Segnatamente, il tema della responsabilità per fatto illecito è affrontato allo scopo di cogliere i punti di contatto e quelli di differenza tra gli ordinamenti considerati e di descrivere i possibili canali di collegamento tra un istituto che ha guadagnato un posto centrale negli ordinamenti giuridici e che ora appare ad un bivio: ulteriore espansione o suo deperimento.
Lo scritto affronta, quindi, le varie anime della civil lability inglese e gli incroci polifunzionali della responsabilità civile in Italia

Finally, the particular habitat of the Porto Palo population of E. giacconei is noteworthy. As stated, that species was found in association with a bioconstruction of Sabellaria alveolata (Linnaeus, 1767) (Annelida, Polychaeta) (Fig. 5A, B), first observed in 2018 (Sanfilippo et al. 2020). Periodic observations conducted in the last few years showed that the E. giacconei community is expanding (it currently covers an area of about 100 m 2 with a specific coverage of 80%). The relationship between S. alveolata and E. giacconei seems to be not casual but synergistic, and the two species intergrow, with the perennial portion of E. giacconei thalli seemingly protected by the surrounding permeable agglutinated worm structure (Fig. 5B). Further studies are underway to follow the evolution of the bioconstruction and E. giacconei population, ascertain the nature of main species relationships and assess the biodiversity of this distinctive association.Published as part of Serio, Donatella & Furnari, Giovanni, 2021, Ericaria giacconei sp. nov. The enteric nervous system : new developments and emerging concepts
Get PDFThe enteric nervous system (ENS) is an integrative neuronal network, organized in two ganglionated plexuses, myenteric and submucosal, composed of neurons and enteric glial cells, controlling the activity of the smooth muscle of the gut, mucosal secretion and blood flow. The ENS contains as many neurons as the spinal cord, and the functional and chemical diversity of enteric neurons closely resembles that of the central nervous system. This highly integrated neural system is also referred to as the ‘brain-in-the-gut’, because of its capability to function in the absence of nerve inputs from the central nervous system.peer-reviewe
