    The purpose of this paper is to determine the control strategy of the renewable energy systems of hybrid solar panel power and wind turbines in maximizing voltage balance. The voltage control strategy needs to be designed, mainly when different load changes occur. If it is not done, it will affect the balance of power supplied to the load and usually damage the equipment used. Solar and wind energy sources significantly influence the stability of the applied voltage’s quality due to the fluctuating nature of renewable energy. This paper proposes control strategies for the use of PIs and the signal conditioning devices that are modified using the battery charging and discharging modeling while taking into account battery lifetime using PSIM software so that optimal voltage results from hybrid solar panel and wind turbine systems are obtained. The battery will be used as energy storage when the hybrid output power is over, which will then be used again when the hybrid output power is less than the load requirement. The signal conditioning device in this study uses five power converters, one AC to DC converter, two DC-DC boost converters, one bidirectional converter, 1 DC-AC bidirectional converter. Maximum output power uses MPPT, which is applied to the boost converter, whereas to regulate the voltage through charging and discharging the battery through the bidirectional buck-boost converter.     Post-harvest handling is important for evaluating the physical properties of tomatoes. The determination of physical properties of tomatoes still used destructive method. This research aimed to identify the variable of image quality which has a relationship with weight, hardness and total dissolved solids of green tomatoes and red tomatoes. The samples used were 100 tomatoes of bonanza variety obtained from Jambewangi Village, Banyuwangi Regency. The variables of image quality was analyzed to gain six variables i.e. area, length, diameter, the indeces r, g and b. Meanwhile, the physical properties of the samples were measured with a laboratory test to obtain the value of weight, hardness and total dissolved solids. Analysis included the coefficient of determination (R²). The variables of weight and image quality had a very strong relationship with (R²) of green tomatoes and red tomatoes by 0.903; 0.930. The variable of image quality had a low and very low relationship for the six variables of image quality produced by (R²) of green tomatoes and red tomatoes by 0.384; 0.015. The total dissolved solids had a very low relationship with the six variables of image quality generated by (R²) lower than 0.187 of green tomatoes and red tomatoe

    Pemutuan buah cabai merah segar di Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual berdasarkan penglihatan manusia sehingga memiliki banyak kekuarangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan algoritma pengolahan citra yang mampu menggolongkan buah cabai merah segar dalam empat kelas mutu yaitu mutu I, mutu II, mutu III, dan mutu Reject. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 400 buah cabai merah segar varietas Biola yang didapatkan dari Pasar Tanjung di Kabupaten Jember. Citra cabai merah diolah untuk mendapatkan tujuh parameter mutu citra yaitu indeks r, indeks g, perimeter, area, panjang, diameter, dan area cacat menggunakan program pengolahan citra. Parameter mutu citra yang sesuai dengan kriteria mutu buah akan digunakan sebagai input pada pelatihan jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST) dengan metode backpropagation. Tiga variasi JST yang digunakan untuk pelatihan JST yaitu variasi JST dengan 10, 15, dan 20 node lapisan tersembunyi. Pelatihan JST dilakukan menggunakan 300 buah data training. Bobot-bobot hasil pelatihan variasi JST digunakan pada propagasi maju untuk menduga kelas mutu 100 buah data testing. Algoritma hasil pelatihan variasi JST terbaik kemudian diintegrasikan pada program pengolah citra cabai merah sehingga secara otomatis program dapat menentukan kelas mutu buah cabai merah segar. Parameter mutu citra yang sesuai dengan kriteria mutu buah cabai merah adalah indeks r, indeks g, perimeter, area, panjang, dan area cacat. Variasi JST terbaik adalah variasi JST dengan 20 node lapisan tersembunyi karena memiliki tingkat akurasi prediksi paling tinggi yaitu 100% dan nilai MSE terendah yaitu 1,05607 e-005. Program pemutuan buah cabai merah memiliki tingkat akurasi pemutuan sebesar 100%
