The author has also included travel suggestions and a travel itinerary for those interested in following in the footsteps of Lewis and Clark.     Η παρούσα εργασία είναι μια απόπειρα παρουσίασης της Νέας Αστρονομίας του Κέπλερ, ενός έργου εξαιρετικά περίπλοκου, η οποία βασίζεται στα εργαλεία του Bruce Stephenson, για τα οποία δεν θα γίνεται καμιά ειδική αναφορά στο εξής. Ο Stephenson με την εκ του σύνεγγυς και με σαφήνεια ανάλυση των κειμένων των μεγάλων αστρονομικών έργων του Κέπλερ, ιδίως του Astronomia nova του 1609, φωτίζει κρίσιμες πτυχές της πνευματικής ανάπτυξης του Κέπλερ, ιδιαίτερα του τρόπους ταξινόμησης του και την εξαγωγή των συμπερασμάτων του. Το Kepler's Physical Astronomy είναι ένας απολογισμός της αναδιατύπωσης της αστρονομίας του Κέπλερ ως φυσικής επιστήμης, και της επιτυχούς χρήσης του όρου Φυσική ως οδηγού στις αστρονομικές του ανακαλύψεις. Ο στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να διερευνήσει και να εξηγήσει την ανάπτυξη της πλανητικής θεωρίας του Κέπλερ, καθώς και τις φυσικές υποθέσεις που αποτελούν αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της θεωρίας αυτής. Επιπλέον στόχος είναι να ταιριάσουμε τη συζήτηση σχετικά με τη φυσική της Astronomia nova, με τα επιχειρήματα σε επίπεδο ρητορικής του σχεδιασμού του βιβλίου από τον ίδιο τον Κέπλερ.This paper is an attempt to present Kepler’s, New Astronomy, an extremely complex project, based on the tools of Bruce Stephenson. Stephenson have analyzed closely and clearly the texts of major astronomical works of Kepler, especially the Astronomia nova 1609, illuminating critical aspects of spiritual development of Kepler, particularly ways of sorting and export of conclusions. The Kepler's Physical Astronomy is an account of the recasting of astronomy Kepler as natural science, and the successful use of the term Physics as a guide to astronomical discoveries. The aim of this study is to explore and explain the development of planetary theory Kepler, as well as physical assumptions integral part of this theory. Further goal is to match the debate on its natural Astronomia nova, the arguments level rhetoric of book design from the same Kepler
