Emotīvais repertuārs Larisas Romanenko poētiskā krājumā “Dzīves laiki”: bakalaura darbs – Rīga, 2014. - 39 lpp.
Darbs veltīts poētiskā krājuma “Dzīves laiki” emotīva repertuāra izpētei. Tiek izskatīta Larisas Romanenko lirika. Darba mērķis – atklāt Larisas Romanenko dzejas īpatnības: tēmas, motīvu un emotīvo repertuāru pēc krājuma „Dzīves laiki” parauga.
Dotajā pētījumā autors secina, ka krājums “Dzīves laiki” ir biogrāfija dzejās. Daudzie motīvi norāda uz individuālo māksliniecisko autora pasauli. Galvenā tematika L. Romanenko dzejās paliek dzīves likumsakarības – mīlestība, dzīve un nāve. Izdevās atklāt galveno dzejas krājuma bāzes emociju, par kuru kļuvu mīlestība.
Izstrādātais pētījums var ieinteresēt gan filologus, gan tos, kurus ieinteresē L.N.Romanenko daiļdarbs.Elena Kebec.

The research is devoted for the poetry collection “Moments of life” emotive repertoire research where the lyric of Larisa Romanenko is being looked through. The aim of the research is to discover Larisa Romanenko’s poetries’ specialty: topics, motives and emotive repertoire after the sample of the poetry collection “Moments of life”.
In the research author concludes that collection “Moments of life” is biography in poetry because motives points to individual and creative world of Larisa Romanenko. The main topic in L. Romanenko’s poetry is the life’s patterns: love, life and death. Author managed to find base emotion from the poetry collection which in the end was love.
The research may interest philologists and those, who can be interested in L.N. Romaneko’s creations

The ludic aspects of Pushkin's creative activity are linked both to the specificity at the time of Russian literary life and the originality of the process of thought of the poet who assimilated the French literary traditions. These aspects constitute an important preliminary stage in the formation of Pushkin's creative genius. The various forms of assimilation of French literary psychological traditions (epistolary « puns », « masks » and literary ludic « roles », attitudes modelled on romantic structures, resort to literary pseudonyms, etc.) have contributed to the narrative objectivisation of the writer and helped him to master the plurality of « views », to orchestrate styles and enrich the psychological and aesthetic experience essential to the making of an « omniscient author ».Larisa Volpert, Les aspects ludiques de l'activité créatrice de Puškin et la littérature française.
Les aspects ludiques de l'activité créatrice de Puškin sont liés à la fois aux particularités de la vie littéraire russe de l'époque et à l'originalité de la démarche du poète, assimilant les traditions de la littérature française. Pētījuma teorētiskā daļa balstās uz J.A.Komenska, Ļ.S.Vigotska, F.Frēbeļa, L.Vengera, V.Jonīte un citu darbiem, kas tika ņemti vērā praktiskajā daļā. Pētījuma praktiskajā daļā tika izmantotas pētījumu metodes: literatūras analīze, vērojums. Balstoties uz pētījuma rādītājiem, bija izdarīts secinājums par to, ka sensorā attīstība bērniem , organizēšana ar mērķtiecīgi rotaļas palīdzību, sekmē sensoro attīstību līmenis 2-3 gadus veciem bērniem, kuri piedalījās pētījumā. Immuno-histochemical features of the structure of foetuses' ovarian from the mothers with pregnancy complications

Abstract
As a material of our research, we took into account foetuses' ovarian at the gestation term from 21 to 42 weeks; and, as a result, all types of material we divided into few groups: foetuses from healthy mothers; foetuses from mothers with pre-eclampsia complications of pregnancy of different stages; foetuses from mothers with pregnancy's complications as a chronical infection. Research methods: organomethrical, histochemical, immuno-histochemical, statistical. As a result of the complex research, in foetuses' ovarian from mothers with pregnancy complications of different types, we can see reducing of indicators of structural and functional activity of organs, increasing of apoptotic index; increasing of endothelin-1 production; decreasing of hormones production.

Immuno-histochemical features of the structure
of foetuses' uterine tubes from the mothers
with pregnancy complications

Abstract
Material of the research includes uterine tubes of foetuses, that were dead on the gestational term between 21 and 41 weeks. According to peculiarities in the pregnancy course this material was divided into groups: foetuses from mothers with physiological pregnancy; foetuses from mothers. whose pregnancy takes its course on the background of the PE with different stages of the severity; and, finally, foetuses from mothers, whose pregnancy was complicated by the chronic infection of lower genital tracts. Research methods: macroscopic, histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical, morphometric, statistical. It was shown an excessive proliferation of the connective tissue in all structural components, in the composition of which prevails an immature collagen of the III type. It was also increased a production of the endothelin-1 by the vascular component of organs. In addition, it was defined an oppression of the functional activity of epithelial component by mucosa, which was expressed like decreasing of the hormonal activity of the the organ and increasing of the manifestation stage of apoptosis changes.
