    Penelitian-penelitian yang membandingkan pendekatan kontruktivisme dan pendekatan tradisional dalam pengajaran matematika seringkali sulit diinterpretasikan. Hal ini disebabkan karena metode-metode kontruktivis biasanya dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan hasil belajar yang secara kualitatif berbeda dengan apa yang dihasilkan oleh metode-metode tradisional. Selain itu kebanyakan penelitian tentang metode-metode kontruktivis bersifat deskriptif dari pada komparartif. Salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran yang berbasis kontruktivisme yang dapat dikembangkan dalam proses belajar mengajar matematika adalah pendekatan pemecahaman masalah. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah membahas suatu model pendekatan pembelajaran matematika yang berbasis kontruktivisme yang tersimpul dalam beberapa masalah yaitu; bagaiamana pandangan kontruktovisem dalam pembelajaran, Bagaimana model pendekatan pemecahamn masalah, sera bagaimana penerapan pendekatan pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran matematika. Untuk lebih meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam matematika maka pendekatan pemecahan masalah yang didasarkan pada pandangan kontruktivisme merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran matematika. Untuk menerapkan pendekatan pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran matematika guru harus lebih berhati-hati dan lihai dalam memilih masalah yang diberikan sebagai panduan pembelajaran. Pendekatan pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran matematika akan menumbuhkan kemampuan kreatif siswa dalam memecahkan masalah yang mereka hadapi baik dalam pembelajaran matematika maupun dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari

    The aims of this research are producing the test instrument of mathematics skill on elementary school which is valid and reliable. The instrument test development in this research use the development model of Wilson, Oriondo and Antonio which is modified. The number of testing sample in this research is 160 of students in each class. This research result: 1) the validity index of aiken v is 0.979 in grade IV and 0.988 in grade V. The coefficient of instrument skill in class IV and V are 0.883 and 0.954. The case indicates that the overall item is accepted and reliable to be used for measuring the development of mathematics skill of elementary school students

    Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Mengelola potensi desa; untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sumberdaya manusia; melalui; aksi nyata pemerintah desa dan kerja sama masyarakat untuk mengelola potensi Desa, melalui agenda kegiatan; FGD: Program utama; Optimalisasi Pelayanan Aparat Desa. Materi; Kesehatan dan Kepatuhan Hukum oleh Pemerintah Desa dalam pencegahan dan penanganan Stunting dalam situasi New Normal pasca pandemik Covid-19, melalui Tertib Hukum dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat Pohuwato kawasan wilayah pesisir. Pentingnya kegiatan ini; Untuk mendapatkan penanganan kesehatan yang optimal dan ketertiban serta keterlibatan juga kepatuhan program pemerintah dalam kepatuhan protap kesehatan dan . 2) Pendampingan pelayanan Gizi untuk kesehatan masyarakat. Agenda kegiatan yang kedua untuk mengoptimalkan Pelayanan posyandu Desa/kelurahan/kecamatan, sebagai basis pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat; terutama untuk ibu hamil dan anak balita (kegiatannnya dalam bentuk BimTek dan gerakan aski pelayanan kesehatan untuk ibu hamil dan anak balita, serta donor darah). Pentingnya kegiatan; untuk melayani langsung masyarakat; gerakan aksi pelayanan untuk masyarakat dalam menangani Stunting. 3) BimTek; Sosialisasi Pola Hidup Sehat (PHBS); Patuh Protap Kesehatan; Geraka aksi kegiatan ketiga; Cara Cuci tangan dan Pakai masker; Bagi-bagi masker masyarakat pesisir. 4) Pelatihan menanam tanaman di halaman dan kebun. Aksi kegiatan keempat ini; dilaksankan bersama DPL, Mahasiswa, Aparat Desa dan Pemateri (Agro Teknologi Pertanian). 5) Program Tambahan; Pengolahan Potensi Pertanian, laut dan tambak untuk kawasan wilayah pesisir; Krepek sayur bayam, Penggaraman Ikan Batu dan Naghet Udang.  Pelaksana Kegiatan; 1) Perguruan Tinggi (Tim DPL dan Mahasiswa, dan akademisi/Ahli atau pakar dalam keilmuan bidang program kegiatan) 2) Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kecamatan/Desa sebagai Mitra dan 3) keterlibatan seluruh masyarakat Desa. Adapun Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, (a) Masyrakat mendapatkan pelayanan optimal dari aparat/perangkat Desa. b) Peningkatan kesehatan Stunting c) Peningkatan Kesadaran masyarakat agar tertib dalam Protap kesehatan dalam situasi dan kondisi New Normal Setelah wabah Covid-19 d) Meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian serta e) ketrampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan lahan untuk produksi tanaman lokal untuk ketersediaan pangan, f) jika berlebih produksi lokal masyarakat dapat dijual dalam pemenuhan gizi dan obat tradisional untuk pencegahan penyakit masyarakat kawasan wilayah pesisir.     This study aims at developing an inquiry by learning cycle (RYLEAC) model in electricity and magnetic concept to increase science process skill and the learning achievement of students at physics department of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo and to describe factors supporting and inhibiting the RYLEAC learning model in basic physics subject, especially in electricity and magnetic concept. This study was a development study with 4D model. This study revealed: (1) the 4D development of RYLEAC learning model with the following steps of 4D: (a) define, (b) design, (c) develop, and (d) disseminate; (2) factors supporting the implementation of RYLEAC model implementation were (a) sufficient laboratory condition and facilities; (b) interaction among students, between students and lecturer, environment, and learning resources, lecturer allocated time to interact students and provide them with opportunities to ask questions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors were: (a) tools and media to carry out experiments were insufficient; (b) lack of reading the relevant books, making notes on what was gained from reading, discussion with friends, and lack of concentration during teaching and learning process.  Article visualizations

