Pemberian Rehabilitasi Tersangka Narkotika Ditinjau Dari Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika / oleh Dede Manda Putri Doenggio

Penyalahguna narkoba yang tertangkap tangan saat terjadi penggerebekan oleh penyidik berdasarkan Undang-Undang Narkotika dapat diputus atau ditetapkan untuk menjalani rehabilitasi. Akan tetapi pemberian rehabilitasi tersangka narkotika yang diberikan oleh penyidik BNN kepada RA yang ditangkap dikediamannya sudah bertentangan dengan UU Narkotika. RA yang berstatus tersangka menjalani rehabilitasi narkotika di Lido tersebut pada saat kasusnya belum diputus oleh pengadilan. Disinilah timbul permasalahan dikarenakan pemberian rehabilitasi tersebut bertentangan dengan UU Narkotika. Dalam penelitian ini Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian normatif yang memfokuskan penelitian dengan menggunakan bahan pustaka. Penulis juga melengkapi bahan penelitian dengan melakukan wawancara kepada beberapa narasumber. Pemberian rehabilitasi tersangka narkotika pada saat proses kasusnya masih berjalan dan belum mempunyai putusan pengadilan yang tetap jelas bertentangan dengan UU Narkotika khususnya Pasal 103. Pengaruh Product placement Skincare MS Glow Terhadap Purchase Intention Dan Brand Awareness Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Produk Skincare MS Glow Dalam Video Musik Lucinta Luna Feat Dede Satria-Tanpa Status)
Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperkenalkan produk kepada masyarakat melalui iklan. Saat ini, iklan dapat disampaikan melalui berbagai media hiburan, mulai dari film, program televisi hingga video musik dan situs berbagi video baru-baru ini seperti Youtube. Youtube saat ini telah masuk ke dalam jajaran platform yang paling banyak dikunjungi oleh masyarakat. Hal ini kemudian, dimanfaatkan oleh salah satu produk Skincare yaitu MS Glow yang mengiklankan produknya dalam sebuah tayangan video musik. Penyanyi yang bekerja sama dengan produk MS Glow adalah Lucinta Luna dan Dede Satria yang membawakan lagu Tanpa Status.masalah Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Product placement terhadap Purchase Intention melalui Brand Awarness sebagai variabel intervening.. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Product placement MS Glow Terhadap Purchase Intention dan Brand Awareness Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Dalam Video Musik Lucinta Luna Feat Dede Satria-Tanpa Status)”.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research.Subjek penelitian ini yaitu responden yang sudah menonton video music lucinta luna feat dede satria tanpa status dan berjenis kelamin wanita di Kota Malang. Dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Sedangkan untuk analisis data, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Product placement berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap purchase intention dan brand awareness. Namun, variabel brand awareness tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, pada penelitian juga ditemukan bahwa brand awarness tidak mampu memediasi product placement terhadap purchase intention.

Yarımçıq Elyazma (Incomplete Manuscript) - Dede Korkut Today
Çağdaş dönem Azerbaycan edebiyatının en önemli temsilcilerinden olan, yazar kimliğinin yanında aynı zamanda şair, dilbilimci, Türkolog, destan bilimci, Dede Korkut uzmanı, eleştirmen olarak da tanınan Kamal Abdulla’nın yaradıcılığı geniş anlamda Türk edebiyatının millî kaynaklarından, mitoloji ve folklordan beslenir. Yazarın eserlerinin başlıca ilham kaynağı ise Dede Korkut Destanı’dır. Bunun en bariz örneği yazarın Yarımçıq Elyazma romanıdır. Yazar, Dede Korkut Destanı’ndan ilham alarak yazdığı romanda tarihsel olana yeni yorum getirerek farklı bir anlatı ortaya çıkarmıştır. Romanda en dikkat çeken husus Destan kahramanlarının farklı şekilde ele alınmasıdır. Abdulla, Destanın idealize edilmiş kahramanlarını Yarımçıq Elyama romanına birer günümüz insanı gibi dâhil eder. Bu bağlamda romanın en dikkat çeken karakteri Dede Korkut Destanı’nın kutsal ve bilge kişisi Dede Korkut’tur. Romandaki Korkut, Destan’ın yüceltilip kutsallaştırılmış Korkut Atası’ndan farklı olarak yanlış yapabilen, nefsine yenilen, bireysel duygu ve düşüncelerle donatılmış bir roman karakterdir. Yazarın bu yaklaşımı geniş çaplı okuyucu ve araştırmacı kitlesinin dikkatini çekmiştir. Azerbaycan’da büyük tartışmalara yol açan roman, dünyanın birçok ülkesinde de ilgi uyandırmış, romanla ilgili üç yüzden fazla makale yazılmıştır. Romanı çok tartışılır kılan yazarın kahraman ve olayları çağdaş döneme uyarlayarak kendine özgü, alışılagelmişin dışında yeniden kurgulamasıdır. Tarihi karakterleri şimdileştiren yazarın amacı, üzerinde tekyönlü araştırma yapılan olay ve kahramanlara farklı açıdan bakılmasını sağlamaktır.The work of Kamal Abdulla, one of the most important representatives of contemporary Azerbaijani literature, is broadly nourished by national sources of Turkish literature, mythology and folklore. The author created a different narrative by bringing a new interpretation to the historical novel he wrote inspired by the epic of Dede Korkut. The most striking point of the novel is that the epic heroes are handled differently here. Abdulla uses the idealized heroes of the epic in his novel Yarımçıq Elyazma like ordinary people. In this context, the most striking character of the novel is Dede Korkut, the holy and wise person of the Dede Korkut Epic. Korkut in the novel is a character who can make mistakes and is equipped with individual feelings and thoughts, unlike the glorified and sanctified Korkut Ancestor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Sedangkan untuk analisis data, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Product Placement berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Purchase Intention dan Brand Awareness. Namun, variabel Brand Awareness tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Purchase Intention. Selain itu, pada penelitian juga ditemukan bahwa Brand Awareness tidak mampu memediasi Product Placement terhadap Purchase Intention.

