    In the digital age, music knows no geographical boundaries. Songs from various countries, including Arabic, can easily reach listeners around the world. An example is the songs of Sherine Abdel Wahab, a famous Egyptian singer whose works have gone viral on social media platforms, especially among TikTok users in Indonesia. This is because the millennial generation is now inclined to things that are going viral on social media, especially TikTok. For speakers of languages other than Arabic, especially Indonesian speakers, hearing Arabic songs is still an obstacle, especially enjoying the full meaning of these songs. Therefore, communicative translation of Arabic song lyrics is important to bridge the language and cultural differences. This study aims to find out the application of communicative methods and strategies used in translating the song "Shabry Aleel" popularized by Sherine Abdel Wahab. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, focusing on the research of translating the song Shabry Aleel popularized by Sherine Abdel Wahab as the object of research. After translating the object of the data, academic accountability of the results of the translation is carried out by describing the methods and strategies used. The communicative method research on the translation of Shabry Aleel's song popularized by Sherine Abdel Wahab is very suitable, because in addition to paying attention to communicative principles, the resulting translation is also very easy to understand by the target readers. In addition to using the communicative method, the strategies used in this research include (taqdim and ta'khir) on the subject and predicate patterns of the target language, removing (hadzf) and replacing (tabdil) on the meaning of the translated words so that the results are easier to understand.Di era digital, musik tak mengenal batas geografis. Lagu-lagu dari berbagai negara, termasuk Arab, dapat dengan mudah menjangkau pendengar di seluruh dunia. Sebagai contoh adalah lagu-lagu Sherine Abdel Wahab, penyanyi terkenal asal Mesir yang beberapa karyanya sempat viral di platform media sosial, khususnya di kalangan pengguna TikTok di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena generasi milenial kini condong pada hal-hal yang sedang viral di sosial media, terlebih TikTok. Bagi penutur bahasa selain Arab, khususnya penutur bahasa Indonesia, mendengar lagu-lagu berbahasa Arab masih menjadi kendala, khususnya menikmati makna lagu-lagu tersebut secara utuh. Oleh karena itu, penerjemahan lirik lagu berbahasa Arab yang komunikatif menjadi penting untuk menjembatani perbedaan bahasa dan budaya itu. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode komunikatif dan strategi yang digunakan dalam penerjemahan lagu Shabry Aleel yang dipopulerkan oleh Sherine Abdel Wahab”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, berfokus pada penelitian penerjemahan lagu Shabry Aleel yang dipopulerkan oleh Sherine Abdel Wahab sebagai objek penelitian. Setelah menerjemahkan objek data, kemudian dilakukan pertanggungjawaban akademik hasil dari terjemahan dengan mendeskripsikan metode dan trategi yang digunakan. Penelitian metode komunikatif pada penerjemahan lagu Shabry Aleel yang dipopulerkan oleh Sherine Abdel Wahab ini sangat cocok, karena selain memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip komunikatif, terjemahan yang dihasilkannya juga sangat mudah dipahami oleh sasaran pembaca.     The role of the tumor microenvironment in cerebral glioma progression

    sfondo: Il tumore associato macrofagi (TAMs) sono classificati in pro-infiammatorio M1 TAM, e anti-infiammatori M2 TAM. Le cellule staminali glioma (GSC) polarizzano TAM in M2 fenotipo che promuovono la progressione glioma. E voluto studiare l'implicazione della infiltrazione totale e differenziale TAM in gliomi a basso grado (LGG) e in gliomi a alto grado (HGG). Inoltre abbiamo studiato l'effetto di esosomi rilasciati da M1 TAM sul destino delle cellule di glioma. Metodologia: immunoistochimica è stata eseguita su 11 campioni accoppiati ottenuti da casi di progressione da LGG a HGG. iNOS è stato utilizzato come marcatore per M1 e CD163 come marcatore per M2. Negli esperimenti in vitro, abbiamo polarizzato monociti umani U937 in M1 fenotipo, poi abbiamo isolato i esosomi dal mezzo M1 condizionato con centrifugazione e filtrazione. Dopo aver aggiunto esosomi M1 di cellule di glioma U251, abbiamo studiato l'attivazione delle cellule glioma con il saggio MTT e abbiamo studiato l'apoptosi delle cellule glioma con la citofluorimetria. Abbiamo usato annessina V come marcatore di apoptosi precoce e ioduro di propidio come marcatore di ritardo apoptosi. Risultati: immunoistochimica ha mostrato uno squilibrio M1 / ​​M2 con la maggioranza di essere M2 sia LGG e HGG. La M2 infiltrazione superiore, la prima è stata la progressione. Gli esperimenti in vitro hanno rivelato l'effetto antitumorale di exosomes M1 che erano in grado di inibire la proliferazione e di indurre apoptosi precoce e tardiva delle cellule di glioma. We aimed to study the implication of the total and differential TAM infiltration in low grade glioma (LGG) and high grade glioma (HGG). Also we investigated the effect of exosomes released from M1 TAMs on the fate of glioma cells. Methodolgy: Immunohistochemistry was performed on 11 paired specimens obtained from cases progressing from LGG to HGG. iNOS was used as a marker for M1 and CD163 as a marker for M2. In the in-vitro experiments, we polarized human monocytes U937 into M1 phenotype, then we isolated the exosomes from the M1conditioned medium by centrifugation and filtration. After adding M1 exosomes to U251 glioma cells, we studied the glioma cell activation by MTT assay and we studied the glioma cell apoptosis by flow-cytometry. We used Annexin V as a marker of early apoptosis and propidium iodide as a marker of late apoptosis. Results: immunohistochemistry showed an M1/M2 imbalance with the majority being M2 in either LGG and HGG. The higher M2 infiltration, the earlier was the progression. The in-vitro experiments revealed the anti-tumor effect of M1 exosomes which were able to inhibit the proliferation and to induce early and late apoptosis of glioma cells. Conclusion: our data confirmed the role of M2 TAMs in glioma progression and exhibited the tumoricidal role of M1 exosomes against gliomas

    Assessment of S100β Biomarker in Acute Ischemic Cerebrovascular Stroke Patients with Hypertension

    Background: Cerebrovascular stroke (CVS) is the third leading most common cause of death in the world. Role of antihypertensive drugs and nitric oxide donors such as glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) in acute ischemic cerebrovascular stroke varies in their effects on cerebral autoregulation (CA). Assessment of biochemical marker as S100β protein is an important diagnostic tool. Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the role of transdermal glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) patch in the management of acute ischemic CVS and to evaluate the role of S100β protein as a prognostic marker in acute ischemic CVS. Methods: Forty acute ischemic CVS patients with hypertension were included. They were divided in to two groups, Group (A); 20 patients maintained on their anti-hypertensive treatment, and Group (B); 20 patients received GTN nitro dermal patch 5mg. All cases were subjected to, clinical evaluations by European stroke scale, assessment of S100β on third day and after 14 days of stroke onset and brain CT. Results: There was no significant statistical difference between patient groups as regard clinical stroke evaluation on third day on stroke onset but there was significant statistical difference between group (A) and (B) after 14 days of stroke. There was highly significant statistical difference in the serum level of S100β in group (A) and (B) on third day of stroke onset. Conclusion: Using GTN nitro dermal patch is a promising solution in management of hypertension in acute ischemic CVS and S100β may help in the prediction of its prognosis
