Deteksi Video Deepfake Menggunakan InceptionV3 dan LSTM Berdasarkan Metode Pembuatan Video Deepfake
Get PDFPesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong peningkatan penyebaran video deepfake, yaitu video manipulasi wajah berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Meskipun memiliki manfaat potensial, teknologi ini menimbulkan risiko seperti disinformasi, pencemaran nama baik, dan eksploitasi non-konsensual. Tantangan utama dalam deteksi deepfake adalah rendahnya kemampuan model untuk menggeneralisasi terhadap berbagai teknik manipulasi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan arsitektur deteksi berbasis InceptionV3 dan LSTM. InceptionV3 (dibekukan tanpa top layer) dengan GlobalAveragePooling2D mengekstraksi fitur spasial dari setiap frame, yang kemudian diproses secara temporal oleh LSTM 128 unit, lalu diklasifikasikan melalui lapisan Dense 64-neuron dan Dense 1-neuron beserta lapisan dropout dan kernel regularizer untuk mengurangi overfitting. Enam model dilatih: lima pada masing-masing metode manipulasi dari dataset FaceForensics++ (Deepfakes, FaceSwap, Face2Face, NeuralTextures, FaceShifter), dan satu model tambahan pada gabungan seluruh metode. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan lima metrik, dengan fokus pada AUC-ROC untuk skenario cross-subset testing. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model spesifik Deepfakes mencapai AUC-ROC tertinggi (0,9007), namun menurun drastis pada metode lain. Pada cross-subset testing, model gabungan lebih seimbang namun tidak lebih unggul dari model yang dilatih dengan deepfakes. Semua model mengalami overfitting karena kurangnya variansi data, arsitektur terlalu kompleks, serta jumlah frame yang tidak cukup untuk menangkap pola temporal yang kompleks. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan terfokus pada pembuatan, pengembangan, dan perbaikan fitur-fitur pada aplikasi mobile berbasis Android Kompas.id, salah satu subscription-based service dari Harian Kompas. Pekerjaan tersebut diklasifikasikan ke dalam bentuk cards atau tasks yang berupa user story atau pembuatan fitur baru, improvement atau pengembangan fitur-fitur yang sudah ada sebelumnya, serta bug fixing atau perbaikan terhadap fitur-fitur yang tidak bekerja secara semestinya. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metodologi agile dengan clean coding practices seperti menggunakan clean architecture serta MVVM pattern. IDE yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi adalah Android Studio. Dalam praktik kerja magang ini, dikerjakan sebanyak 3 user story, 2 improvement, serta 7 bug fixing. Beberapa fitur dan perbaikan yang telah dikerjakan telah dirilis pada aplikasi production di Playstore, namun terdapat juga fitur-fitur yang masih sedang dalam tahap pengembangan lebih lanjut

Praktik kerja magang berlangsung pada salah satu subgrup dari Group Strategic Information Technology (GSIT), yang merupakan departemen teknologi informasi BCA. Subgrup tersebut adalah Customer Touchpoint Solution (CTS), tepatnya pada biro CTS E yang bertanggung jawab atas kelangsungan operasional layanan yang berkaitan dengan EDC, ATM, IoT, dan sejenisnya. Aplikasi CTS E Hub dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi alur kerja tim-tim pada biro CTS E dengan memfasilitasi berbagai proses internal. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu dan penggunaan, ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti kesalahan pada fitur notes, sistem handling user role yang masih di hardcode, kesulitan dalam pembuatan dokumen checklist implementasi proyek, serta ekstraksi data dari dokumen yang berisi ratusan data. Selain itu, diperlukan eksplorasi pada framework Selenium dan Cucumber untuk keperluan integration testing aplikasi internal lain. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan framework Spring Boot dan Vue untuk mengatasi kendala dan keperluan tersebut. Perbaikan fitur notes serta pembuatan fitur Role-Base Access Control, fitur Export Excel for Implementation Document, dan fitur File Parsing sudah berhasil dilakukan berdasarkan user requirement dan digunakan oleh anggota tim yang melakukan request fitur tersebut. counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