Development of technology can be used to introduce products to the public through advertising. Today, advertising can be delivered through a variety of entertainment media, ranging from films and television programs to music videos and more recently video sharing sites such as Youtube. Youtube has now entered the ranks of the platforms most visited by the public. This was later used by one of the Skincare products, namely MS Glow, which advertised its product in a music video show. Singers who collaborated with MS Glow products were Lucinta Luna and Dede Satria who performed the song Tanpa Status. With this strategy, it is expected to increase Purchase Intention. Based on this background, the researcher wanted to conduct a study entitled "The Effect of Product Placement MS Glow on Purchase Intention and Brand Awareness as Intervening Variables (Case Study in Lucinta Luna Music Video Feat Dede Satria-Tanpa Status)". The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Placement on Purchase Intention through Brand Awareness as an intervening variable.
This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using a questionnaire as a data collection method. As for data analysis, researchers used the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis approach.
The results of this study indicate that Product Placement has a direct effect on Purchase Intention and Brand Awareness. However, the Brand Awareness variable has no direct effect on Purchase Intention. In addition, the research also found that Brand Awareness was unable to mediate Product Placement on Purchase Intention.

Derginin ekonomik yükü kurucusu H. Feyzullahi üzerinde olduğundan dolayı 20 sayıdan sonra derginin yayını durdurulmu?tur. ?slam devriminden sonra ?ran?da birkaç Türkçe dergi yayın hayatına ba?ladı. Ancak bu dergilerin hayatı siyasi ve ekonomik nedenlerden dolayı kısa oldu. ?ah rejiminin Azerbaycan kültürüne baskılarından sonra ?slami devrimle birlikte Türkçenin serbest olacağı umuduyla birkaç dergi ve gazete çıkmaya ba?ladı. Dede Korkut jurnal is the first Turkish journal published after the Islamic revolution in Iran. Dede Korkut has total of 20 numbers in Tabriz between 1980 and February 1983. Pengaruh Cash Flow dan Liquidity terhadap Cash Holding pada perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Indeks Saham Syariah (ISSI): Studi di PT.Tigaraksa Satria Tbks periode 2013-2022
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pengaruh Cash Flow dan Liquidity terhadap Cash Holding pada PT. Tigaraksa Satria Tbk. Rasio ini dipengaruhi oleh Cash Flow, yang menandakan Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa arus kas yang tinggi juga mempengaruhi peningkatan arus kas. Dengan arus kas yang lebih besar, perusahaan cenderung menyimpan lebih banyak kas. Sedangkan Perusahaan dengan tingkat Liquidity yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki kas yang lebih rendah, begitupun sebaliknya, dikarenakan sebagian besar kas digunakan untuk memenuhi kewajiban utang.
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Cash Flow secara parsial terhadap Cash Holding; (2) Pengaruh Liquidity secara parsial terhadap Cash Holding; (3) Pengaruh Cash Flow dan Liquidity secara simultan terhadap Cash Holding pada Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Index Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) (Studi di PT. Tigaraksa Satria Tbk Periode 2013-2022).
Kerangka berpikir adalah sintesis tentang hubungan antar variabel. Cash Flow dan Liquidity adalah variabel Independent (parsial) yang dapat mempengaruhi Cash Holding sebagai variabel Dependent (simultan).
