ANALYSIS OF DESIGN STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN BIOFLOC SYSTEM FISH LIVESTOCK BUSINESS UNIT AT MUAMALAT NAHDLATUL ULAMA SYARIAH COOPERATIVE KASOMALANG
This research aims to form and develop human resources in a new unit of analysis, namely the Muamalat Nahdatul Ulama Sharia Cooperative. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative in this study only in the form of descriptions and statements regarding employee performance using a saturated sampling technique where the saturated sample is a census, where all cooperative members are sampled. The data sources used in this study used primary data obtained from results of interviews, documentation and literature studies as well as secondary data in this study in the form of data obtained from libraries,journals and articles. In this study it was determined that activities suitable for the Muamalat Nahdlatul Ulama Sharia Cooperative in improving the skills and quality of human resources by carrying out training activities for each employee who manages cultivation activities using the biofloc system so as to produce employees who have high knowledge of the cultivation of the biofloc system . As well as in increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of employees can be carried out routine evaluation activities as well as providing rewards and punishments for each employee

The fisheries sector is a sector that can have an influence on the increase in gross domestic product (GDP). Reporting from kkp.go.id the fisheries sub-sector showed positive growth, rising 9.69% in the second quarter of 2021 even though the co-19 pandemic was still hitting Indonesia. The increase was triggered by increased production of aquaculture and capture fisheries due to favorable weather. The Muamalat Nahdlatul Ulama Cooperative is a small people's economic institution, founded by Nahdhiyin Kasomalang residents who have a desire to work towards productive endeavors in increasing the economic activities of small entrepreneurs based on cooperative and Sharia principles. This research method uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. So, based on the background and the phenomena that exist, the researcher concludes that the right business development being carried out by the Muamalat Dahdlatul Ulama Cooperative is currently developing a business engaged in fish farming through the biofloc system
Strategy Formulation in A Microenterprise: Case Study SEHATEA Ice Tea
This research aims to examine and analyze the environmental conditions, conduct a SWOT analysis, and design a strategy formulation and implementation through the EFAS IFAS method. One of the scopes is within the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of SEHATEA Iced Tea, which has become a new business that is highly sought after by both young people and adults and has high business potential. The qualitative study conducted at Sehatea Iced Tea resulted in a SWOT analysis and matrix that outlines the vision, mission, and strategy. After conducting a SWOT analysis on Sehatea MSMEs in the Subang district, it was found how the external and internal conditions of these Sehatea MSMEs are. Sehatea will face greater opportunities compared to threats, while from the external conditions and the internal conditions of MSMEs, they have more strengths than weaknesses. From the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, the Vision, Mission, strategic objectives, and strategies of Sehatea MSMEs in the Subang district were born, based on the SWOT matrix analysis, the vision is to make Sehatea Iced Tea the No. 1 Iced Tea Brand in Subang at an affordable price. To achieve this vision, Sehatea MSMEs strive to provide products with good quality and affordable prices. To realize the existing vision, a mission is designed, namely, standardized product quality with a halal label, maintaining financial performance, creating product innovation, competent human resources in work, and expanding the network of potential consumer markets and businesses.
 
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MODEL BASED ON EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT AND BRAND STORY THROUGH E-WORD OF MOUTH
The topic of this study is a study of the marketing activities of companies that adopt social media marketing, and how emotional attachment activities that usually can only be facilitated by service personnel and how they can influence brand stories through eword of mouth where there is still little research with the research model.To find theoretical gaps on the topics surrounding this study, the authors have studied 104 articles in journals. Conceptual references to definitions, dimensions and indicators are 56 articles and references to partial proving of relationships between variables that approach the topic of this study are 48 articles. By filtering similar research variables, only 26 articles. Then re-filtered with exactly the same variables (SMM, EA, EWOM, BS) only 15 articles which only explained the partial relationship between the variables and none of them have formed a social media marketing model based on emotional attachment and brand story through the eword of mouth. Although there is 1 journal that has a somewhat similar research model, namely (Hudson, Huang, Roth, & Madden, 2016) but with 2 different variables. So there is a theoretical gap where there has been no research with a social media marketing model based on emotional attachment and brand story through an eword of mouth with an analysis unit in the marketplace industry in Indonesia, so this is behind deductively why this research is important to fill the gap.The research method used is explanatory survey. The analytical units of this study are Marketplace Industries in Indonesia and Malaysia. The data used is primary data obtained through a survey of a sample of 100 customers and partners who have become followers of official social media accounts of the Indonesian and Malaysian marketplace industries
Pengukuran kualitas website dan digital payment e-commerce shopee menggunakan metode webqual 4.0 dan metode importance and performance analysis (IPA)
This study evaluates priority areas for quality improvement on the Shopee e-commerce platform involving users as the sample group. Quantitative methods utilizing the Webqual Index (WQI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) were employed for analysis. Findings highlight attributes that require enhancement, such as interaction quality, file security, personal data confidentiality, product information alignment with original images, user-administrator communication facilities, and the need for expanded discussion space. In Shopee E-payment, improving service interaction quality and data privacy emerges as the primary focus. Enhancing platform usability involves offering diverse promotions for every e-payment transaction. Likewise, clarifying information quality, including easily understandable text and accurate transaction details, is crucial. This research provides crucial insights for enhancing Shopee's quality without disregarding user interests and the critical aspects of an e-commerce platform
QUALITY ANALYSIS OF SERVICE WITH SERVQUAL (SERVICE QUALITY) METHOD IN TINI CAKE CATERING & COOKIES MALAYSIA RESTAURANT
Restaurant Catering Tini Cake & Cookies is a homemade catering based restaurant that provides buffet food in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to analyze on service quality and determine the attributes that become a priority in improving the quality of restaurant service Tini Cake & Cookies. The methode used in this research is Servqual (Service Quality). This method measures the quality of service and be used to analyze the cause of service problem and dimensions used in this research are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance. From the research result can be seen that the quality of service at the restaurant has not meet the need and desires of consumers.
Based on the Servqual analysis shows that the attribute of improvement priority is attribute RES3 (the speed of the restaurant in responding to conditions when seat is full) from Responsiveness dimension. Based on the assesment, the attribute has the greatest negative gap value of -0,64 so it needs to be improved from human side
