Mapping the Cross-Strait Studies as a Specific Research Field
No full textCross-strait relations encompass both political and security concerns and
serve as a specialized research topic. Scholars approach the issue from
various perspectives, and these analyses come not only from researchers in
the core countries involved—China and Taiwan—and the United States (US),
but also from experts worldwide. Research on cross-strait relations is rich in
both analysis and prediction, extending beyond East Asia into broader
international politics. What are the current research trends in cross-strait
relations? Who studies them, and do scholars from certain countries bring
unique topics or viewpoints? This study maps research on cross-strait relations
using the Web of Science (WoS) database to identify and compare the
dominant topics, scholars, and countries of affiliation. Through text, network,
and sentiment analysis of bibliographic data, this study finds that cross-strait
studies are not limited to the relations between Taiwan and China alone.
Furthermore, the prevalence of Taiwanese scholars in this field suggests that
much of the discourse reflects Taiwan’s perspective on cross-strait issues

No full textPerkembangan situs belanja online di Indonesia pertumbuhannya sangat cepat, Internet telah mengubah kebiasaan konsumsi orang dan memberikan kemudahan untuk mencari informasi di tahap prapembelian, misalnya dengan menggunakan internet mempermudah, membandingkan harga dan fitur dari berbagai produk atau layanan. Di pasar yang sangat kompetitif saat ini, “fokus pelanggan” menjadi strategi paling penting dalam bisnis untuk mendapatkan kesetiaan pelanggan dan mempertahankan profitabilitas pasar. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik, nilai terpersepsi pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kesetiaan pelanggan erafone.com di Indonesia. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan oleh penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausal. Item kuesioner yang digunakan sebanyak 26 item. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan erafone.com yang telah berbelanja lebih atau sama dengan 2 kali. Jumlah sebanyak 200 responden yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan aplikasi AMOS. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesetiaan pelanggan, nilai terpersepsi pelanggan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kesetiaan pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah harus terus menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan elektronik dan nilai terpersepsi pelanggan terutama dalam ketersediaan stok barang, kecepatanpengiriman, dan memberikan manfaat khusus buat members atau point reward sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan kesetiaan pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan Elektronik, Kesetiaan Pelangga
Analysis of Voter Behavior Inpakkat Sub-District in the 2020 Humbang Hasundutan Localleaders Election
No full textSince autonomous regions established the election of the head of the district is no longer theauthority of the Council of Regional People's Representatives district/city for Regent andprovincial Council of Regional People's Representatives for election of Governor, but directlyelected by the people in the form of election of heads of district (election).. So eachautonomous region will give rise to political actors who will lead the region. They willcompete to empathize with the people in order to elect and consolidate their choices to thecandidates who feel to be the head of the district. But when there's only one candidate, peoplewill surely experience confusion in determining their choices. It will be very interesting forfurther analysis because this phenomenon is the first to occur in the district of HumbangHasundutan. In analyzing the behavior of the voter the author uses three approaches, namelysociological, psychological and rational approaches. The research was conducted in Pakkatdistrict, Humbang Hasundutan district in 2023. The method used in this research is aqualitative research method with a descriptive type. The primary data obtained from thisstudy is the result of the process of interviews with a number of communities scattered inthree villages in Pakkat district. The three villages are the villages of Sipagabu, PakkatHauagong and Tukka Dolok. To strengthen primary data the author uses secondary dataobtained from various sources of literature, articles, and documents relevant to this research.The results of this study showed that the community in the district of Pakkat wasdisappointed with the petitioner Dosmar Banjarnahor who did not pay any attention to thecommunity and also opened all means so that his political opponents, who are the sons of thedaughters of Humbang Hasundutan district who wanted to serve, were not given any accessto pass the verification of files in order to be a candidate couple. The failure of one of thedistrict's sons of Pakkat's district, Harry Marbun, caused the community in Pakkat to chooseto win an empty box in the hope that Dosmar Banjarnahor would no longer lead HumbangHasundutan district as head of district. But in the end Dosmar Banjarnahor and OloanPaniaran Nababan were re-elected as Regent and Vice Regent Humbang Hasundutan districtfor the period 2020-2024 despite the fact that the Empty Box Package won the election anddefeated the votes of the Regent candidate couple and Vice Regent Dosmar BanjarNahor-Oloan Paniaran Nababan.162 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
The Impacts of Product Placements in a TV Format Adaptation
No full textThis study examines the presence of product placements in the Vietnamese version of the TV format "2 Days 1 Night" and aims to understand the ways in which product placements impact the production of cultural content. The author observes various types of product placements within the show, ranging from subtle branding to explicit displays of branded products. This extensive presence of advertising sparks the author's interest in exploring product placement as a marketing strategy integrated into TV formats. These dimensions from Peterson and Anand’s (2004) production of culture shape the creative fields and determine how cultural products are established, distributed, evaluated, taught, and preserved. However, the role of advertising and marketing is overlooked and should be included in the culture production. Additionally, as scholars define product placement differently from one another, it is important for this study to understand the concept, hence apply it to this study. With that being said, the research question of this study is “How does product placement impact the Vietnamese adaptation of the Korean series 2 Days 1 Night?”. To answer such question, a comparative analysis between the original South Korean version of "2 Days 1 Night" without product placement and the Vietnamese adaptation with product placements was conducted using multimodal critical discourse analysis as the main approach. The analysis was completed after the application of a strict procedure of data collection. 24 particular scenes were chosen from 20 episodes for the analysis. The findings showed that product placements play an influential part in the contents of the Vietnamese adaptation of “2 Days 1 Night”. Specifically, the presence of product placements leads to alterations in certain selected scenes, yet the program’s main contents remain the same, revealing the adapted version as a hard format. In conclusion, the findings also reveal that product placements in the Vietnamese version were subtle, then becoming more prominent over time. Although the placements did not overshadow the program, they provide additional exposure for brands at the expense of the original version's personal touch. Such finding shows brands’ greediness through the ways in which overconsumption was encouraged using the practice of product placement and raises questions regarding the show’s ethics and intentions. Lastly, this study includes limitations that are relating to the identification of product placements, as well as cultural barriers, and suggests that future research should pay more attention to production teams’ and audiences’ perspectives

