    Factors Influencing the Success of the Information Systems Strategic Planning at Higher Educational Institutions in Indonesia

    This study focuses on the proposed development of a successful model of Information Systems Strategic Planning (ISSP) at Higher Education in Indonesia and its evaluation. In the current era of uncertainty in the evolution of ISSPs, complete ISSP success factors are needed. This research was conducted because at that time the success model of ISSP in Higher Education in Indonesia was only determined by the success factors, which are partial in number, namely only one factor and are considered incomplete. The methodology to solve this problem is carried out by adopting a combination of the 2003 Delone and McLean model whose forming factors have been modified, namely Planning System Quality, Product Quality, System Delivery Quality, Use, Satisfaction, and ISSP Net Benefit factor as well as additional adjustment factors to the ISSP context, namely the Facilitator factor as the human aspect and independent factor, namely the Culture factor. The research evaluation used a quantitative approach, with the distribution of questionnaires at an early stage to test the questionnaire as an instrument, and then continued with pretest and pilot test activities which produced instruments that had met the reliability and validity. The next stage is the distribution of the questionnaires and the data is filtered by purposive sampling technique with a total of 223 samples. Processing of this sample data used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Evaluation of statistical test results concluded that all factors have a significant role in the success of ISSP, but the effect and level of importance are different results. The factors that significantly influence the success of ISSP are the System Delivery Quality factor and the Culture factor. The system Delivery Quality factor is also a mediating factor with a significant influence on success. Other factors such as Facilitator, Satisfaction, Planning System Quality, Product Quality, Use factor and their combination have no significant effect on the success of ISSP. Based on the level of importance, it is also concluded that there are only three factors that have a high level of importance, namely Culture, System Delivery Quality and Satisfaction factors, while other factors have a low level of importance

    Evaluating The Model of Realization of The Benefits of The Success of The Strategic Planning Information System at Higher Education in Indonesia

    Information System Strategic Planning (ISSP) at Higher Education in Indonesia is still very much needed because it can provide the realization of benefits for success. Success can be felt in terms of benefits realization. Currently, there are many studies related to the ISSP; however, there are still not many studies that discuss the evaluation of a successful ISSP model in terms of its benefit realization. The purpose of this study is to evaluate a model for the realization of the benefits of the success of strategic planning in information systems using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This evaluation used a purposive sampling method involving 166 respondents from the results of both online and offline survey activities at Higher Education in Indonesia. The application used for data processing from this evaluation activity is SmartPLS 3.1. The results of this study are statistical results that all variables in the model being evaluated provide validity, reliability, and the power of estimation between variables to the model as a whole. These results are expected to contribute both theoretically and practically in planning the success of the ISSP in Higher Education

The emergence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functions to integrate all departments and industrial business functions, especially in the oil production sector. ERP systems simplify business processes by integrating key functions from various departments. The business processes in the oil production industry are currently not yet running, which has given rise to problems with errors in purchasing goods from suppliers, inaccurate calculations of raw material usage, raw material stocks not being updated quickly, and purchasing reports not being generated automatically. Based on the background of these problems, the industry requires a component modeling that helps the ERP implementation process. Component modeling allows users in industry to understand ERP systems better without being overwhelmed by product or technical details. This research aims to define the ERP system components that are taken into consideration in its implementation. The research stages are divided into five, namely pre-implementation, analysis, design, construction and implementation.     Perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kelangsungan bisnis, tetapi juga rentan terhadap risiko bencana yang dapat mengganggu operasional perusahaan. Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) menjadi strategi esensial bagi perusahaan untuk memitigasi risiko bencana yang dapat disebabkan oleh kesalahan sistem, peretasan, bencana alam, dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang DRP pada perusahaan baja ringan menggunakan metode NIST SP 800-34, sebuah kerangka kerja yang menyediakan panduan sistematis dalam menyusun rencana pemulihan bencana.  Data diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi di perusahaan.  Proses bisnis utama yang diprioritaskan dalam perancangan ini meliputi layanan akses internet dan layanan software, karena keduanya berdampak signifikan pada operasional sehari-hari. Tanggung jawab penanganan darurat dibagi antara divisi General Affair, yang mengelola bangunan dan operasional, serta floor warden. Hasil perancangan ini memberikan pedoman pencegahan dan pemulihan yang terintegrasi, bertujuan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan proses bisnis meskipun terjadi gangguan. Penerapan DRP yang efektif, perusahaan baja ringan dapat meminimalkan dampak negatif dari bencana dan mempertahankan stabilitas operasional jangka panjang.     Using PLS-SEM and Interpretative Analysis for Testing Questionnaire of The Success of Information Systems Strategic Planning Benefit Realization.

    The purpose of this study was to examine the ISSP (Information System Strategic Planning) questionnaire which was related to the factors that influence the success of ISSP, namely in terms of the realization of benefits, with the college population as an example of data collection. This test was carried out using PLS-SEM and interpretative analysis. PLS-SEM analysis is used to test the validity and reliability statistically of the 41 questions in the questionnaire. These statistical results are then used in interpretive analysis which will produce a justification to be taken into consideration in the better updating of the questionnaire. The results of these two analyzes have identified that 3 of the 41 questions recommended are omitted. The benefits of this study are input for other researchers in practical and methodological terms
