PENGGUNAAN EXPLOSIVE LOW DENSITY PADA PELEDAKAN AREA DI BAWAH RADIUS AMAN MANUSIA DAN PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITY ALAT GALI DI AREA TERSEBUT PADA PENAMBANGAN BLOK B1 PIT C2 SAMBARATA MINE OPERATION PT BERAU COAL
ABSTRAK Pit C2, merupakan salah satu blok penambangan Site Sambarata Mine Operation yaitu masuk ke dalam blok B1. Merupakan pit aktif hingga sekarang dimana penambangan dari 2018 hingga akhir 2019 telah mengarah ke pemukiman hingga boundary pit (2019) berjarak 200 m ke pemukiman terdekat dan area tersebut penambangan menggunakan peledakan.Volume overburden pada area tersebut yang termasuk zona dibawah 500 m jarak aman peledakan adalah 1.340.281 bcm dan coal sebesar 175.237 ton dengan SR 7,65. Telah diterapkan beberapa taknik peledakan pada area tersebut ,yaitu salah satunya dengan sistem peledakan elektronik detonator dengan berbagai improvmentnya diantaranya : pola segementasi, segmentasi bufferzone, electronic detonator with air decking dan penggunaan matrial stemming full gravel. Kendala yang timbul adalah masalah efek peledakan yaitu vibrasi dan fly rock dengan jarak tersebut serta pembentukan bench height yang tidak maksimal karena adanya limit kedalaman lubang maksimal 5 m di area 500-300 m dari pemukiman, sehingga produktivity unit (PC 2000) tidak maksimal dan menimbulkan blasting cost yang tinggi. Penggunaan Explosives Low Density (0,7-0,8 gr/cc), di area < 500 m dari pemukiman bisa menambah kedalaman lubang bor hingga kedalaman 7 m, sehingga menambah volume peledakan tanpa mengubah parameter peledakan sebelumnya yaitu : pattern peledakan, charging weight dan penggunaan sistem elektronik detonator dan juga bisa menggunakan sistem peledakan nonel. Dengan explosive low density pengingkatan column raise lubang ledak menjadi 1,3 m. Dari data digging time unit loader (PC 2000), mampu mencapai 9,9 detik dari target maksimal 11 detik, produktivity di atas 700 bcm/jam dan vibration effect yang dihasilkan masih di bawah 2,2 mm/sec (PVS) yang menjadi patokan site. Sehingga penggunaan explosive low explosive ini bisa mempercepat sekuen penambangan di pit C2 sesuai dengan boundary disain 2019 Kata kunci : Low density,Ground vibration, fly rock , productivity  ABSTRACT Pit C2, is one of the Mining Samntbarata Mine Operation mining blocks, which is included in Block B1. The use of Explosives Low Density (0.7-0.8 gr / cc), in the <500 m area of the settlement can increase the depth of the drill hole to a depth of 7 m, thus increasing the volume of blasting without changing the previous blasting parameters namely: blasting pattern, charging weight and the use of an electronic detonator system and can also use a nonel blasting system. With explosive low density the column raising the explosive hole to 1.3 m. From the digging time unit loader data (PC 2000), it can reach 9.9 seconds from the maximum target of 11 seconds, productivity above 700 bcm / hour and the resulting vibration effect is still below 2.2 mm / sec (PVS) which is the benchmark site . Analisis Rugi-Rugi (Losses) Transformator Daya 150/20 KV di PT. PLN (Persero) Gardu Induk Sutami ULTG Tarahan
In general, in the distribution of electrical energy, there will always be losses. In a transformer, there are two types of losses, namely technical losses and non-technical losses. Non-technical losses are caused by things outside of system performance, such as accidents, natural disasters, human negligence, and so on. Meanwhile, technical losses are caused by two things, namely copper losses and core losses. Technical losses in the transformer cause the efficiency of the electricity supply to be low. Therefore the author will make a thesis entitled "Analysis of Losses Power Transformer 150/20 KV in PT PLN (PERSERO) Substation Sutami ULTG Tarahan" The analysis was carried out in July 2019, which aims to determine the amount of losses - losses on the transformer every day within a month, as well as calculating the percentage increase in losses due to changes in normal load current to peak load current. The calculation results show that the highest Losses on Transformer 1 falls on July 23, 2019, amounting to 4,588,204 kw. The highest loss on Transformer 2 falls on July 11, 2019, amounting to 16,246,884 kw. Then the magnitude of the change in the increase in current from normal load current to peak load current on Transformer 1, will cause losses to increase by 3.66 percent, and the amount of change in the increase in current from normal load current to peak load current on Transformer 2, will cause losses to increase by 2,38 percent.

