Demanding Characteristics and Behaviors of First-time Home Buyers
No full text학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 환경대학원 : 환경계획학과, 2014. 8. 이영성.금융위기 이후, 주택시장에는 많은 변화가 발생하였다. 국내 부동산시장은 집적적인 충격에서는 벗어낫지만, 주택시장이 하향국면을 맞이하게 되면서 주택매매가격이 하락하고 전세값이 폭등하여 주택매매수요가 전월세수요로 전환하는 등, 결과적으로 주택시장의 불안정을 초래하게 되었다. 이러한 영향은 특히 주택구입 능력이 부족하고 주택시장의 상황에 민감하게 반응하는 생애최초주택 구입가구의 주거수요행태에 많은 변화를 초래한 것으로 판단된다. 이에 대응하여 정부는 생애최초주택 구입지원정책을 펼치고 있으나 생애최초주택에 대한 국내 연구가 충분하지 않아 정책효과를 크게 기대하기 힘든 상황이라고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 금융위기 이후의 시점을 기준으로 무주택가구를 대상으로 한 Heckit 모형을 통하여 그들의 생애최초주택 점유형태 선택함수와 생애최초주택 수요함수를 추정하여 생애최초주택 수요행태와 특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 분석결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 생애최초주택 구입지원정책이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다.
분석결과 생애최초주택의 구입여부는 거주지역에 의한 영향이 가장 컸으며 그 밖에도 가구주의 연령이나 가구원 수에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 생애최초주택은 소득수준보다는 주택자금 대출금리와 수신금리에 대한 평균이자율과 주택가격상승률에 대한 영향이 더욱 크다는 것을 증명하였다. 이러한 결과는 주택시장 상황의 변화에 맞춰 무주택가구의 주택수요행태가 변화되고 있다는 것으로 풀이할 수 있다.
이에 따라 무주택가구의 생애최초주택 구입을 위한 정책적 혜택의 효과를 극대화시키기 위하여 생애최초주택 자금대출정책의 개선과 연령이나 가구원 수에 따른 맞춤형 지원정책, 그리고 지역별 차등화 된 정책 등이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.Ⅰ. 서론

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
