مرد کاعورت پر فوقیت کا مسئلہ ،تفسیر اختریہ کی رو شنی میں: The issue of superiority of men over women in the interpretation of Akhtariya
Abstract: Mafsir Rahmaullah was born in a noble family of Mengal tribe in Sher Shah, a suburb of Kandahar province, Afghanistan. His parents suggested his name as Akhtar Muhammad. His father's name was Dalasa Khan son of Lashkar. You belong to Lalazai section of Mengal. Your native place was Nushki Balochistan. There is a debate in the media about the status of women in the male dominant society. For the last few years, International Women's Day (March 8) has been celebrated by organizations with feminism ideas. Despite being very few in number, the influence of women with these ideals is rapidly becoming popular by upholding social values. It is said that women are raising their voices for their rights. Knowledge is being raised. You have to know the difference between women's rights and women's freedom Feminism generally refers to the provision of basic rights to women. Women's freedom movements have a western background. For centuries in the West, women did not have political, social, but even basic human rights. Women were subjected to all kinds of exploitation and oppression. Sati is still a law in India, even today the birth of a girl child is not considered good in Hindu thought
Inorganic carbon is overlooked in global soil carbon research: A bibliometric analysis
Soils are a major player in the global carbon (C) cycle and climate change by functioning as a sink or a source of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2). The largest terrestrial C reservoir in soils comprises two main pools: organic (SOC) and inorganic C (SIC), each having distinct fates and functions but with a large disparity in global research attention. This study quantified global soil C research trends and the proportional focus on SOC and SIC pools based on a bibliometric analysis and raise the importance of SIC pools fully underrepresented in research, applications, and modeling. Studies on soil C pools started in 1905 and has produced over 47,000 publications (>1.7 million citations). Although the global C stocks down to 2 m depth are nearly the same for SOC and SIC, the research has dominantly examined SOC (>96 % of publications and citations) with a minimal share on SIC (<4%). Approximately 40 % of the soil C research was related to climate change. Despite poor coverage and publications, the climate change-related research impact (citations per document) of SIC studies was higher than that of SOC. Mineral associated organic carbon, machine learning, soil health, and biochar were the recent top trend topics for SOC research (2020–2023), whereas digital soil mapping, soil properties, soil acidification, and calcite were recent top trend topics for SIC. SOC research was contributed by 151 countries compared to 88 for SIC. As assessed by publications, soil C research was mainly concentrated in a few countries, with only 9 countries accounting for 70 % of the research. China and the USA were the major producers (45 %), collaborators (37 %), and funders of soil C research. SIC is a long-lived soil C pool with a turnover rate (leaching and recrystallization) of more than 1000 years in natural ecosystems, but intensive agricultural practices have accelerated SIC losses, making SIC an important player in global C cycle and climate change. The lack of attention and investment towards SIC research could jeopardize the ongoing efforts to mitigate climate change impacts to meet the 1.5–2.0 °C targets under the Paris Climate Agreement of 2015. This bibliographic study calls to expand the research focus on SIC and including SIC fluxes in C budgets and models, without which the representation of the global C cycle is incomplete
Synthesis of CZTS kesterite by pH adjustment in order to improve the performance of CZTS thin film for photovoltaic applications
[EN] Quaternary CZTS (Cu2ZnSnS4) kesterite thin layers were successfully made by electrochemical deposition method. CZTS thin layers were deposited on Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) from an aqueous solution. In this work, the effects of pH adjustment under ambient conditions of CZTS thin films were studied. The as grown samples were investigated by numerous existing characterization systems. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) proves the polycrystalline description of the layer. The average crystallite size is varying from 10 nm to 24 nm of the films is dependent on the pH of the solution. All the thin films are in the CZTS kesterite phase attributed to A(1) mode at 334 cm(-1) verified by Raman spectroscopy. The SEM and AFM study show that the pH variation of the so-lution improved the surface morphology and topography of the CZTS thin films which increase several nm in grain size. Moreover, the optical analysis indicates a suitable band gap in the range of 1.5-1.8 eV depending upon the sulfurization temperature. It is found that the pH variation affects both the stability and the performance of the high-quality CZTS absorber layer applications. The CZTS layer with 4.80 pH was annealed at 450 degrees C and 500 degrees C, and at these temperatures the band gap was varied. At the end the band gap variations effect on the performance of CZTS based solar cell is being analyzed by using a simulation tool SCAPS-1D.Author Sha fi Ullah acknowledged the post -doctoral contract supported by the, RRHH, postdoctoral contract (PAID-10-20), and Ministerio de Economia y Competitividad (Grant Number PID2019-107137RB-C21) , Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) Spain. Estimating Passenger Car Equivalent Factors for Heterogeneous Traffic Using Occupancy-Density Linear Regression Model
A variety of methods have been proposed in the existing literature for the estimation of passenger car equivalent (PCE) factors. These methods are based on the comparison of selected attributes of different vehicles. This research, for the first time, utilizes the basic notion of the linear relationship between road area occupancy and density for the estimation of PCE factors for different vehicle types in heterogeneous traffic. Aerial photographs obtained from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) were analyzed to estimate the road area occupancy and the number of vehicles classified in seven selected groups. A linear least-squares regression model was developed between road area occupancy and classified vehicle count. The coefficients of the occupancy-density linear regression model were used to estimate PCE and motorcycle equivalent (MCE) factors. The comparison of the estimated set of PCE values with the values reported in the literature shows that PCE factors estimated using the proposed method are reasonable and produce a better occupancy-density relationship than the other studies. In comparison with the existing methods that rely on lane-based measurements, the proposed method is well suited for traffic with weak/no lane discipline, as it considers the entire road width and the dynamics of lateral movement of different types of vehicles. The proposed method does not need extensive traffic data of speeds, headways, flow rates, and so forth, and is applicable on aerial photographs obtained from other sources, such as satellites.Funding

Novel compositional engineering for ~26% efficient CZTS-perovskite tandem solar cell
[EN] The production and commercialization of solar cells should meet such social criteria as price affordability, environment friendly, stability, and high efficiency of established materials.Various solar cells have been suggested and investigated in the past; but in this work, CZTS-Pemvskite tandem solar cell having a model "CZTS/PSC/CZTS/ZnO/FTO" was taken from the reported work as a reference. Furthermore, inserting the CdS as a buffer layer with the new model, "CZTS/ PSC/CZTS/CdS/ZnO/FTO" was simulated with SCAPS-1D software. Moreover, it was observed that the effect of CdS enhanced the tandem device efficiency from the base case of 22.57% without the CdS buffer layer to 25.95% with CdS and carried out further optimizations. This improvement is beneficial for CZTS-Perovskite tandem solar cells. The J-V characteristics curve and energy band diagram was generated using this model. Later on, with this new model, the effect of the thickness of CZTS layer on the solar cell's performance was investigated. So, the thickness also significantly affected the characteristic parameters of the solar cell as well as the J-V characteristics curve. Hence, a photo-conversion efficiency of 25.95% with Voc 1.18 V, Jsc 24.79 mA/cm(2) and FF 88.36%, the obtained results demonstrating that the proposed CZTS-perovskite tandem solar cell may concrete the way for the production of low-cost and more efficient photovoltaic applications. The work was supported by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, International Research Support Initiative Program (IRSIP) under grant No: 1-8/HEC/HRD/2020/10744 PIN: IRSIP 45 Engg 17. منتخب صحابہ کرام کے اجتہادات کی نوعیت کا تحقیقی مطالعہ عصری مسائل کے تناظر میں: The Research Study on the Nature of the Ijtihads of Selected Companions of the Prophet in the Context of Contemporary Issues