Expressive Illocutionary Speech Acts in Chinese Children Novel
An expressive illocutionary speech act is a speech in which a speaker expresses his thoughts and feelings of being thanking and apologizing. Usually, one utterance conveys one meaning, but in this research, one sentence has two to four additional meanings. This phenomenon came from elements outside the sentence that affect the presence of the additional meaning. The aim is to present the indication that one utterance can have more than one meaning and expand the theory of illocutionary speech acts. This research used a qualitative method to examine the role of context in these additional meanings. Vanderveen & Macqueen's list of performative verbs (1990) is a guide in analyzing 96 data to determine the role of context. The result shows that some data have multiple senses of expressive speech acts. There are two, three, or four meanings in one sentence. To praise one is the most common speech function found. When admiring someone, the speaker also announces his agreement and offers something in the future. The many tasks of praising found in the data show the author of this children's novel to set an example for readers, especially children, to respect others with more than one meaning

Blasting Operational Improvement for Efficiency and Optimization of Coal Reserves Case Study: Pit C2-PT.Berau Coal
PT.Berau Coal (PT.BC) is a company that holds a Coal Mining Concession Work Agreement (PKP2B) located in Berau District, East Kalimantan Province. PT.BC uses an open pit mining system, where one of the important stages in the mining process is using a blasting system to blow up the covering material (overburden). The government issued Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Regulation No.26 of 2018 and Decree No.1827.K/30/MEM/2018 limit the safe distance of blasting for mining equipment and facilities 300 m and for humans 500 m and the case of changes in the blasting activity, technical studies must be conducted first. The blasting effects such as Ground Vibration, Airblast and Flyrock must be safe and comply with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). In an effort to achieve the production targets for 2020 and Life of Mine (LOM), Sambarata Mine Operation has an opportunity of optimization Pit C2 to the south but limited to safe distance <500 m from humans and public facilities. The number of overburden that can be excavated at a distance of 150-500 m by Life of Mine (LOM) is 24,573,000 BCM, with a stripping ratio of 8.64, coal will get 2,843,000 ton. Blasting operational system improvement at safe distance 150-500 m from human and public facilities is a solution to the business issue. Some of the main improvements made were improvements in the Technical Blasting, Quality Control and Risk Control. Implementation of this project gives good results such as: blasting effect (Ground Vibration, Airblast and Flyrock) below the threshold value according to SNI standards and target, production efficiency in terms of saving production costs and increase the productivity of the unit loader, and optimization of coal reserves.Key words: Blasting, Improvement, Efficiency, Optimization, Safe Distance, Ground Vibration, Airblast, Flyroc

Analisis Konten Integrasi STEM pada Buku Tematik Tema Globalisasi Materi Energi Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar
Abstract: The quality of teaching material is important in supporting learning process. Teaching material may also be used as a tool of communication and interaction between educators and students to achieve learning competencies. This study aims to find out the analysis result of Thematic Book on the Theme: Globalization of Energy in the 6th grade of Elementary School based on STEM integration aspects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). This study used qualitative research with a content analysis approach. The samples used in this study are three thematic books on the theme of globalization for elementary school from three different publishers. Sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, while the data collection used by the author is documentation. The result of this study shows the existence of contents of the four STEM aspects that are analyzed in the three different thematic books on the theme of globalization. However, it was found that there was an unequal distribution ratio of STEM dominated by the category of science aspects. The analysis that has conducted by the author shows that the STEM aspect appears the most in book B with a percentage of 93,75% then followed by book C with 91,66% and book A with 91,42%. The most dominant aspect in the three books is science aspect which is contained highest in book C and contained lowest in book B. Meanwhile, the aspect that is contained the least in three books is Engineering which is contained highest in book A and lowest in book C. Through this study, it is hoped that teachers will be assisted to have experience in selecting teaching material which has good quality and will be used as a reference of teaching in 21st century. Furthermore, this study is expected to be used as a reference and evaluation material to revise the quality of books so that the distribution of every aspect presented is balanced.Abstrak: Kualitas isi buku ajar sangat penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Buku ajar juga dapat berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi dan sarana interaksi antara pendidik dengan peserta didik untuk mencapai kompetensi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis Buku Tematik Tema Globalisasi Materi Energi Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar berdasarkan aspek integrasi STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi (content analysis). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah tiga buku tematik tema globalisasi sekolah dasar dari tiga penerbit yang berbeda. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penentuan (purposive sampling). Pengumpulan data melalui analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dan rater pada setiap halaman buku tematik tema globalisasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya muatan keempat aspek STEM yang dianalisis pada ketiga buku tematik tema globalisasi yang dianalisis, namun ditemukan perbandingan sebaran yang tidak merata dengan didominasi kategori aspek Science. Analisis yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan bahwa aspek STEM yang paling banyak muncul yaitu pada buku B dengan presentase 93,75%. Kemudian dilanjut dengan buku C sebesar 91,66% dan yang terakhir buku A sebesar 91,42%. Aspek yang paling dominan pada ketiga buku adalah science yang dimuat paling tinggi pada buku C dan paling rendah pada buku B. Sedangkan aspek yang dimuat paling sedikit pada ketiga buku adalah Engineering dimana yang paling tinggi adalah buku A dan yang paling rendah adalah Buku C. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat membantu guru mempunyai pengalaman untuk memilih buku teks yang memiliki kualitas bagus yang akan dijadikan acuan dalam mengajar di abad 21 serta dapat dijadikan salah satu rujukan dan bahan evaluasi untuk memperbaiki kualiatas buku agar sebaran setiap aspek yang disajikan seimbang
MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PENDIDIK DI MTsS BANII SAALIM BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Di dunia pendidikan tujuan manajemen sumber daya manusia
lebih mengarah pada peningkatan pendidikan yang bermutu,
membentuk sumber daya manusia yang handal, produktif, kreatif dan
berprestasi. Sehingga dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya secara
profesional tenaga pendidik harus memiliki kompetensi yang
disyaratkan baik oleh peraturan pemerintah maupun kebutuhan
masyarakat. Adapun yang menjadi pokok permasalahan dalam
penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana perencanaan SDM Pendidik di
MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung, 2) Bagaimana analisis SDM
Pendidik di MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung, 3) Bagaimana
desain SDM Pendidik di MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis
pengamatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTsS Banii
Saalim Bandar Lampung yang beralamatkan di Jl. Ir. Sutami Way
Laga Sukabumi Bandar Lampung. Sumber data penelitian ini
diperoleh langsung dari Kepala Madrasah, Ketua TU dan Guru di
MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data pada
penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik
analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data
dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data pada penelitian ini
adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.
Hasil penelitian ini 1) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah
penulis laksanakan penulis menemukan bahwa: perencanaan sumber
daya manusia pendidik di MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung cukup
terencana dengan baik, perencanaan SDM pendidik dilakukan dari
pengelolaan persediaan guru, perencanaan dilakukan pada awal
perekrutan guru, proses perencanaan SDM pendidik dilakukan untuk
memenuhi kebutuhkan SDM pendidik dimadrasah, perencanaan SDM
pendidik dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan kompetensi
yang dimiliki guru sesuai dengan kualifikasi sarjana yang telah
ditempuh, sehingga perencanaan tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan
jangka panjang dan diadakannya monitoring dan evaluasi. 2) Dalam
melakukan analisis sumber daya manusia pendidik di MtsS Banii
Saalim Bandar Lampung, analisis SDM pendidik sudah dilakukan
pada awal semester dengan melakukan penilaian kerja guru (PKG).

