Design, synthesis and molecular docking of new N-4-piperazinyl ciprofloxacin-triazole hybrids with potential antimicrobial activity
No full textNew N-4-piperazinyl ciprofloxacin-triazole hybrids 6a-o were prepared and characterized. The in vitro antimycobacterial activity revealed that compound 6a experienced promising antimycobacterial activity against Mycobactrium smegmatis compared with the reference isoniazide (INH). Additionally, compound 6a exhibited broad spectrum antibacterial activity against all the tested strains either Gram-positive or Gram-negative bacteria compared with the reference ciprofloxacin. Also, compounds 6g and 6i displayed considerable antifungal activity compared with the reference ketoconazole. DNA cleavage assay of the highly active compounds 6c and 6h showed a good correlation between the Mycobactrium cleaved DNA gyrase assay and their in vitro antimycobactrial activity. Moreover, molecular modeling studies were done for the designed ciprofloxacin derivatives to predict their binding modes towards Topoisomerase II enzyme (PDB: 5bs8)

Clima Social Familiar Y Convivencia Escolar En El IVyV Ciclo De La Institución Educativa César Vallejo De Alto Shimaa–Echarati.
No full textCon respecto al esfuerzo consolidado en trabajo de investigación denominado“ Clima social familiar y convivencia escolar en el IV y V ciclo de la Institución Educativa César Vallejo de alto Shimaa –Echarati.”, el cual pongo a su disposición, es de tipo Básico, con un diseño de Investigación No Experimental de corte correlacional con el propósito de relacionar las dos variables claramente establecidas. Por ese motivo mi intención principal es de determinar, en qué medida el clima social familiar se relaciona con convivencia escolar de los estudiantes del IV y V ciclo de la institución educativa César Vallejo de alto Shimaa – Echarati, contando como muestra de estudio en un numero de 30estudiantesdel IV y V Ciclo de educación primaria, cuyos estudiantes fueron seleccionados a través de un muestre o no probabilístico intencional. Asimismo, se empleó la estadística descriptiva para analizar los resultados de los instrumentos de recojo de información como ha sido el Cuestionario del Test de Moos de Clima Social Familiar y el cuestionario de Convivencia escolar y estadística inferencial para hallar la relación entre ellas. Los resultados indicaron que la relación entre Clima Social Familiar y Convivencia escolar de los estudiantes es de moderado a muy ALTA, ya que el valor determinado de asociaciónes = 0,645a 0,874 (tablas24, 34) porque de los datos analizados concluimos que se verifica que las relaciones interpersonales ente los estudiantes está en un nivel promedio no permitiendo mejorar por falta de una orientación y reflexión sobre el clima social familiar que se encuentra en niveles moderados; por consiguiente, se acepta las hipótesis de investigación.
Con este resultado se demostró que el Clima Social Familiar influye en la Convivencia escolaren el IVyV ciclo de la institución educativa César Vallejo de alto Shimaa–Echarati
