V prvých třech kapitolách autorka rozebírá různé možnosti distribuce a distribučních cest, jejich vhodnost dle druhu zboží a typu konečného zákazníka. Ve čtvrté kapitole je podrobně popsáno základní dělení bižuterie a bižuterních polotovarů na jednotlivé zbožové struktury. Pátá kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou francouzského bižuterního trhu a hlavními vývojovými trendy jak v prodeji polotovarů tak i hotové bižuterie. V následující části autorka analyzuje vývozy jablonecké bižuterie do Francie. Zabývá se rozborem zákaznické sítě a komoditní strukturou v delším časovém období. Z rozboru vývoje obratů s jednotlivými zákazníky a na základě trendů vývoje, s ohledem na chování konkurence autorka navrhuje optimální modely distribuce jak pro polotovary tak i pro hotovou bižuterii. Diplomová práce je doplněna celou řadou tabulek a obrázků. V příloze autorka nastiňuje odhad nákladů na nový způsob distribuce a případná rizika této změny.The graduation theses theme is optimal distribution policy of consumer´s goods - imitation jewellery from Jablonec to France, one of the biggist European jewellery market. In the first three chapters author analyses different possibilities of distribution and distributions ways, their availability accordance to kind of goods and final customers type. The fourth chapter contains the detailed describtion of different group of imitation jewellery and semi-finished products made in Jablonec nad Nisou and exported by Jablonex company. The fifth chapter occupies by characterization of actual French market of imitation jewellery, main development in imitation jewellery and in their semi-finished product. In the next part author analyzes in detail French consumers of Jablonec´s jewellery and analyzes their expectations. She describes commodity structure of export of Jablonec´s jewellery into France i.e. turn-over of glass beads, glass stones, buttons and imitation jewellery in the long-term perspective. From the analysis of current position of company on the French market and number of its customers author suggests optimal method of distribution not only for semi-finished product but also for Jablonec´s imitation jewellery. This gaduation theses is supplemented by a multitude of pictures and tables. Author suggests in attachment her presumption of costs for new method of distribution and possible risk of this change
Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency: a re-surfacing adult liver disorder
No full text: Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD) arises from mutations in the SERPINA1 gene encoding alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT) that lead to AAT retention in the endoplasmic reticulum of hepatocytes, causing proteotoxic liver injury and loss-of-function lung disease. The homozygous Pi*Z mutation (Pi*ZZ genotype) is responsible for the majority of severe AATD cases and can precipitate both pediatric and adult liver diseases, while the heterozygous Pi*Z mutation (Pi*MZ genotype) is an established modifier of liver disease. We review genotype-related hepatic phenotypes/disease predispositions. We also describe the mechanisms and factors promoting the development of liver disease, as well as approaches to evaluate the extent of liver fibrosis. We discuss the emerging therapeutic approaches, diagnosis, and clinical management of this neglected disorder

Autor čtenářům nejprve přibližuje základy velmi důležitých oblastí, Internetu, obchodování a marketingu. Jejich propojením pak přechází k internetovému obchodování. Zprvu charakterizuje tento moderní způsob směny jako celek, postupně však přechází k analyzování jeho dílčích částí. Upozorňuje na možné klady a zápory a nevynechává ani právní problematiku. Poté se již diplomová práce zabývá samotnými službami internetového obchodování. Kompletně je analyzován projekt Heureka.cz, který plní roli nezávislého internetového nákupního rádce. V celém obsahu se prolínají teoretické poznatky s praktickými příklady. Ty jsou také doplněny výzkumem, který konfrontuje hypotézy sestavené na základě teorií a reálné zkušenosti několika jedinců. V závěru autor vlastními postřehy a doporučeními celou problematiku shrnuje.Inasmuch as there still constantly expands popularity of buying the products through the Internet between people, deals the thesis with services that can be provided within the frame of hereof method of exchanging. At first author elucidates to readers the basics of very important areas, Internet, trading and marketing. Then interconnects them and move to internet trading. Author primarily characterizes this modern exchanging method as a whole. Then gradually analyses its components parts. He attentions to the potential accomplishments and negatives and doesn{\crq}t leave out also legal issues. Then the thesis already deals with Internet commerce. Completely is analyzed project Heureka.cz. It´s an independent Internet shopping advisor. Throughout content are blended together theoretical knowledge and practical examples. Those are also complemented by an examination, which confront hypothesis compiled on the basis of theory and real experience of several individuals. In conclusion, the author summarizes the whole issue by their own observations and recommendations
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

In order to find reasons of current position, the author uses data obtained from external and internal audit. Following to evaluation, the recommendations are formulated. The Master thesis is divided into two parts. The introducing theoretical part is focuses on explanation of used research methods, history of beer brewing in the Czech Lands and history of beer production in Vratislavice nad Nisou. The second practical part contains a situation analysis of position of Hols Brewery, Plc. Concluding part includes recommendations for company management enabling Hols Brewery to improve its market position and to profit from newly gained comparative advantage.Cílem diplomové práce s názvem Situační analýza pivovaru Hols, a.s. je pomocí dat, získaných z externího a interního auditu, odůvodnit a zhodnotit postavení společnosti na trhu s pivem v České republice a na základě zjištěných údajů poté doporučit možná zlepšení. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá metodami, jež jsou v práci využívány a historickým vývojem českého pivovarnictví, resp. pivovarnictví ve Vratislavicích nad Nisou. Praktická část je poté zaměřena na samotnou firmu pivovar Hols, a.s. a situační analýzu. Na závěr jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení pozice na trhu a získání výhody nad konkurencí
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
