       Alexis karpouzos (born on April 09, 1967) is a philosopher, author, spiritual master and pioneer of higher consciousness. He is author of several books on philosophy, metaphysics, spirituality, modern science. His most famous books are: ‘’Universal consciousness’’, ‘’non-duality’’, ‘’An ocean of souls’’, ‘’Beyond the heaven’’. Alexis Karpouzos is also a recording artist. He has recorded two music albums and twenty-four singles songs. He has also appeared in two documentary films, television and radio productions. He is the pioneer of the post-ontology consciousness and the wisdom of universal wholeness. The global language of poetry of Alexis Karpouzos, by following the paths of wisdom, is a vehicle for transmitting human knowledge and values, history, ancient traditions, and links with nature. It transmits the human values and worldly knowledge that are essential for opening ourselves to the Other. Poetic creation, therefore, forges very strong links between humans -it transcends beyond languages, beliefs and cultures. Each poem appears in its original form, in a vibrant celebration of life, diversity, language, and the enduring power of poetry.     O que se Vê e o que não se Vê no Intervencionismo da COVID-19 na França: Uma Crítica da Escola Austríaca às Distorções do Mercado de Trabalho.

    This article explores the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic through the Austrian School of Economics lens, focusing on the labor market distortions caused by government interventions in France. While wage subsidies, furlough schemes, and other policies provided immediate relief, they masked deeper inefficiencies and delayed necessary market adjustments. Drawing on the insights of Bastiat, Hayek, Mises, Rothbard, and Kirzner, this study critiques the “seen” effects of these interventions—preserved jobs and stabilized incomes—while highlighting the “unseen” long-term consequences, including misallocation of resources, suppressed entrepreneurial discovery, and exacerbated deindustrialization. The article argues that by artificially maintaining employment in declining sectors and disrupting natural productivity cycles, these policies hindered the market’s ability to correct itself, thus prolonging economic recovery. Furthermore, retaining non-qualified workers without addressing structural labor market issues has entrenched inefficiencies and created a dependency on government support. The Austrian perspective offers a critical evaluation of how interventionism, though well-intentioned, may lead to prolonged economic stagnation and reduced overall market flexibility, underscoring the importance of allowing market signals and entrepreneurial activities to guide recovery efforts.Este artículo explora las consecuencias económicas de la pandemia de COVID-19 desde la perspectiva de la Escuela Austriaca de Economía, centrándose en las distorsiones del mercado laboral causadas por las intervenciones gubernamentales en Francia. Si bien los subsidios salariales, los esquemas de desempleo parcial y otras políticas proporcionaron un alivio inmediato, ocultaron ineficiencias más profundas y retrasaron los ajustes necesarios del mercado. Basándose en los aportes de Bastiat, Hayek, Mises, Rothbard y Kirzner, este estudio critica los efectos “visibles” de estas intervenciones —empleos preservados e ingresos estabilizados—, al tiempo que destaca las consecuencias “invisibles” a largo plazo, como la mala asignación de recursos, la supresión del descubrimiento empresarial y una desindustrialización agravada. El artículo sostiene que, al mantener artificialmente el empleo en sectores en declive y alterar los ciclos naturales de productividad, estas políticas obstaculizaron la capacidad del mercado para corregirse por sí mismo, prolongando así la recuperación económica. Además, la retención de trabajadores no cualificados sin abordar los problemas estructurales del mercado laboral ha afianzado ineficiencias y generado una dependencia del apoyo estatal. La perspectiva austriaca ofrece una evaluación crítica de cómo el intervencionismo, aunque bien intencionado, puede conducir a una prolongada estancación económica y a una menor flexibilidad del mercado, subrayando la importancia de permitir que las señales del mercado y las actividades emprendedoras guíen los esfuerzos de recuperación.Este artigo explora as consequências econômicas da pandemia de COVID-19 sob a ótica da Escola Austríaca de Economia, com foco nas distorções do mercado de trabalho causadas pelas intervenções governamentais na França. Embora os subsídios salariais, os programas de suspensão temporária de contratos e outras políticas tenham proporcionado alívio imediato, eles mascararam ineficiências mais profundas e atrasaram os ajustes necessários do mercado. Com base nas ideias de Bastiat, Hayek, Mises, Rothbard e Kirzner, este estudo critica os efeitos “visíveis” dessas intervenções — empregos preservados e rendas estabilizadas — ao mesmo tempo que destaca as consequências “invisíveis” de longo prazo, como a má alocação de recursos, a supressão da descoberta empreendedora e o agravamento da desindustrialização. O artigo argumenta que, ao manter artificialmente o emprego em setores em declínio e ao interromper os ciclos naturais de produtividade, essas políticas impediram a capacidade do mercado de se autorregular, prolongando assim a recuperação econômica. Além disso, manter trabalhadores não qualificados sem enfrentar os problemas estruturais do mercado de trabalho enraizou ineficiências e criou uma dependência do apoio governamental.     