Analisis SDM pendidik dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kinerja guru
selama satu tahun mengajar dan mengetahui hasil dan kualitas yang
dimiliki guru. Dalam analisis SDM pendidik sistem yang dilakukan
oleh kepala madrasah yaitu menganalisis kualitas guru, produktivitas
guru, pengetahuan guru, bisa diandalkan, kehadiran guru, dan
kemandirian guru. 3) Desain sumber daya manusia pendidik di MTsS
Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung, Sistem mendesain sumber daya
manusia pendidik dilaksanakan dari pentingnya tugas yang diberikan
dari kepala yayasan, pengembangan kemampuan dan keterampilan
pendidik sudah dilaksanakan dengan berbagai pelatihan, pembinaan,
bimtek, sosialisasi, mengikuti kegiatan MGMP dan KKM, keragaman
tugas yang diberikan untuk pendidik terdapat adanya rangkap tugas.

ABSTRACT
In the world of education, the goal of human resource
management is more towards improving quality education, forming
human resources who are reliable, productive, creative and
accomplished. So that in carrying out their duties and functions
professionally, teaching staff must have the competencies required by
both government regulations and community needs. The main issues
in this research are 1) How to plan human resources for educators at
MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung, 2) How to analyze of HR
educators at MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung, 3) How to design
of HR educators at MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung.
This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive
observation type. This research was carried out at MTsS Banii Saalim
Bandar Lampung which is addressed at Jl. Ir. Sutami Way Laga
Sukabumi Bandar Lampung. The data sources for this research were
obtained directly from the Head of Madrasah, Teachers and Head of
TU at MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung. The data collection
techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The
data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation
and drawing conclusions. The data validity test used is source
triangulation and technical triangulation.
The results of this research 1) Based on the results of the
research that the author has carried out, the author found that: the
planning of human resource educators at MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar
Lampung is quite well planned, the planning of educational human
resources is carried out from the management of teacher supplies,
planning is carried out at the beginning of teacher recruitment, the
planning process Educator human resources are carried out to meet
the needs of educational human resources in madrasas, planning of
educational human resources is carried out to determine the abilities
and competencies possessed by teachers in accordance with the
undergraduate qualifications they have taken, so that the planning is
in accordance with long-term needs and monitoring and evaluation
are carried out. 2) In conducting an analysis of human resources for
educators at MtsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung, an analysis of
human resources for educators was carried out at the beginning of the

semester by conducting a teacher work assessment (PKG). Educator
HR analysis is carried out to improve teacher performance during one
year of teaching and determine the results and qualities of teachers.
In the analysis of the system's educational human resources carried
out by the head of the madrasah, namely analyzing teacher quality,
teacher productivity, teacher knowledge, reliability, teacher presence
and teacher independence. 3) Design of human resources for
educators at MTsS Banii Saalim Bandar Lampung. The system for
designing human resources for educators is carried out based on the
importance of the tasks given by the head of the foundation, The
development of educators' abilities and skills has been carried out
through various training, coaching, technical guidance, socialization,
participating in MGMP and KKM activities, the diversity of tasks
given to educators, there are multiple tasks.
