L’evoluzione della concorrenza e la sorte della regolazione dei mercati nei settori a rete
The article analyzes critically the evolution of the essential facilities doctrine from the stand point of both antitrust law and economic theory, following the evolution of competition. The final purpose of the analysis is to assess the adequacy of the current regulations of the access to the infrastructures and the need to adapt policies to the development of markets

Infrastrutture e servizi a rete fra regolazione e concorrenza. Spunti per una politica delle infrastrutture di trasporto
The work aims to provide policy proposals for transport infrastructures, with particular emphasis on constraints, criticality and the opportunities provided by the processes of liberalisation, regulation and privatization of the sector. The basic theme that is addressed is if, to what extent and under what conditions the process of liberalisation and privatisation represent obstacles or an opportunities for industrial, social and regulatory policies aimed at an efficient government of the mobility. And, on the other hand, if and to what extent the pursuit of this objective could encourage or slow down the processes mentioned

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
