KERJASAMA ANTARA GURU DENGAN PUSTAKAWAN DALAM LAYANAN PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH
Perpustakaan merupakan bagian integral dilingkungan sekolah, oleh karena itu perlu adanya kerjasama dalam memaksimalkan potensi layanan perpustakaan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan jawaban dari rumusan kerjasama antara guru dengan pustakawan dalam layanan perpustakaan sekolah di Perpustakaan SD Hikmah Teladan. Selain dari itu untuk mengetahui bentuk kerjasama dalam layanan perpustakaan sekolah dan untuk mengetahui kriteria layanan perpustakaan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat kerjasama antara guru dengan pustakawan dalam layanan perpustakaan sekolah. kerjasama penting untuk dilakukan guna mengoptimalkan potensi layanan perpustakaan sekolah. kerjasama yang dilakukan yaitu dalam bentuk pelaksanaan program kegiatan perpustakaan, pembinaan minat baca, promosi perpustakaan dan pembinaan koleksi. Perpustakaan SD Hikmah Teladan sebagai perpustakaan sekolah perlu melakukan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak secara terus menerus dalam layanan perpustakaan sekolah. ;---The library is an integral part of the school environment, therefore the need for cooperation in maximizing the potential of school library services. PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR TEKS PERSUASIF BERBASIS CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) BERBANTUAN VIDEO TUTORIAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Keterampilan berbicara merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen, keterampilan ini masih cenderung rendah. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya peserta didik yang kesulitan menyampaikan pendapat, kurang percaya diri, dan belum terbiasa berlatih berbicara dalam pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar teks persuasif berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbantuan video tutorial untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 peserta didik kelas IV di salah satu sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bandung. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu meliputi lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, lembar telaah dokumen, angket validasi ahli, dan tes keterampilan berbicara. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji N-Gain untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor keterampilan berbicara dari 47,35 pada pretest menjadi 80,02 pada posttest dengan nilai N-Gain 0,62 (kategori sedang). Indikator keterampilan berbicara yang mengalami peningkatan tertinggi adalah kontak mata dan ekspresi dengan persentase 167,9%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa bahan ajar teks persuasif berbantuan video tutorial efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan memanfaatkan media digital interaktif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pengembangan bahan ajar ini dapat menjadi alternatif inovasi bagi guru dalam mengajarkan teks persuasif secara lebih menarik dan relevan.
Speaking skills are one of the important competencies in Indonesian language learning in elementary schools. However, based on observation results, these skills tend to be low. This is evident in students who have difficulty expressing their opinions, lack confidence, and are not accustomed to practicing speaking in enjoyable learning activities. This study aims to develop persuasive text teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) assisted by video tutorials to improve the speaking skills of elementary school students. The research method used is the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were 25 fourth-grade students at an elementary school in Bandung Regency. The research instruments used included observation sheets, interview sheets, document review sheets, expert validation questionnaires, and speaking skill tests. Data analysis was conducted using the N-Gain test to see the improvement in learning outcomes. The results showed an increase in the average speaking skills score from 47,35 on the pretest to 80,02 on the posttest with an N-Gain value of 0.62 (moderate category). The speaking skill indicator that experienced the highest increase was eye contact and expression with a percentage of 167,9%. These findings indicate that teaching materials for persuasive texts supported by video tutorials are effective in improving the speaking skills of elementary school students through a contextual learning approach and the use of interactive digital media. Based on this, the development of these teaching materials can be an innovative alternative for teachers in teaching persuasive texts in a more interesting and relevant way

A thorough analysis is needed from the bottom structure to the top structure. This research aim is strengthening under and upper structure, nothing moving the user and operational — survey methodology with collecting primary and secondary data. Substructure and upper structure data are analyzed for the cause of the damage. The solution is the design and construction stages — design of substructure and upper structure strengthening. The right construction stage applies for an essential role in the success of the construction because the condition of the existing structure from the bottom up is weak. The structural improvement achieved successful results
