    This research discusses the use of metaphor features in the Podcast Najwa Shihab Episode “Eklusif: Ganjar Pranowo dan Piala Dunia” | Mata Najwa. This podcast is one of the contents of Najwa Sihab's Youtube channel which is the source of data in this study. The purpose of the research is to analyze the characteristics of metaphors used and their relationship with power. This research was conducted using Fairclough's (1992) critical discourse research approach, which views language as a means of power. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Through this research, the author found six metaphorical expressions from the podcast episode " Eklusif: Ganjar Pranowo dan Piala Dunia” | Mata Najwa. The results of this study show that language not only plays a central role in human life, but language is also created as a tool to control something, change something or make something happen. Other results show that the discourse and communication patterns between Najwa Shihab and Ganjar Pranowo in the podcast exemplify the exercise of power that directly influences people's opinions and behavior in responding to the government's stance of canceling the 2023 World Cup in Indonesia

    Pelayanan publik adalah suatu kegiatan pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat dalam bentuk jasa maupun barang, namun saat ini buruknya pelayanan publik yang dirasakan masyarakat adalah pelayanan yang berbelit-belit, keterampilan pelayan publik yang kurang profesional, serta waktu pelayanan yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Permasalahan ini muncul dalam rangka untuk memberikan evaluasi kepada pelayan publik supaya lebih baik. Pelayan publik dituntut dapat menciptakan suatu ide atau inovasi pelayanan supaya kepuasan suatu masyarakat dapat terjamin. Media sosial menjadi solutif-alternative yang sangat berperan penting untuk optimalisasi sebuah sistem kerja pemerintah, salah satunya melalui media sosial twitter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan secara akademik dan ilmiah tentang pemanfaatan media sosial twitter dalam birokrasi pemerintahan sebagai upaya peningkatan pelayanan prima dengan berbagai informasi peristiwa yang penulis dapatkan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis) yang memuat metode induksi, deduksi, dan komparasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah media sosial akun twitter @ganjarPranowo dan akun twitter @ridwanKamil sebagai akun twitter resmi kepemilikan Ganjar Pranowo dan Ridwan Kamil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemanfaatan media sosial twitter dalam birokrasi pemerintahan Ganjar Pranowo dan Ridwan Kamil sebagai upaya peningkatan pelayanan prima sudah memenuhi aspek variabel teori pelayanan prima. Dalam mewujudkan pelayanan prima melalui media sosial twitter telah menerapkan standar: kemampuan (ability), sikap (attitude), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), dan tanggung jawab (accountability). Dengan adanya media sosial twitter ini pemerintah menjadi lebih mudah untuk mengakses suatu informasi yang timbul di masyarakat, sehingga interaksi masyarakat dengan pemerintah menjadi mudah dan efektif. AbstractPublic service is an activity to meet the needs of the community in the form of services and goods, but currently the poor public services that are felt by the community are convoluted services, the skills of public servants who are less professional, and service time that is less effective and efficient. This problem arises in order to provide an evaluation to public servants to be better. Public servants are required to create an idea or service innovation so that the satisfaction of a community can be guaranteed. So, social media becomes a solutive alternative that plays an important role in optimizing a government work system, one of which is through social media Twitter. The purpose of this study is to describe academically and scientifically about the use of social media Twitter in the government bureaucracy as an effort to improve excellent service with various information events that the author gets. This research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, while the analytical technique used is content analysis which contains the methods of induction, deduction, and comparison. The object of this research is the social media account @ganjarPranowo and @ridwanKamil twitter account as the official twitter account of Ganjar Pranowo and Ridwan Kamil. The results showed the use of social media Twitter in the government bureaucracy of Ganjar Pranowo and Ridwan Kamil as an effort to improve excellent service had fulfilled variable aspects of excellent service theory. In realizing excellent service through social media, Twitter has implemented standards: ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and accountability. With the existence of Twitter social media, the government becomes easier to access information that arises in the community, so that community interaction with the government becomes easy and effective

    Fruit skin as a leftover ingredient that is abundant and in general has not been widely used. The general public does not yet know the benefits of passion fruit skin. One of them can be used as jam, by smoothing it first using a blender. Due to the hard nature of passion fruit skin, the knife orblender becomes damaged. Therefore, a passion fruit skin grater was designed. The method used by the author is the Ulrich method by selecting several design concepts, designing aided by CAD software for making drawings, fabrication, assembling machine components, and testing tools todetermine the production results of the machine. There are various types of materials used in the manufacture of passion fruit leather grater machines, starting from the frame and engine mount using L profiles with ASTM A36 material, grating cover and hopper using SS 304 material, pulley cover using aluminum material, the shaft on this machine uses S45C material, and wear 1 V-belt with rubber material. This machine uses a 1 HP 1 phase electric motor. After being tested, it was produced grated passion fruit skin with an average fiber dimension ± 0.5 cm.This passion fruit grater machine has a capacity of 3 kg / hour

