This study investigates the factors influencing purchase intention of Manaw Myay Herbal (MMH) products and consequences of purchasing behavior regarding MMH products. The study used descriptive statistics and a quantitative research method using both primary and secondary data. Structured questionnaires were used to collect the primary data. The target population included the current customers of MMH and also included all the consumers who are potential buyers of it products. The target population was 385 people with data collected from their own shop visitors was distributed through questionnaires survey and period was about one month. A systematic random sampling method was used to ensure representation across different demographic segments. According to the multiple regression analysis, health consciousness, perceived quality, perceived value, attitude and trust have statistically positive significant influence on purchase intention. Among these factors, attitude is largest influence on purchase intention towards MMH. Moreover, purchase intention has also significant effect on purchase behavior. MMH should emphasize the functional benefits of their products, such as performance, quality, and efficiency and sustainable sourcing of herbs and eco-friendly packaging, further boosting the brand's appeal this approach will strengthen overall customer attitudes and increase purchase intention. Furthermore, MMH should consider reward frequent buyers, offering incentives such as discounts after a certain number of purchases or exclusive access to new products could further encourage habitual purchasing. MMH should continue to emphasize transparency in its production process and sourcing of ingredients

This study examines the effect of credit management practices, including credit terms, credit assessment, credit monitoring, and credit risk control, on loan performance at uab Bank in Myanmar. The objectives were to identify existing credit management practices and analyze their influence on loan performance. A quantitative research design was employed using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. Data were collected from 71 randomly selected employees out of 85 staff members in uab Bank’s West Yangon Zone, including credit officers and branch managers. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression were used to evaluate the data. Findings indicate that the effective credit management practices positively influence loan performance. Based on the findings from the second objectives, it was found that the independent variables of credit terms, credit assessment, credit risk control, and credit monitoring have a somewhat level of effect on the dependent variable of loan performance at uab bank. Credit risk control and credit monitoring emerged as the most significant predictors. The study found that uab bank’s credit management system is effective but should place greater emphasis on credit risk control and monitoring to strengthen loan performance and minimize potential credit losses

The nanocrystalline particles of Aluminium Al doped nickel Ni ferrites with general formula NiAlxFe2 xO4 x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 were synthesized by sol gel auto combustion technique. The formation of single phase cubic spinel was confirmed by X ray diffraction analyses. Morphological features of the samples are studied by Scanning Electron Microscopy SEM to examine the particle size, shape and homogeneity of sample. The magnetic hysteresis graphs were obtained to understand their magnetic behaviours. The relative permeability µr of Al-Ni ferrite samples shows a decrease for all samples as Al content increases. IntroductionMinimally invasive cardiac surgery has been evolving, with the intention of reducing surgical trauma, improve cosmesis and patient satisfaction. Single dose, crystalloid cardioplegia such as Del Nido cardioplegia and Custoidol solution have been increasingly used to reduce the interruption from repeating cardioplegia dosing to minimise the cardiopulmonary bypass and cross clamp time. However, the best cardioplegia for myocardial protection in adult minimally invasive cardiac surgery remains controversial. We aimed to conduct a meta-analysis to analyse the current evidence in the literature.MethodA systematic review and meta-analysis was performed following the updated 2020 PRISMA guideline. Articles published in the five major electronic databases up 1st of April 2021 were identified and reviewed. The primary outcome was in-hospital or 30-day mortality. Traditional pairwise and Bayesian network meta-analyses were conducted.ResultsNine articles were included in this study. The use of Del Nido cardioplegia was associated with a lower volume of cardioplegia used (Del Nido vs Blood, 1105.62 mL+/-123.47 vs 2569.46 mL+/-1515.52, pConclusionNo differences were found between blood and crystalloid cardioplegia in adult minimally invasive cardiac surgery in several clinical outcomes. The cardioplegia of choice in minimally invasive cardiac surgery remains the surgeons{\textquoteright} decision and preference

    OO-Correspondence as Cumulativity

    No full text
Both Sympathy constraints and OO-correspondence constraints are types of correspondence constraints, and both can induce opaque phenomena. Yet, Sympathetic constraint interaction is mediated by a special type of correspondence constraints (cumulativity constraints), while OO-correspondence is mediated by ordinary correspondence constraints. This paper argues that cumulative constraints can also be used in OO-correspondence. It is also argued that this is desirable for two reasons: (i) It unifies these two kinds of non-IO-correspondence. (ii) Certain types of OO-correspondence induced opacity that are possible with ordinary correspondence constraints, are excluded if cumulative constraints are used. Cumulative OO-correspondence constraints therefore result in a more restrictive theory. The definitive version of this paper was published in Carpenter, A., Coetzee, A., and de Lacy, P. (Eds.).
