The purpose of this an article is to gain a better understanding of how some factors are critical for the successful application of knowledge sharing.Knowledge Sharing with a new dimension covers a wide range of functionalities and support different sets
of activities. Therefore, to achieve knowledge sharing, this work limits the field of investigation to that Knowledge Sharing models, devoted to the formalization and sharing of best practices and experiences within the organization.Usability issues should be considered during the model of
knowledge sharing in order to build systems which people with limited technological skills and readily use, we discuss two key forms of knowledge sharing usability, interface usability and the human-computer-
interaction has helped model knowledge sharing
principles to improve interface usability.We cover the following phases with a new dimension: (1).The dimension shift is quite obvious with respect to knowledge sharing from an organizational perspective, (see Model I);(2).The communicative dimension
of knowledge sharing is also increasingly relevant as a means of organizing learning processes as collaborative, cooperative, exchange knowledge processes, (see Model III).(3). Knowledge sharing in the communicative dimension which at least with respect to the topic, self-organizing paradigm will have major consequences for librarians work and the structure and information transfer institutions, see Model IV and V).The outcome of this empirical research provides indications KS on a new dimension for the effective development and management of KS through key success factor such as dependent on both internal and

Era globalisasi juga ditandai dengan perlcembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknolog; yang sangat
pesat. Kemampuan suatu negara di bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menjadi soJah satu
faktor daya saing yang sangat penting dewasa ini. Menyadari alean persaingan globoJ yang semakin
ketat dan berat, maka perlu perubahan paradigma dari semula mengandalkan pada resowces-based
competitiveness menjadi knowledge-based competitiveness dopat berwujud berupa teknilr, metode,
cara produksi, serta peralatan atoo mesin yang dipergunakan dalam suatu proses produIai. Secara
/congkrit, ,penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memiliki empat (4) /componen penting, yami
perangkat teknis (technoware), perangkat manusia (humanware), perangkat informasi (infoware),
dan perangkat organisasi (orgaware). Menurut Nonako dan Takeuchi (1995), a1asanfundamental
mengapa perusahaan di Jepang menjadi sukses karena keterampilan dan pengalamon mereka
terdapat pacia penciptaan pengetahuan organisasi. Penciptaan knowledge dicapai melalui
pengena/an hubungan yang sinergik antara knowledge tacit dan explicit. Seperti yang dapat
dikutip dari Goothama (1999), keempat komponen tersebut dapat diuraiJam sebagai berikut
.perangkat manusia yakni penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan,keterampilan serla etos kerja, perangkat
teknis antara lain mesin dan peralatan yang diciptakanldirencanakan untuk peningkatan nilai
tambah atoo produJctivitas, perangkat organisai yang memungkinkan te7jadinya peningkatan
kinerja dan produJctivitas,perangkat informasi yang berkaitan dengan teknologi yang akan
diteraplean. Dalam hal usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM), pada umumnya keterampHan yang
dimiliki pengusaha dan karyawannya lerutama dalam membuat berbagai macam produk yang
dapat dikatakan baik termasuk keterampilannya. Namun bicara soal produk kelerampiian yang
dimiliki secara tradisional (pendidilean informal) tidol cukup, maka diperlukan keahlian Ichusus,
memenuhi standar inlernasional, termasuk dilandasi oleh pendidilean formal. Adapun ujuan kajian
in; adalah sebagai berikut: Strategi apa agar perusahaan kecil dan menengah dapat memanfaatlean
pengetahuan, pengalamannya untuk meningkatlean daya saing? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
deskriptif dengan metode "Soft System Methodology" (SMM) dan .. System Life Cycle" ( SLC) yang
lerdiri dari lima fase tahapan yaitu : perencanaan; analisa yang didahului dengan studi kelayakan,
sunai dan wawancara; dibuat disain; tahapan implementasi;dan umpan balik dar; pemakai (user
study and feedback). Agar dapat diidentifikasi Knowledge yang dipunyai oleh suatu UKM
se/anjutnya di transfer dan di sharing Ice seluruh UKM yang sejenis usahanya untuk
meningkatkan daya saing prod uk atau jasanya. Basil yang dicapai adalah kerangka model
pengelolaan pengetahuan pada suatu UKM , serta mengembanglean model knowledge sharing
untuk mendukung linkage knowledge antar UKM. Stralegi UKM adalah perlu menerapkan KM
(knowledge management) lewat IRSA (identity, reflect, share, apply)

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