Metode yang dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang diambil merupakan data sekunder runtun waktu (time series) dari laporan tahunan PT. Tigaraksa Satria Tbk selama periode 2013-2022. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis uji asosiatif, dan analisis uji signifikansi atau hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). Pengolahan data menggunakan perhitungan manual serta menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS for windows version 26.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2019 untuk mendukung analisis data.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menyimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Cash Flow secara parsial terbukti memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Cash Holding yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t sebesar 3,752 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 63,8%; (2) Liqudity secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Cash Holding terbukti dengan hasil nilai uji t sebesar 2,886 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 51%; (3) Cash Flow dan Liquidity secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Cash Holding dengan uji f sebesar 6,163 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 63,8%
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pelanggan Dalam Memilih Klub Basket Satria Indonesia Tangerang Selatan
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pelanggan dalam memilih klub basket satria Indonesia Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dengan metode asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, dan Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas pelayanan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pelanggan. Harga terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pelanggan. Promosi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pelanggan. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pelanggan dengan nilai Fhitung 70,448 > Ftabel 2,6
The language of dede korkut, style and various cultural peculiarities in devlet ana novel (mother state)
"Devlet Ana" romanı, ele aldığı konu ve üslup özellikleri itibariyle yazarın eserleri arasında farklı ve özel bir yere sahiptir. Osmanlı Devleti'nin kuruluş öyküsünün anlatıldığı romanda, Kemal Tahir, Dede Korkut'ta yer alan çeşitli kültür unsurlarını, dil ve söyleyiş özelliklerini büyük bir ustalıkla kullanmıştır. Bu çalışmada "Devlet Ana" romanında tespit ettiğimiz "Dede Korkut yansımaları" ayrıntılı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçta, Dede Korkut'ta yer alan üslup özelliklerinin, eski Türk geleneklerinden biri olan değerli hayvanlar kesilerek yapılan toy, kadın sadakati, İslam inancı, ölüm karşısında gösterilen sabır ve daha birçok kültür unsurunun roman kişilerinin duygu, düşünce ve anlayışını yansıtmakta kullanıldığına vurgu yapılmıştır. Ele aldığımız eserin 1968 yılı TDK ödülünü almasında roman düzlemine işlenmiş olan Dede Korkut nakışlarının etkisinin olduğu kuşkusuzdur.Novel "Devlet Ana" has a special and unique place among the works of the author in terms of its topic and style. Kemal Tahir used various cultural elements, language and utterance features skillfully in Dede Korkut in which setting period of Ottoman was told. In this work, "Dede Korkut reflections" identified in "Devlet Ana" were evaluated in details. Stylistic features in Dede Korkut, "toy" (a type of feast) made by killing precious animals which is one of the old Turkish traditions, women loyality, Islamic belief, patience against death, and many more cultural elements used to reflect the opinions, ideas and understanding of characters in the novel are emphasized in conclusion part. Bu çalısmamızda XIX. Asırda yasamıs olan İstanbul Besiktas Mevlevîhânesi postnisini Hasan Nazif Dede'nin müellifi oldugu Ta'rîfü's-Sülûk adlı eserini inceledik. içerisinde çesitli tasavvufî konuların islendigi ve farklı rivâyetlerin geçtigi bu risâleyi tasavvuf ilminin kriterlerine göre belli baslı klasik tasavvuf kaynaklarından faydalanarak ele aldık. Çalısmamızın birinci bölümünde Nazif Hasan Dede'nin yasadıgı XIX. asrı, bu devrin siyâsî, sosyal, kültürel yönlerini, yasadıgı devirdeki tasavvufu, bu devre damgasını vurmus olan mutasavvıfları ve ilim adamlarını, Nazif Hasan Dede'nin hayatını, çocuklugundan îtibâren ilme ve tasavvufa olan ilgisini, tasavvufî kisiligini inceledik. ikinci bölümde ise; Ta'rîfü's-Sülûk'te izledigi metodu, eserin genel özelliklerini, konuları isleyis yöntemini ve bu eserde ele aldıgı zühd, fakr, mürsid-i kâmil, muhabbet ve ilâhî ask, ilim, riyâzet ve mücâhede, fenâ, vahdet-i vücûd, Hz. Daha sonra ekte Ta'rîfü's-Sülûk'ün metnini ve metnin latinizesini vererek çalısmamızı tamamladık.In this MA dissertation, thi risala (pamphlet) named Tereefu?s-Suluuk has been studied, whose author is Hasan Naseef Dede, istanbul Besiktas Mawlawi-house Sheikh that lived in XIX. century. This work, in which different sufistic (Islamic mistical) subjects were discussed, and the reports that in contains have been studied based on the main classical sufistic sources according to the criteria of Sufism. In the first chapter, XIX. century when the author lived, political, social and cultural aspects of this period, Sufism during this time, prominent Sufis and scholars of his time, his life, his interest in knowledge and Sufism from his childhood, and his sufistic personality have been studied. The second chapter includes remarks on his method in Traeefu?s-Suluuk, its main characteristics, his way of discussing the subjects, the subjects he dealt with in the risala like zuhd (asceticism), faqr (destitution), murshid-i qameel (perfect guide), mahabbat (love) and divine love, marifet (wisdom) and ilm (konwledge), riyazat (spiritual exercise) and mucahada (struggle againszt human spirit), fana (being obsorbed in divine being), wahdatu?lwucuud (pantheism), the Prophet?s love of child, the relation between Sufism and politicks.
