No full textElemento unificante della presente edizione di cantate di Giacomo Carissimi è l’autore del testo, Sebastiano Baldini, poeta fra i più rinomati nella Roma della metà del Seicento. Il contenuto delle sei cantate, invece, è estremamente eterogeneo: una cantata celebrativa (Era degl’Imenei d’Anna e Savello), un paio di argomento spirituale/morale incentrate sul giorno del Giudizio (O voi ch’in arid’ossa, Suonerà l’ultima tromba), mentre le altre ruotano intorno ai consueti lamenti amorosi (Stelle che fu di voi, Un infelice core e Voglio andar (dove dove?) a morire). La pubblicazione è corredata di un apparato critico ed èpreceduta da un’introduzione storica in cui vengono contestualizzate le fonti musicali esistenti: a tal proposito, particolare attenzione è rivolta alla presentazione di fonti finora del tutto sconosciute (che permettono di effettuare alcune precisazioni sul catalogo delle cantate di Carissimi) e al confronto del testo intonato da Carissimi con le fonti letterarie degli stessi testi di Baldini conservate in alcune raccolte manoscritte del Fondo Chigi della Biblioteca Apostolica VaticanaThe aim of this edition of cantatas by Giacomo Carissimi is to collect the cantatas the author wrote on the poetic text of Sebastiano Baldini, one of the most important poets in Rome in the middle of the 17th Century. These six cantatas have very heterogeneous subjects: one of them is a composition for a marriage (Era degl’Imenei d’Anna e Savello), two are sacred cantatas on the theme of the Last Judgment (O voi ch’in arid’ossa, Suonerà l’ultima tromba); the others have as a subject the usual love laments (Stelle che fu di voi, Un infelice core and Voglio andar (dove dove?) a morire). This edition is supplied with a historical introduction and a critical report. Finally the work is concluded by a comparison between the poetic texts set in music and the same texts presented in literary sources preserved in the Vatican Library

A 3V 15b 157W Cryo-CMOS DAC for Multiplexed Spin-Qubit Biasing
No full textThis paper presents a 15b cryo-CMOS DAC for multiplexed spin-qubit biasing implemented in a 22-nm FinFET process. The integrating-DAC architecture and the robust digitally-assisted high-voltage output stage enable a low power dissipation (157W) and small area (0.08mm2) independent of the number of biased qubits, and a 3V output range well beyond the nominal supply. This represents the first scalable solution for cryo-CMOS qubit biasing, which achieves a 1.8× better voltage resolution with a lower DNL over a 3× larger output range than the current state-of-the-art.
