Evolución de las finanzas públicas de Solita: Una mirada descriptiva 1998 - 2022
Una estructura fiscal sólida en cualquier nivel de la administración pública es una condición necesaria para realizar todas las acciones de política pública imperiosas y las deseadas para satisfacer las necesidades de sus pobladores.
Este documento presenta una breve revisión histórica de la evolución y composición de los ingresos y gastos de Solita 1998 - 2022. Para realizar nuestro análisis empleamos datos del Sistema de Información del Formulario Único Territorial (SISFUT) y del Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP). Para permitir la comparabilidad durante el periodo, todas las cifras son expresadas a precios constantes del 2022 y en términos per cápita. Es decir, se controla por la inflación y por el crecimiento poblacional del municipio o distrito. Así mismo, esto permitirá realizar comparaciones con otras entidades territoriales de Colombia similares.
Para lograr lo anterior, este trabajo está dividido en seis sesiones: la primera sección es la presente introducción. La segunda y tercera sección muestran la evolución de los ingresos y los gastos respectivamente. En la cuarta sección se exponen los Indicadores de Desempeño Fiscal (IDF) para el Distrito. Discussion. Sciara solita Walker was described based on one female from Malaysia (Borneo: Sarawak). One additional sample was found by Edwards (1931) from the lowlands of Northern Borneo (1 male, 14 females from ‘Bettotan’ near Sandakan, Sabah). Brunetti (1920) wrote that the holotype is in BMNH, and in good condition. The original description by Walker (1857) comprises only five lines and is so meagre that the species cannot be identified without studying the type. Of the male found later it is unclear whether it really is S. solita sensu Walker (1857) as there is no description nor figures of this specimen. On this account, Sciara solita Walker, 1857 is removed from the Lycoriella group and placed among the unplaced taxa of Sciaridae (species incertae sedis). Solita Analisis Pengaruh BI rate dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah Terhadap Pendapatan Bagi Hasil Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2021-2023
This research aims to find out how much influence the BI rate and the rupiah exchange rate have on profit sharing income at Bank Syariah Indonesia for the 2021-2023 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of data, namely secondary data. The population in this research is the BI rate and rupiah exchange rate reports obtained from BI reports, and monthly financial reports of Indonesian sharia banks, using purposive sampling techniques. The research results obtained were hypothesis testing (t test) for the BI Rate variable, which obtained a significant value of 0.745, which was greater than 0.05 (0.745 >0.05), while the BI Rate tcount was 0.328 and ttable was 1.692 so tcount< ttable (0.328<1.692) then it can be concluded that H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, the rupiah exchange rate, namely the results of the hypothesis test (t test) for the rupiah exchange rate variable has a significant value of 0.000. The significant value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), while the tcount value of the Rupiah Exchange Rate is 4.215 and ttable is 1.692 so tcount > ttable (4.215>1.692) so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Meanwhile, the BI rate and the rupiah exchange rate simultaneously influence profit sharing income as seen from the F test with a Fcount value of 13.936 > Ftable 3.285 (13.936>3.285), with a significant value of 0.00, it can be concluded that 0.00 < 0.05.

Adjusting design methodology to meet the medical software regulations: Insights from Service and UX Designers
The digitalisation of healthcare is seen as one possible way to reduce the overload in healthcare services. As a result, the need to develop better quality medical software more efficiently is also growing. Software is classified as a medical device when it is used either alone or as part of a medical device for medical purposes, such as analysing or monitoring medical information. In the European Union, medical devices are strictly regulated by the Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Additionally, standards play an important role in the field. In particular, compliance with the harmonised standards should be a means for manufacturers to demonstrate that their device meets the legal requirements determined in the MDR. However, the MDR applies to many different types of medical devices, which means that it is rather general and does not contain many software-specific requirements. Moreover, it does not specifically address the role of the designer in regulatory compliance or the methodology they should use. From the designer’s perspective, the information is scattered and leaves room for interpretation. This can be problematic from the quality point of view, as designers usually play a major role in improving it.
The main objectives of this thesis are to clarify the role of medical software designers in complying with regulations and the ways in which this translates into practice in their work. Based on these objectives, the following research question was formed: How can medical software designers ensure compliance with regulations and standards? To answer this question, data was collected directly from the designers of medical software with a data-driven qualitative approach combining a questionnaire and interviews. The questionnaire was conducted first to gather a general understanding of medical software design and how the regulations impact the work. This revealed that the impact of regulations expands to multiple areas of design, including the design process and expertise required. These were further investigated in the interviews. The questionnaire was answered by ten designers, mostly service and user experience designers from Solita, who have participated in designing medical software. From these designers, four were chosen for the interviews based on their expertise and the insightfulness of their answers. Additionally, one medical software design expert was recruited from another company to extend the perspective beyond Solita.
The results show that the designer’s ways to ensure regulatory compliance in their work focus on following IEC 62366-1, but a variety of other design practices are also found valuable. Based on the collected data, a set of guidelines was formed to summarise the main ways in which regulatory compliance should be considered in the designer’s work. These guidelines are divided into nine areas of application that are designer's expertise, designer's collaboration, design process, design methods, regulatory strategies, risk management, formative and summative evaluation, design reviews, and documentation. Additionally, a generic process model for designing medical software was formed based on the results. The model indicates similarities with the Double Diamond, Human-Centred Design, and Design Thinking design process models.
