No full textThis research aims to examine in depth the role of women in two novel Garis Perempuan and Tempurung. The role of women in the field of social, cultural, educational, and economic conteks. Then to compare all those roles and summed and find the relevance in education.This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a structural approach and the approach of comparative literature that discusses. 1) a description of each character, setting, and plot lines in the both novels. (2) the roles of women in the field of socio-cultural, educational, and economic,3) comparison of the role of women in the those two novels, (4) the relevance of the role of women in education. The research data in the form of a statement contains of sentences or paragraphs include narrative, dialogue or monologue, as well as interviews with researcher colleagues.Novel Garis Perempuan and Tempurung tells about the struggle of women in playing their roles in various fields such as the social field of culture, education, and economics.In order to play those roles they have to choose; worth of free choice or value. The role of women as mothers was found to be a figure or a model of all those women in struggle.
Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran perempuan dalam novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung. Peran perempuan dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi, lalu membandingkan peran-peran tersebut kemudian menyimpulkan dan menarik relevansinya dengan pendidikan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan struktural dan pendekatan sastra bandingan yang membahas tentang (1) deskripsi masing-masing tokoh, latar, dan alaur novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung, (2) peran-peran perempuan dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi, (3) perbandingan peran perempuan di dua novel, (4) relevansi peran perempuan dengan pendidikan. Data penelitian berupa pernyataan yang berupa kalimat atau paragraf yang berupa narasi, dialog, ataupun monolog, serta wawancara peneliti dengan rekan sejawat.Novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung mengisahkan tentang perjuangan perempuan dalam memerankan perannya diberbagai bidang seperti dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi. Dalam rangka memerankan peran ini mereka harus memilih; pilihan senilai atau bebas nilai. Peran perempuan sebagai ibu ternyata dapat menjadi figur atau contoh dalam sebuah perjuangan

Analisis Akurasi Penentuan Harga Pokok Pesanan (Job Order Costing) pada UMKM: Evaluasi Efisiensi Produksi dan Profitabilitas
No full textPenelitian ini menelaah secara kritis akurasi penentuan Harga Pokok Pesanan (HPP) pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui implementasi metode Job Order Costing. Melalui studi literatur komprehensif, penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa praktik akuntansi pada mayoritas UMKM masih didominasi oleh sistem pencatatan konvensional yang bersifat rudimenter. Umumnya, perhitungan biaya hanya terbatas pada akumulasi biaya bahan baku dan tenaga kerja langsung, seraya mengabaikan alokasi biaya overhead pabrik (BOP) yang krusial. Kelalaian dalam membebankan komponen overhead secara sistematis ini menyebabkan distorsi informasi biaya, yang bermuara pada kesalahan fatal dalam strategi penetapan harga (pricing strategy), ilusi profitabilitas, serta lemahnya pengendalian internal terhadap efisiensi produksi. Temuan studi menegaskan bahwa adopsi metode Job Order Costing secara presisi tidak hanya mengoreksi akurasi kalkulasi HPP, tetapi juga bertindak sebagai katalisator bagi efisiensi operasional dan optimalisasi laba. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi menuju sistem Job Order Costing yang akuntabel bukan sekadar pilihan teknis, melainkan sebuah imperatif strategis bagi UMKM untuk menjamin transparansi keuangan, meningkatkan daya saing, dan memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis di tengah dinamika pasar global yang kompetitif
Intergenic Interactions of ESR1, GSTO1 and AGER and Risk of Dementia in Community-Dwelling Elderly (SADEM Study)
No full textBackground: Dementia causes the loss of functional independence, resulting in a decrease in the quality of life of those who suffer from it. Aims: This study aimed to investigate the interactions influencing susceptibility to the development of dementia through multifactor dimensionality reduction (MDR). Methods: the study population was made up of 221 cases and 534 controls. We performed an MDR analysis as well as a bioinformatic analysis to identify interactions between the genes GSTO1_rs4925, AGER_rs2070600, and ESR1_rs3844508 associated with susceptibility to dementia. Results: We observed associations between the polymorphism of GSTO1 and risk of dementia for the site rs4925 with the recessive model (OR = 1.720, 95% CI = 1.166–2.537 p = 0.006). Similarly, the site AGER rs2070600 showed risk of dementia with an additive model of inheritance (OR = 7.278, 95% CI = 3.140–16.868; p < 0.001). Furthermore, we identified the best risk model with a high precision of 79.6% that, when combined with three environmental risk factors, did not give an OR = 26.662 95%CI (16.164–43.979) with p < 0.001. Conclusions: The MDR and bioinformatics results provide new information on the molecular pathogenesis of dementia, allowing identification of possible diagnostic markers and new therapeutic targets
