SOIM User Manual v6.0
Thanks to ASI for the resources which made possible the development of this software.This document will describe the Simulator for Operation of Imaging Missions (SOIM) software used
to simulate any Imaging System on board of Missions which take advantage of the Spice Kernels
(technology).
The document will provide documentation and a description of the input and output files.
The experience accumulated by INAF in International Space Missions has demonstrated the impact and the scientific return of Imaging tools. In all mission phases, these instruments have required the development of tools to simulate acquisitions, to verify and optimize the observation strategy, and to define the essential parameters for Operations. The Simulator for Operation of Imaging Missions (SOIM) will be a generic software tool for simulating such payloads. It was developed thanks to the contribution of INAF-OAPD; INAF-IAPS; CNR-IFN and will represent a transversal activity to different research lines favoring the optimization of performances and, with the collaboration of the scientific group, the validation of scientific requirements.
At the current date the simulator was applied to 5 instruments:
-the three Monitor Cameras (MCAM) on board of BepiColombo Mission
-the CaSSIS camera onboard of ExoMars 2016
-the instrument Spectrometers and Imagers for MPO BepiColombo Integrated Observatory SYStem (SIMBIO-SYS) onboard of BepiColombo mission
Service oriented interactive media (SOIM) engines enabled by optimized resource sharing
In the same way as cloud computing, Software as a Service (SaaS) and Content Centric Networking (CCN) triggered a new class of software architectures fundamentally different from traditional desktop software, service oriented networking (SON) suggests a new class of media engine technologies, which we call Service Oriented Interactive Media (SOIM) engines. This includes a new approach for game engines and more generally interactive media engines for entertainment, training, educational and dashboard applications. Porting traditional game engines and interactive media engines to the cloud without fundamentally changing the architecture, as done frequently, can enable already various advantages of cloud computing for such kinds of applications, for example simple and transparent upgrading of content and unified user experience on all end-user devices. This paper discusses a new architecture for game engines and interactive media engines fundamentally designed for cloud and SON. Main advantages of SOIM engines are significantly higher resource efficiency, leading to a fraction of cloud hosting costs. SOIM engines achieve these benefits by multilayered data sharing, efficiently handling many input and output channels for video, audio, and 3D world synchronization, and smart user session and session slot management. Structural resource of the aircraft IAR-99 SOIM
Aircraft structure fatigue monitoring has been developed over decades presently reaching the stage where it became mandatory for all combat aircraft to be equipped with an airborne fatigue monitoring system. These systems usually collect operational data for calculating the safe fatigue life or inspection interval for the aircraft structure. This paper presents an analysis of the current state of fatigue monitoring systems on the IAR-99 SOIM based on the experience of international fatigue monitoring programs and analysis of structure resource improvement.Aspects related to strain gauge and calibration, flight parameter data gathering, data integrity, comparison with fatigue test results and fatigue damage models are also investigated by means of flight tests
Flutter analysis of the IAR 99 SOIM aircraft
Flutter analysis is considered for the minimum altitude at which the minimum designed Mach number is achieved, for the maximum altitude at which the maximum designed dynamic pressure is obtained and for the minimum altitude at which transonic effects begin occurring. Moreover, analyzes is performed for any other altitudes considered necessary. Flutter analysis results is graphically presented in equivalent speed with the curves of structural damping coefficient g required for flutter according to the flutter speed. Dai pada Majlis Taklim yang sebagai tempat kaum muslimin mencari sebuah ilmu sudah banyak menjamur di Indonesia. Baik pada wilayah kota maupun pedesaan. Salah satunya, KH. Dr. Soim Al Kassi, M.Pd.I yang hadir di tengah-tengah Majlis Taklim Sirojul Munir desa Tugu, kecamatan Rejotangan kabupaten Tulungagung. Tentunya, setiap dai dan zaman mempunyai tantangan masing-masing untuk menyampaikan pesan dakwah kepada mad'u. Berbagai macam kontekstual inilah yang menjadikan seorang dai dituntut lebih kreatif dalam membawakannya. Sehingga mad'u mampu mencerna, mengambil, melakukan pesan-pesan dakwah yang disampaikan dai. Dengan menggunakan konsep strategi dakwah al-manhaj al ‘athifi (sentimentil), al-manhaj al-aqli (rasional) dan al-manhaj al-hissi (indrawi) yang dikemukakan oleh Abu Fatah Al-Bayanyni, peneliti mengkaji tentang bagaimana strategi dakwah Dr. K.H. Soim Al Kassi, M.Pd.I dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai keislaman masyarakat desa Tugu, Rejotangan melalui majelis taklim Sirojul Munir, bagaimana peningkatan nilai-nilai keislaman masyarakat, faktor penunjang dan hambatan Dr. KH. Soim Al Kassi, M.Pd.I dalam melakukan strategi dakwah dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai keislaman masyarakat.
Penelitian dengan paradigma kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi dakwah KH. Dr. Soim Al Kassi, M.Pd.I melalui majelis taklim dinilai sangat efektif. Penggunaan hati, perenungan, penganalogikan materi dakwah dengan kehidupan, dan mencontohkan materi dakwah. Pada awaknya masyarakat desa Tugu masih belum memperhatikan ibadah dan nilai keislaman. Proses pelaksanaan dakwah tidak terlepas dari faktor penghambat dan penunjang, faktor penghambat terdiri dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal disebabkan menurunya kesehatan dan gangguan mobilitas dalam dakwah. Eksternal masyarakat yang tidak suka dengan cara dakwah Dr. K.H Soim Al Kassi, M.Pd.I. Faktor penunjang kebehasilan dakwah meliputi identitas diri sebagai pengasuh pondok Darul Akwan dan kekompakan pengurus majelis Sirojul Munir

Transforming Education: The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Staff Performance
This study aimed to examine and analyze the relationship between the variables of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration on the performance of educational staff. This study used a quantitative and explanatory approach through a survey technique. The questionnaire was compiled based on the research variables, namely transformational leadership and educational staff performance. Because the exact population size is unknown, the sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula. Data were collected from 100 educational staff members who were the sample of this study. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and the Sobel test. The results of the study showed that idealized influence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff; inspirational motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff; intellectual stimulation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff; and individualized consideration had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff. Leaders and management can utilize this study's results to improve educational staff performance. The variables that affect the performance of educational staff can be used as targets for change to improve performance