This PhD research study delves into the nature of ijtihad (independent legal reasoning) as employed by selected companions of the Prophet Muhammad to address contemporary issues. Ijtihad involves deriving rulings on matters not explicitly addressed in the Quran and Sunnah (the Prophet’s teachings). The study focuses on companions renowned for their expertise in ijtihad and their substantial contributions to Islamic jurisprudence. Utilizing a qualitative research design, the study examines primary sources such as the works of the companions themselves, accounts from their students, and commentaries by later scholars. It then contextualizes these ijtihads within contemporary challenges facing the Muslim world, including those related to gender, politics, human rights, and social justice. The analysis underscores the relevance and applicability of the companions’ ijtihads in addressing these modern concerns. This study contributes to Islamic Studies by offering a deeper understanding of the nature and significance of ijtihad within Islamic jurisprudence. It reveals that the companions’ ijtihads were characterized by a strong foundation in the Quran and Sunnah, a mastery of the Arabic language, and a comprehensive knowledge of legal and social contexts. They employed a range of methodologies, including analogy, public interest, and established principles of jurisprudence. The study concludes that the companions’ ijtihads provide valuable insights and a framework for addressing contemporary issues in a manner aligned with the spirit and objectives of Islam. It emphasizes the importance of a contextualized understanding of ijtihad in addressing modern challenges and promoting the development of Islamic jurisprudence

The role of the accused in English and Islamic criminal justice
This thesis is a comparative study of the role of the accused in the systems of
English and Islamic criminal justice. It seeks to explore the underlying
relationship between the individual and the state through an historical, structural
and contextual analysis of their rules relating to questioning and of confessions.
The analysis of the English system covers the period 1800 to 1984, with
particular reference to developments during the nineteenth century when the
foundations for the modern English state were established. The analysis of the
Islamic system combines traditionally Islamic and modern methods, assessing the
"Islamisation" movement in Malaysia through a religico-structural understanding
of juristic opinion from the four main schools of Sunnite jurisprudence.
The thesis contributes to existing knowledge on a number of levels: first, it
questions and revises the "myth" of "progress" that has dominated observations
of the history of the English criminal justice system; second, it elucidates the
relationship between Islamic law in theory and the law that is applied and
proposed in its name in Muslim states; third, it provides an analytical framework
for drawing comparisons between the underlying values of the systems of English
and Islamic criminal justice.
While acknowledging fundamental differences in terms of outlook and
articulation, the author concludes there are important similarities expressed
through such notions as "suspect" in the English system and "kafir"I"fasiq" in the
Islamic. These act as intermediate constitutional categories to whom the state
owe less protection. But the author notes also that these similarities are not
observed necessarily in the "law" which is implemented or proposed in Muslim
states; exact correspondence depends upon the over-arching political structure
and the institution of Caliphate.
The thesis is divided into six chapters: chapter one sets out the conventional view
of the historical development of English criminal procedure and evidence;
chapter two subjects that to a critique and chapter three offers a revised thesis.
Chapter four, explores methods for interpreting and explaining Islam; chapter
five sets out rules relating to confessions and questioning according to the four
Sunni schools; chapter six puts them into "context" through an examination of
the "Islamisation" process in Malaysia
تفسیر الاکلیل فی استنباط التنزیل کی روشنی میں حضورﷺ کو ابو المومنین کہنے کی شرعی حیثیت کا تحقیقی جائزہ: Research Review of the Legal Status of Calling the Holy Prophet Abu Al-Muminin in the Light of Tafsir Al-Aklil Fi Istinbat Ul Tanzeel
It is necessary to have three attributes for the guidance and leadership of the nation. Let there be pain and sorrow. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) through whom humanity has been blessed with eternal wealth like faith and Holy Qur'an and with whose religion the welfare of human beings has always been associated. Becoming such a compassionate person, on whom the difficulty of the ummah passes is a great hardship, every moment of which is a source and cause for the ummah to improve and progress in this world and in the hereafter. Every prophet is a spiritual father to the ummah. The training of children is a constant concern for their success and development. Think of obedience and obedience as more important than obeying your real father. Among the commentaries written on Ahkam-ul-Quran, the commentary of Allama Suyuti, which is under discussion, is also known as a famous commentar
