Normative reconstruction and social character of freedom in Axel Honneth
This research object aims to study and identify the essential traits involved in the theoretical approach of social and political relations brought in the work Freedom’s Right by the german philosopher Axel Honneth. It analyses the hegelian influence on the concept of freedom, as well as the factors related to the supply of subjective needs, mediated by the different social "spheres". Honneth thus seeks to bring to light the understanding of a new model of freedom stemming from Hegel’s Philosophy of Law, which differs substantially from traditional models. The author seeks to highlight the limitation of liberal theories of justice, invoking the need for an integrated view of the social relations experienced in the spheres referred to by Hegel, conceiving a concrete experience of social freedom. In this sense, the interdisciplinary and emancipatory character of the normative reconstruction method is evidenced, as a theorical basis for public justification in modern societies
Introduction
This short introduction reflects upon the significance of the conference to the research topic and scholarly community. After briefly providing an overview of the collaborative framework within which the event took place, it provides a few figures on the participation to the call for papers and the conference itself, as well as a few explanatory words concerning the different themed sessions and sections of the proceedings. Doing so allows the authors to highlight the relevance of the event to both research on the topic and to the concerned disciplines, but also the under-represented topics and disciplines, as a constructive contribution to the future research agend

Non-parametric assessment of non-inferiority with censored data
We suggest non-parametric tests for showing non-inferiority of a new treatment compared to a standard therapy when data are censored. To this end the difference and the odds ratio curves of the entire survivor functions over a certain time period are considered. Two asymptotic approaches for solving these testing problems are investigated, which are based on bootstrap approximations. The performance of the test procedures is investigated in a simulation study, and some guidance on which test to use in specific situations is derived. The proposed methods are applied to a trial in which two thrombolytic agents for the treatment on acute myocardial infarction were compared, and to a study on irradiation therapies for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer. Non-inferiority over a large time period of the study can be shown in both cases. Copyright (c) 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd

Defined by peculiarities of glans penis morphology, composition of the sternal region, and supported by molecular phylogenetic evidence. Palps without bottlebrush-shaped hairs, distal articles with dense cover of microtrichia, claw rudiment present. Chelicerae of moderate size, enlarged in <i>Ischyropsalis</i>. Except for few cavespecies in <i>Ischyropsalis</i> males with glandular fields on the dorsal cheliceral segment, these partly associated with apophyses. Stylus simple, long and tapering, either bent at the base (<i>Ischyropsalis</i>) or set with indistinct hook-like structures. Ovipositor short and stout, without large papillae, opening cleft of vagina bordered by a seam of microspinules, medium-sized setae on apical part only, arranged into rows and clusters. Frontal margin of opisthosoma without a median furrow. Coxae II to IV with sternal apophyses, labium large.