    Bahan absorber merupakan salah satu komponen penting dari anechoic chamber. Absorber sangat menentukan, karena berfungsi untuk meredam pantulan gelombang, sehingga tidak ada gelombang pantul yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja alat yang sedang diuji di ruangan anechoic camber. Ada banyak bahan absorber yang sudah digunakan diantaranya adalah polyurethane. Alternatif bahan alami untuk membuat absorber  sedang dikembangkan untuk mendapatkan bahan yang ramah lingkungan. Permasalahannya adalah belum diketahuinya nilai konstanta dielectric dari bahan tersebut. Nilai konstanta dilectric ini diperlukan karena digunakan untuk proses simulasi untuk melihat respon penyerapan gelombang. Hasil simulasi ini akandibandingkan dengan hasil pengukuran. Makalah ini fokus pada penjelasan untuk menentukan konstanta dielectric bahan sekam dengan menggunakan metode free space measurement. Metode free space measurement ini menggunakan dua buah antena horn yang berfungsi sebagai antena pemancar danantena penerima. Dimana kedua antena dihubungkan dengan peralatan ukur VNA. Sekam yang sudah dibuat board ditempatkan diantara dua antena horn tersebut. Pengukuran dilakukan untuk mendapakan nilai Refelction loss dan nilai dari koefisien transmisi. Selanjutnya nilai tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan nilai konstatnta dielectric

    The computational chemistry calculation to determine the stabilization energy and ligand-ligand repulsion energies of [Co(NH3)n]2+ system was done by using LANL2DZ basis set for Co2+ and 6-31G* basis set for NH3 at the level theory of  unrestricted Hartree-Fock (UHF). Result from the calculation shows that the larger number of NH3 ligand present in the complex give the effect of the lower average binding energy per ligand molecule, i.e. -503,29 kJ/mol for [Co(NH3)]2+ and then decrease to -338,025 kJ/mol for octahedral [Co(NH3)6]2+ complex. A correlation between the number of ligand and the metal ion-ligand bond distance was studied. The result shows that the metal ion-ligand bond distance increases along with the larger number of the ligand. The calculation of average pair interaction energies between Co2+ and NH3 in [Co(NH3)n]2+ complexes were done in order to determine the error possibility caused by the neglect of non-additivity contribution.     The use of petroleum fuel is currently higher. Although there have been many studies of biodiesel, but in the production process requires lot of money and complicated production process. Therefore, this is used waste cooking oil as fuel. This study is conducted to get optimum injection pressure and fuel temperature when use waste cooking oil as fuel. The aims is to know how much effect of injector pressure and fuel temperature of waste cooking oil to the diesel engine performance. This research uses experimental&nbsp; method. There are 4 varations of injector pressure 130 bar, 140 bar, 150 bar, 160 bar. Variations of fuel temperature are 80 °C,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 90 °C, 100 °C, 110 °C. The variation of load is 2000 watt at&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1200 rpm, 1300 rpm , 1400 rpm, 1500 rpm. The result is the optimum injector pressure on variation 140 bar and fuel temperature of waste cooking oil is 90 °C. Trendline of SFC value when waste cooking oil used as fuel was lower than when used pertamina dex as fuel at various loads. Injector pressure and fuel temperature of waste cooking oil have contribution of 11,063% and 7,444% to performance of diesel engine

    In this paper, the optimization of two response parameters surface roughness has been done by considering the cutting parameters as cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut with dry conditions. Taguchi”™s L27 orthogonal array and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are used individual optimization. The different levels of all machining parameters are used and experiments are done on F-1 Leadwell CNC lathe machine and the materials used for the experiment is steel St.60, with 200 mm length and 20 mm of diameter. From this research the optimized values contributing as cutting speed 200 m/menit,, feed 0.1   mm/rev and depth of cut 0,1 mm respectively. The optimum condition for combined effects was found Cs=3-F=1-DoC=1 and the optimal value of the surface roughness comes out to be 0.72 (mm). The reason why this dried seaweed is processed into seaweed flour is because during the COVID-19 pandemic the sales opportunities for processed seaweed products such as seaweed flour and carrageenan are quite large, but the seaweed exported abroad since 2020 is mostly only in the form of only dry seaweed and no further processing. The method used is using the Ulrich method by selecting several design concepts, designing the machine using Fusion 360 software to create drawings, designing, assembling machine components, from the fabrication stage to the machine testing stage to find out the production results of the machine. The material used is mild steel which is given a hard chrome coating for the manufacture of the pounder and the pounder base. Stainless steel is used for the manufacture of hoppers, droppers, flour base machines. ASTM A36 to make the frame structure of the stand, and mild steel which will be used to make the motor pulley casing, bearing house, and locks.     Abstract - A company engaged in the oil and gas industry. This company is from a branch of an international company from Australia, this company meets domestic gas needs. The network system in this company is designed safely. But there are a few problems that occur on one vessel that is on the Onshore Processing Facility. The vessel experienced thickness thinning in various places after being inspected and also found leaking on one of the nozzles that were on the vessel. Vessels that are at the plant do not have deep corrosion protection, this is very possible for a rapid corrosion rate. And also added to the operating time which has reached 9 years. From the description above, this final project will conduct a research on corrosion control with the addition of inhibitors with the test material according to the existing nozzle on the vessel, namely A 106 Gr B. The inhibitors used are calcium carbonate&nbsp; and Extraction of Tea Leaves (Camellia Sinensis) with variations in doses of 0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm and 300 ppm. The test was carried out by POTENSIOSTAT method with different temperatures, namely 30 oC, 35 oC, 40 oC, 45 oC and 50 oC. After testing, data will be obtained to find the value of the corrosion rate. Then a comparison of the two inhibitors is made which is more effective in controlling the corrosion rate. The results of the tests that have been done show that the value of the corrosion rate at a temperature of 50 oC and a concentration of 300 ppm inhibitors of calcium carbonate 0.0296 mm / y with efficiency of 0.21% while the Extraction of Tea Leaves inhibitors (Camellia Sinensis) is 0.0212 with inhibitor efficiency of 0.43%. From these results it can be concluded that the addition of the Tea Leaf Extract Extract (Camellia Sinensis) more effective inhibitor from calcium carbonate inhibitors