If physics leads us today to a world view which is essentially holistic, it returns, in a way, to its beginning, 2,500 years ago. It is interesting to follow the evolution of Western science along its spiral path, starting from the mystical philosophies of the early Greeks, rising and unfolding in an impressive development of intellectual thought that increasingly turned away from its mystical origins to develop a world view which is in sharp contrast to that of the Far East In its most recent stages, Western science is finally overcoming this view and coming back to those of the early Greek and the Eastern philosophies. This time, however, it is not only based on intuition, but also on experiments of great precision and sophistication, and on a rigorous and consistent mathematical formalism. The parallels to modem physics appear not only in the Vedas of Hinduism, in the I Ching , or in the Buddhist sutras, but also in the fragments of Heraclitus, Parmenides, Plotinus, African-American philosophy, the eastern negative theology, in the Sufism of lbn Arabi, in the holistic spirit of Giordano Bruno and Meister Eckhart, in monadology of Leibniz, in the Absolute Idea of Hegel and Shelling, e.t. All ancient spiritual traditions suggest that the world is a unity and the multiplicity is only apparent. Modern science claims that the visible world of matter and the multiplicity is only apparent, the reality is unseen and invisible. Since different roads the mysticism and the rationalism lead to the same view, the view of the open totality of the world. The mystical insight of spirituality and the rational mind of science leading to the open thought, the wisdom of life. The spiritual experience of oneness conduces to the same insight as reasoning through science. Both convey the insight of fundamental interconnection between ourselves, other people, other forms of life, the biosphere and, ultimately, the universe. Science and spirituality, far from being mutually exclusive and conflicting elements, are complementary partners in the search for the path that can enable humanity to recover its oneness with the world. Science demonstrates the urgent and objective need for it; and spirituality testifies to its inherent value and supreme desirability. We can reason to our oneness in the world, and we can experience our oneness with the world. The time has come to do both, for they are complementary and mutually reinforcing. Presents a revolutionary new paradigm of Cosmic Thought that bridges the divide between science and spirituality. Discloses the ramifications of non-localized consciousness and how the physical world and spiritual experience are two aspects of the same Cosmos. What scientists are now finding at the outermost frontiers of every field is overturning all the basic premises concerning the nature of matter and reality.The essays on this book are the notes from the international e – learning courses that were given by the philosopher, and author Alexis Karpouzos during the winter of 2014.     En el artículo se examinan la obra y el legado del francés Alexis Carrel (1873-1944), ganador del Premio Nobel, como caso paradigmático del modernismo reaccionario y el pesimismo cultural del periodo de entreguerras. Preocupado por la "crisis de la civilización", en 1935 Carrel publicó La incógnita del hombre, un libro en el que proponía la reconstrucción del individuo a partir de un conjunto de medidas fascistas y eugenésicas. El éxito de la obra convirtió a su autor en uno de los divulgadores del racismo científico más populares de la época. Entre 1941 y 1944 trabajó para el régimen colaboracionista de Vichy dirigiendo un instituto de investigaciones sociobiológicas que tenía por misión "mejorar" la población. Tras su muerte, y pese a haber apoyado explícitamente la política biológicoracial de Hitler, Carrel ha sido reivindicado con propósitos de lo más diversos, desde el humanismo católico y la clonación hasta el racismo antiárabe y el fundamentalismo islámico.The article examines the career and legacy of the French-born Nobel laureate Alexis Carrel (1873-1944) as a paradigmatic case of interwar reactionary modernism and cultural despair. Concerned about the "crisis of civilization", in 1935 Carrel published Man, the Unknown, a book in which he proposed the reconstruction of the individual along fascist and eugenic lines. The book´s success turned the author into one of the most popular vulgarizers of scientific racism. Between 1941 and 1944 he worked for the collaborationist regime of Vichy, heading an institution of sociobiological research aimed at the "improvement" of the population.