serving as the voice of the constituents and turn it into public policy. In addition,
there were no less important task that must be carried out by political parties, namely
conducting regeneration after going through the process of political recruitment.
Regeneration is the lifeblood of all organizations referred to political parties, because
the regeneration system is a very important process in order to maintain continuity of
leadership from one generation to the next. To obtain the qualified cadres, it needed a
systematic regeneration system.
This study aims to determine how the Nasdem party North Sumatra region to
perform the regeneration function in order to create qualified cadres.
This study uses the description of analysis, in which the author describes all
of the facts and findings of researchers then provide an analysis of the facts and
findings. In looking at the extent to which the Nasdem party’s regeneration function,
the researchers measured in three variables and conditions according to data
presented and further research will draw conclusions from the measured variables.
The three variables that researchers use is how the process of political recruitment is
done, what the pattern of regeneration and the extent to which the process of
regeneration that has been running.
This study used descriptive research method, by using interviews and
literature, where researchers conducted interviews with NasDem party officials and
search the literature that are considered capable of supporting research.
The conclusions obtained from this research is an activity carried out by the
party cadre is that the activities carried out by the party, is still relatively low, due to
various factors. First, the lack of availability of teacher cadres, secondly, because of
the limited number of teachers so that the party delaying activities until sufficient
amount of mass and the third is a data collection system that has not been running

No full textLas plataformas virtuales se han convertido en un instrumento de utilidad a la hora de conocer las preferencias que tienen las comunidades de fans a través de sus interacciones en la red. Este estudio analiza el fenómeno fanfiction como una nueva forma de conocer a las audiencias desde los conceptos de la narrativa transmedia y como una forma de escritura colaborativa en la plataforma Wattpad. Se seleccionó una obra fanfiction de uno de los animes más populares en internet, y a partir de la etnografía virtual, junto con un análisis de contenido, se identificó las interacciones entre los lectores y la autora, la influencia que tienen los comentarios en la construcción del relato, así como su importancia en el refuerzo de la identidad fandom. Los resultados mostraron la cercanía que puede existir entre el escritor y sus lectores a través de una retroalimentación activa para la construcción de una cultura participativa y dinámica. Se demostró cuáles son las circunstancias en las que los lectores pueden influenciar la escritura de una obra.Virtual platforms have become a useful instrument when it comes to discovering the preferences of fan communities through their online interactions. This studies the fanfiction phenomenon as a new way of meeting audiences from the concepts of transmedia narrative and as a form of collaborative writing on the Wattpad platform. A fanfiction work of one of the most popular animes on the Internet was selected, and from virtual ethnography, together with a content analysis, the interactions between the readers and the author were identified, the influence that comments have on the construction of the story, as well as its importance in reinforcing the fandom identity. The results showed the closeness that can exist between the writer and his readers through active feedback for the construction of a participatory and dynamic culture. Legislation on employment is stated in the law No.13 Year 2003. A policy
set by the government is not a guarantee that the policy must succeed in
implementation. For the implementation of a public policy many variables
influence it. According to Edwards III, the implementation of public policy
influence by four variables that : communication, resources, dispotition and
bureaucracy structure.
The theory that is used to explain the problem is the theory public policy,
the theory of the implementation of public policy and the theory of marxism.
Methods used in this research is research qualitative with a method of descriptive
analytical. The technique of collecting data should be conducted by a method of
interviews and the study of librarianship. As for the unit of analysis and
informants in this study is the workers businessmen and the head of a labor union
solidarity Indonesia city Pematangsiantar.
Based on an analysis of the results of this research, the author concludes
that the implementation of the labor law No.13 Year 2003 has not been fully able to walk properly. Of interest between workers and employers are opposition led to
many deficiencies in implementing the legislation. The legislation essentially aims
to prosper the labour has not been able to reach his goal. The lack of good
