No full textDampak kepribadian dan kompetensi pada kinerja terbukti di kajian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Sariati dan Rijanti (2022). Kemauan pemimpin dalam melayani pegawainya hendak dikaji lebih jauh dalam studi ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT Sano Properti sejumlah 100 pegawai dengan metode sampel jenuh maka seluruh pegawai dijadikan responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 5 skala likert. Kuesioner yang disebarkan 100 eksemplar yang dapat diolah 95 eksemplar. Kuesioner diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji model dengan menggunakan Adjusted R Square dan Uji F. Uji Regresi digunakan untuk mengetahui dampak dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel tergantung, uji moderasi menggunakan interaksi antara variabel moderasi dengan variabel bebas. Temuan studi menegaskan bahwa kepribadian dan kompetensi secara individual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Teks dan Ilustrasi Iklan Dewasa di Laman Games OnlineAnalisis Wacana Kritis (dibimbing oieh Gusnawaty dan Asriani Abbas)Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan cara penyampaian pornografi dalam t eks dan ilustrasi iklan dewasa di laman games online dan (2) mengategorikan modus-modus yang digunakan dalam teks iklan di laman games online.Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualilatif. Sumber data adalah iklan di laman games online. Data adalah teks bermuatan pornografi yang terdapat dalam iklan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak yang dibantu dengan teknik catat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat dua cara penyampaian pornografi dalam teks dan ilustrasi iklan di laman games online, yaitu secara terus terang dan secara samar-samar. Penyampaian pornografi secara terus terang dilihat dari makna denotasi dan makna konotasi. Adapun, penyampaian makna pornografi samar-samar dilihat dari makna konotasinya. Bentuk terus terang dan bentuk samar-samar muatan pornografi terlihat dari penggambaran stamina tubuh yang mendorong libido menyalurkan hasrat seksual, daya sugestif seputar visualisasi dan kemampuan organ intim, serta aktivitas seksual, rangsangan terhadap organ intim, dan penggambaran kekuatan atau keperkasaan pria yang mendorona libido dan (2) terdapat beberapa kategori modus dalam teks iklan di laman games online yakni: deklaratif, imperatif, dan introgatif. Dari ketiga bentuk modus tersebut, mayoritas pembuat iklan memilih modus deklaratif yang disusul secara berturut-turut oleh modus imperatif dan modus interogatif.Kata kunci: pornografi, iklan, game online, modus, analisis wacana kritis ix NUR SARIATI. Texts and illustrations of Adult Advertisements on Online Game Pages: a Critical Discourse Analysis (Supervised by Gusnawaty and Asriani Abbas)This study aims to: (1) describe the delivery of pornography in the texts and illustrations of adult advertisements on online game pages; and (2) categorize the modes used in the advertisement texts.The research was conducted as a descriptive qualitative study. The sources of data were advertisements on online game pages. Data in this study were the texts containing pornographic contents in advertisements. The data collection was performed using listening and note-taking techniques.The results show that: (1) there are two methods of delivery of pornography in the texts and illustrations of advertisementas on online game pages, obvious and hidden ways. The obvious way of pornographic expressions can be seen from denotative and connotative meaning, while the hidden way can be seen from the connotative meaning. Both ways can be seen in the description of body stamina that can stimulate libido; the suggestive power of visualization, the ability of sexual organs, and sexual activities; stimulation on sexual organs; and the description of men power that e ncourages libido; and (2) several categories of modes in advertisement texts on online game pages are declarative, imperative, and introgative modes. Of the three forms of modes, the majority of advertisement makers choose the declarative mode, followed by imperative and interrogative mode successively.Keywords: pornography, advertisements, online games, critical discourse analysis xxiv + 100 hlm
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
