Penerapan Website E-Government Dalam Pendataan Infrastruktur Dan Fasilitas Publik
The development of science and technology in the management system of social and public facilities will assist in improving the performance of the sub-district government. Currently, the Pasar Kemis District office does not yet have a web-based infrastructure and facility management system to overcome the problem of collecting data on social and public facilities that still use a semi-computer system, namely recording infrastructure and facility data using paper, then recapitulation is carried out to make reports on social facilities. And general. This system still has shortcomings such as difficulty in finding data, allowing errors in data collection, data piling up and requiring a long time in the reporting process. To overcome the problems faced, the authors propose a web-based social and public facility management system so that data collection on facilities becomes easier, shortens time, is organized in data storage. The author uses the method of Observation, Interview, and Literature Study in collecting data. All data are summarized and then clearly described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making a prototype system using Adobe XD application and in analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the system, the researcher uses the SWOT method. This system is made using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter framework. The system was tested using the Black Box Testing method. The computerized system makes it easier to manage infrastructure and facilities data so as to assist in the data collection process, data retrieval and reporting of social and public facilities
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Pemanfaatan Aplikasi SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) pada Perpustakaan Universitas Raharja
Library automation is the use of information technology in library management activities such as circulation, catalogs, collection processing, membership, and others by using library hardware (hardware) and software (software). The application of automation in libraries can simplify library management work, improve service quality, and facilitate collaboration. SLiMS is a web-based Free Open Source Software that has facilities that can meet the needs of library Automation systems. The SLiMS application is widely used by libraries because it is easy to use. Like the Raharja University library, which has implemented a library automation system using the SLiMS application. This study was conducted to determine the use of the SLiMS application library automation system at the Raharja University Library which refers to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) based on usability and convenience aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with interview techniques. Based on the results of interviews conducted, it can be concluded that the SLiMS application provides various benefits in helping work in the Raharja University library. The use of the SLiMS application at Raharja University has been very good. They take advantage of the SLiMS application features such as circulation services, collection inventory, reports and statistics, as well as system modules (barcodes, labeling, etc.), by utilizing the SLiMS application and its features users can increase work productivity, work performance, work effectiveness, and work can be completed faster.

Automasi perpustakaan adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan pengelolaan perpustakaan seperti sirkulasi, katalog, pengolahan koleksi, keanggotaan, dan lain-lain dengan menggunakan perangkat keras (hardware) dan perangkat lunak (software) perpustakaan. Penerapan Automasi pada perpustakaan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan pengelolaan perpustakaan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan memudahkan dalam kerjasama. SLiMS merupakan Perangkat Lunak Open Source Gratis berbasis web yang memiliki fasilitas yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sistem Automasi perpustakaan. Aplikasi SLiMS banyak digunakan oleh perpustakaan karena mudah digunakan. Seperti perpustakaan Universitas Raharja yang telah menerapkan sistem Automasi perpustakaan menggunakan aplikasi SLiMS. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penggunaan sistem Automasi perpustakaan aplikasi SLiMS pada Perpustakaan Universitas Raharja yang mengacu pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) berdasarkan aspek kegunaan dan kemudahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi SLiMS memberikan berbagai manfaat dalam membantu pekerjaan di perpustakaan Universitas Raharja. Penggunaan aplikasi SLiMS di Universitas Raharja sudah sangat baik. Mereka memanfaatkan fitur-fitur aplikasi SLiMS seperti layanan sirkulasi, inventaris koleksi, laporan dan statistik, serta modul sistem (barcode, pelabelan, dll), dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SLiMS dan fitur-fiturnya pengguna dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, kinerja kerja , efektifitas dalam bekerja, dan pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan lebih cepat.

This research was conducted using the SWOT analysis method, system requirements elicitation and system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to visualize. In addition, the programming language used is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), database server with MySQL, sublime text 2, CodeIgniter framework and web server with XAMPP. The problems faced in this sales system are still in a less broad scope, data management still uses a handwritten media system on a sheet of paper so it takes a long time, and monthly report storage media still uses a ledger that requires accuracy. The designed system produces fast, precise, and accurate information in the entire process, both in terms of data input, transaction processing (orders), to output. The development method used is a prototype model and the PHP programming language so that the website runs dynamically which is supported by a MySQL database. The solution obtained from the above problems is to build a website-based online sales system, so that sellers and buyers do not meet face-to-face. In making reports, officers experience difficulties so that it takes a long time and prior to processing, they must obtain approval from the supervisor in charge so that they can be processed to the next stage, namely the production stage. then we need a system as a medium to assist officers in making reports and make it easier to approve reports and provide convenience to officers in finding and storing data that has been made. The framework used in designing reporting research applications is the CodeIgniter framework as a framework for creating a system or application, the programming language uses Javascript, CSS and PHP. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
