Dr. Stephen K. Robinson spent 37 years at NASA, where he worked as a wind-tunnel mechanic, research scientist, aerospace engineer, research manager, and then served 17 years as an astronaut. Robinson flew on four space shuttle missions, including three spacewalks, and has extensive expertise in spacecraft systems, risk management, human/systems integration, space robotics, aerodynamics, and fluid physics. He has held visiting scholar positions at Princeton and MIT, and has received numerous awards, including NASA’s highest honor, the Distinguished Service Medal. Robinson is a UC Davis alumnus in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering (B.S., 1978) and received his M.S. (1986) and Ph.D. (1990) from Stanford University in Mechanical and Aero/Astro Engineering. Dr. Robinson returned to the University of California in 2012, and is currently Director of the UC Davis Center for Human/Robotics/Vehicle Integration and Performance.

Since 2010 he has been intimately involved in interagency and international policy efforts related to Space Traffic Management and Space Situational Awareness. He is currently assigned to the Headquarters Air Force Space Command in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of Wargames. He is also a FAA licensed commercial pilot with over 20 years of flight experience. Stephen K. Bannon and the European Populist Movement Comparative Analysis of Bannon’s Activities in Italy and Hungary
No full textreservedWith the rise of the Tea Party movement in the late 2000s, Stephen K. Bannon emerged as a major player in the conservative circles. For years, Bannon has produced political documentaries. However, his time at Breitbart, the leading right-wing publication gave him a national and even an international platform to promote his worldview. In the August of 2016, became the chief executive officer of Trump’s presidential campaign, which later gave him an unprecedented power in the new administration. Although very influential for a period of time, Bannon stayed in the White House for less than a year. After he was ousted from Trump administration, Stephen Bannon turned to Europe in order to build a nationalist and a populist movement, prior to the 2019 European Parliament election. There have been more than a few books written about Bannon. Nevertheless, not one addresses his work and activities in Europe from 2017 until 2019. This project provides an interdisciplinary overview of Stephen K. Bannon, as a European populist figure, while exploring political, philosophical and religious influences that had a formative experience on Bannon’s political thought.