    Developing Students\u27 Mathematical Communication Skill in Junior High School with Various Level of Mathematics Achievement through Generative Learning Model

    Mathematical communication skill was the missing piece of the mathematics education failure puzzle for centuries despite its central role in learning activities. Built on top of other process skills, the skill was the tool to construct a more comprehensive conceptual understanding by learning math from different perspectives, sharpening other cognitive skills, and providing important feedback about students\u27 understanding. This study observed how the students\u27 mathematical communication skill was correlated with the application of the generative learning model and how this correlation was influenced by various level of the school\u27s academic achievement in mathematics. It employed a fractional 2x2-factorial design, careful non-probability sampling combined with simple random sampling to pick 171 students, and a validated and reliable scoring system to measure communication skills. Based on the results, the students\u27 mathematical communication skill significantly correlates with the application of the generative learning model. The use of factorial design revealed that this correlation was more determined by applying the generative learning model, not by the level of schools\u27 or students\u27 mathematics achievement. Teachers should be more optimistic about using generative learning models to improve mathematical communication skills, even in classes with lower mathematics achievement levels

    The Effect of Apparatus Competence on Public Service Quality of Financial Agency in Gorontalo District

    This research aim is to examine the effect of apparatus competence on public service quality of Financial Agency in Gorontalo District. It uses explanatory survey method with quantitative approach to analyze the effect of apparatus competence as independent latent construct (exogenous) on public service quality of financial agency as latent construct (endogen). The population of 100 respondents spread in offices of Gorontalo District Financial Agency and some Local Apparatus Work Unit (LAWU), and all population become samples. The data is analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS. The research results show that the effect of apparatus competence on public service quality of financial agency has path coefficient of 0.521 (52.1%) with t value of 7.919. This value is greater than t table (1.96). Therefore, the apparatus competence has a direct positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality of financial agency in Gorontalo District. It can be said that apparatus competence increase the Public Service Quality of financial agency in Gorontalo District. Keywords: apparatus Competence, Public Service Quality

    Pengembangan Modul Ajar Berdiferensiasi Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka dengan Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik

    This research is development research and aims to produce a teaching device in the form of an emancipated curriculum-based module with a realistic mathematics education approach that is valid, practical, and effective. This research employs the 4- D development model conducted on the seventh grade students at SMPN 1 Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, in the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The results indicate that the quality of the developed product meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This is proven by the validation results for the teaching module, where the average score given by the validators is 96.8%, indicating that it is categorized as highly valid. The analysis of the practicality aspect during the small-scale trial yielded scores ranging from 81% to 100%, meeting the criteria of being highly practical. The large-scale trial also indicates an average score of 100% with a highly practical rating. The effectiveness aspect was analyzed based on the students learning test results, which had an average score of 92.0%. In conclusion, with a realistic mathematics education approach, the emancipated curriculum-based mathematics teaching module is valid, practical, and effective for algebra material in seventh grade at SMPN 1 Kwandang.

    Efektivitas Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis Smartphone untuk Pembelajaran Matematika dengan Tatap Muka Terbatas

    This research is a type of research and development that aims to develop and test the effectiveness of using smartphone-based interactive multimedia products using smart apps creator (SAC), which was developed through the development of the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were teachers and students of class X IPA 1 SMAN 4 Gorontalo, as many as 28 students. The product is considered suitable for use based on the validity criteria from the assessment of the material, media, and learning design experts. The product is also considered effective based on the learning outcomes of students with a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design. From the results of statistical analysis with the paired sample T-test where the value of  is 12,560 and the value of  is 2,05183, then . So, the hypothesis that there are differences in learning outcomes before using the product and after using the multimedia product is accepted. Then the effectiveness category is determined through the gain score test with the average gain score of 0.62 with a moderate classification and for the average percentage gain score of 62.25% with a fairly effective category

    This study aims to develop smartphone-based interactive multimedia products using smart apps creator (SAC) which was developed through the development of the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The product developed was tested based on the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of its use for learning mathematics. The research subjects were teachers and students of class X IPA 1 Public senior high school 4 Gorontalo as many as 28 students. The product is considered suitable for use based on the validity criteria from the assessment of the material expert, an average score of 3.45 is obtained in the very appropriate category, the media expert assessment is obtained by an average score of 3.78 in the very appropriate category, and the assessment of the learning design expert obtains an average score of 3.76 in the very category. worthy. Based on the practicality of the product, it is considered feasible to use with an average percentage of student responses of 84.29% in the practical category, and the average teacher response of 95.8% in the very practical category. The product is also considered effective as seen from the pretest and posttest scores obtained a gain score of 0.62 in the medium categor

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh hasil belajar IPS yang dibelajarkan dengan  model pembelajaran  Think Pair and Share dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Number Head Together (2) Interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS. (3) Pengaruh antara hasil belajar IPS terhadap siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair and Share dan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Number Head Together. (4) pengaruh antara hasil belajar IPS terhadap  siswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair and Share dan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Number Head Together. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Eksperimen Faktorial ANAVA dua jalur dengan uji tuckey. Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model Think Pair and Share lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model Number Head Together (2) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS (3) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi,  yaitu hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model Think Pair and Share lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model Number Head Together (4) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah, yaitu hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model Think Pair and Share lebih rendah dari pada siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model Number Head Together
