     This study aims to analyze the effect of income, saving, and the number of dependents on household consumption expenditure in the Labuhan Deli sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study were households in Labuhan Deli sub-district, Deli Serdang regency, totaling 15,853 households. The number of samples in this study was calculated using the slovin formula and selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and interviewing 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the classical assumption test and regression analysis. The results showed that partially, income has a positive and significant effect on household consumption expenditure, saving has a negative and significant effect on household consumption expenditure, and the number of dependents has a positive and significant effect on household consumption expenditure. This study aims to determine the effect of dependency ratio, HDI and labor force on economic growth in Sumatra Island. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression using the Common Effect Model with the help of the Eviews 12 program. The research sample consists of 6 provinces for 10 years from 2013-2022. The results of the study using the Common Effect Model estimation show that the dependency ratio, HDI and labor force simultaneously have a significant effect on economic growth in Sumatra Island.     The purpose of this research was to find out and study the Effectiveness of the Village Fund Policy in Supporting Rural Development in Langkat Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. The population and sample of this research are households in the villages of Banyumas, Karang Rejo, and Gemi Beach in Stabat District, totaling 100 people. The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using effectiveness test and qualitative descriptive. The returning questionnaires totaled 100 questionnaires. The results of the study show that the level of effectiveness in distributing Village Funds in the villages of Banyumas, Karang Rejo, and Gemi Beach in Stabat District from 2018 to 2022 is 100% in the effective category. , this is due to the minimal amount of the village fund allocation budget. From the village budget, villages have the opportunity to develop the community's economy, through training and marketing community products, developing livestock, community agriculture or plantation businesses, developing tourist areas, establishing BUMDes. With the use of village funds, the village community can improve their economy and increase their income. Implementation of the village fund program in Banyumas, Karang Rejo and Gemi Beach villages in Stabat District has been carried out according to the priority of using village funds in the village development sector, namely for development, development and maintenance.95 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

    Economic growth is one of the important indicators to analyze economic development that occurs in a country which is measured by the difference in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in a certain year with the previous year. Deli Serdang Regency has the potential of the agricultural sector, industrial sector and services sector which are quite large and provide a significant contribution to economic growth. Deli Serdang Regency must continue to be able to develop its region, because Deli Serdang Regency has potential in various economic sectors. This study aims to determine the influence of the agricultural sector and the industrial sector on economic growth in Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive approach. Using panel data with a time period of 1994-2023 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and then analyzed using SPSS. The objects of research are the agricultural sector, the industrial sector and economic growth. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression tests. Testing is carried out with the model used, namely the classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing). The results of the study show that the agricultural sector has a positive but insignificant effect on economic growth in Deli Serdang Regency. The industrial sector has a positive effect on economic growth in Deli Serdang Regency.     This research examines the influence of Regional Original Income, Capital Expenditures, Labor Force Participation Levels on Gross Regional Domestic Product both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in 33 Regencies/Cities of North Sumatra Province during the period 2018-2022. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the Directorate General of Financial Balance, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression using a random effect regression model processed with eviews-10. The results of this research show that partially the variables Original Regional Income and Labor Force Participation Level have a positive and significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Regency/City of North Sumatra Province during the period 2018-2022, while the Capital Expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on Regional Domestic Product North Sumatra Province Regency/City Gross for the period 2018-2022.     This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of Human Capital and Social Capital on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City, with Financial Access serving as a moderating variable. The independent variables in this study are Human Capital and Social Capital, while the dependent variable is MSME performance. The research uses primary data collected from 100 respondents. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the Smart PLS 4 Software. The results show that Human Capital has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City. Social Capital has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Financial Access has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance in Medan. However, Financial Access does not function as a moderating variable in the relationship between Human Capital and MSME performance, nor in the relationship between Social Capital and MSME performance.139 PagesTesis Magiste
