This study is a thorough investigation of how consumers view online meal delivery services and the variables that affect that opinion. The principal aim of this study is to examine how customers in North Dagon Township, Yangon, Myanmar, perceive online meal delivery services. Using both primary and secondary data and a descriptive research design, the study was painstakingly planned. For this study, 200 respondents who had utilized online meal delivery services in North Dagon, Yangon, were the sample size. The study discovered that consumers had a favorable opinion of online meal delivery services. The quantitative study's major findings revealed a complicated interplay between consumer perception and determinants such as restaurant reputation, food delivery, e-service quality, price, online food delivery software, customer satisfaction, and risk perceptions. It was discovered that consumers valued variety, ease of meal delivery, and eco-friendly packaging. Significant criteria that were identified included price, minimum order numbers, and clear communicatio

© 2017 Author(s). The microsphere formulations of Chit/TPP/Sm/Fe3O4/Rn were prepared by an ionic gelation technique, where Chit=chitosan, TPP=tripolyphosphate, Sm=samarium and Rn=ranitidine. Optimum of microsphere formulation exhibit magnetic and fluorescent properties with adsorption efficiency of ∼92% was obtained for Chit/TPP/Sm/Fe3O4/Rn with ratio 400:500:50:1:20. Fluorescence intensity of microsphere formulations increased with the cumulative amount release of ranitidine, so that the changing of fluorescence intensity at wavelength of 590 nm referring to the Sm3+ ion could be used as indicator in DDS. With the demonstration of sustained release from microsphere formulation, it allows to investigate the applications to other drugs

New remains of Siamotherium pondaungensis (Cetartiodactyla, Hippopotamoidea) from the Eocene of Pondaung, Myanmar: Paleoecologic and phylogenetic implications

No full text
We describe an exceptionally well preserved skull of a small anthracothere from the late middle Eocene of the Pondaung Formation that can be confidently attributed to Siamotherium pondaungensis, a species that was first diagnosed on the basis of a fragmentary maxilla preserving two upper molars. The new material confirms that Siamotherium pondaungensis is an anthracothere and not a helohyid as repeatedly suggested. According to its dentition and skull structure, Siamotherium pondaungensis was most likely a terrestrial, open-forest animal with an omnivorous diet that showed no significant adaptation to folivory. A phylogenetic analysis that includes both species of Siamotherium confirms their basal position within the Hippopotamoidea. The present research deals with a taxonomic study on family Orchidaceae in Pein Chit Reserved Forest, Loikaw District, Kayah State. The study feature was presented by nine species belonging to six genera of family Orchidaceae. There were two terrestrials and seven epiphytic species. Paphiopedilum bellatulum (Reichb.f.) Stein and Pholidota articulata Lindl are terrestrial plants, Eria acervata Lindl., E. amica Rchb. f., E. pubescens Wight., Gastrochilus calceolaris (Buch.Ham.exSm.)D.Don., Geodorum citrinum Jacks.,Ornithochilus difformis (Wall.ex.Lindl) Schltr. and Paphiopedilum parishii (Reichb.f.) Steinare epiphytes. The collected nine species were identified and classified. An artificial key ofthe studied plants and description of plants were also mentioned for easy identification. The research will provide the valuable information on resources of orchid species in Kayah State

Trinity as Sat-Chit-Ananda in the Thought of the Indian Theologian Brahmabandav Upadhyaya

No full text
Many authors, including Julius Lipner, holds that Upadhyaya was interpreting Sat-Chit-Ananda and Maya o f Advaita Vedanta in terms o f the neo-Thomism o f the day and therefore his originality in these matters was only lim ited for an Indian Christian t h e o l o g y . Taking a drasti call y different approach, our author studies Upadhyaya’ s interpretation o f Trinity as Sat-Chit-Ananda. First he traces the insights o f authors like Keshub Chunder Sen (1838 1884), J. Monchanin (1895-1957), Swami Abhishiktananda (1910 1973), Bede Griffiths and Vandana Mataji. Keshub Chunder Sen is important because sixteen years before Upadhyaya, in 1882, he was the first one to interpret the Trinity as Saccidananda. For Sen Trinity was only a symbol and the three members o f the symbol, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were just pointing to the reality o f God in different ways; the three members do not represent three persons sharing the same essence but they are just three functions o f the same person. Moreover, Sen g i v e s only a very brief account o f Trinity as Sat-Chit-Ananda. The author affirms that i l f Upadhyaya’s Saccidananda represented God in Hi mse l f as unrelated alone, for Abhishiktananda the conc e pt s i g n i fied the inseparable aspects o f the mystery o f God in Him s e l f / H e r s e l f as well as the mystery o f the divine presence in the innermost sanctuary of a person’s being. Abhishiktananda at least outwardly b e l i e v e d that the Hindu experience o f Saccidananda should be remoulded to attain the Chris tian experience o f Saccidananda and once that is actu alized, the renewed experience of Saccidananda would be the Trinitarian culmination o f advaitic experience. According to our author, the uniqueness o f Upadhyaya's interpretation of Trinity as Saccidananda lies in showing the fact that they both are exactly the same
