Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Sembiring Deli Tua
Get PDFKepemimpinan adalah proses seseorang mempengaruhi orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu yang akan dicapai seperti yang diharapkan. Motivasi kerja adalah kemauan untuk bekerja yang muncul karena dorongan dari dalam diri sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini adalah 70 orang perawat di ruang c RSU Sembiring Delitua dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan otoriter (p-value = 0,002), gaya kepemimpinan demokratik (p-value = 0,003), dan gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire (p-value = 0,005) pada kinerja eksekutif. motivasi kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSU Sembiring Delitua. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi logistik dengan metode Becward memiliki taraf signifikansi = 0,05 setelah diseleksi pada nilai probabilitas (p) yang memiliki taraf minimal 0,25 menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otoriter (p-value = 0,007) lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire. Artinya ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana ruang rawat inap di RSU Sembiring Delitua. Peneliti menyarankan kepada responden untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja seperti memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi di ruang rawat ina
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Hubungan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Dengan Tekanan Darah Pasien Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Ujong Fatihah Kabupaten Nagan Raya
No full textKetidakpatuhan minum obat adalah penyebab utama kegagalan terapi hipertensi. Hipertensi telah mengakibatkan kematian sekitar 8 juta orang setiap tahun, di dunia 1,5 juta kematian terjadi di Asia Tenggara yang 1/3 populasinya menderita hipertensi. Secara nasional hasil menunjukkan Prevelensi hipertensi di Indonesia melalui pengukuran pada usia 18 tahun sebesar 34,11%. Berdasarkan data provinsi Aceh terdapat 464.839 jiwa penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan minum obat dengan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di Pukesmas Ujong Fatihah. Metode: Metode penelitian ini adalah analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan hasil analisa bivariat pada pasien dengan kepatuhan kepatuhan minum obat terhadap tekanan darah pasien hipertensi dengan kategori rendah terdapat 8 responden dengan prehipertensi, 55 responden dengan stadium I dan 3 responden stadium II. Namun, bila dilihat pada pasien dengan kepatuhan minum obat tinggi terdapat 3 responden normal dan tidak ditemukan responden dengan hasil tekanan darah prehipertensi, hipertensi stadium I dan hipertensi stadium II pada pasien dengan kepatuhan minum obat hipertensi tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variable kepatuhan minum obat terhadap variabel tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di puskesmas Ujong Fatihah Kecamatan, Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya dengan p-value 0,000 (p-value0,05

No full textThe team leader is the most important person in organizing, supervising, and ensuring that all team members perform their duties properly. The success of documentation implementation is influenced by the role of the team leader, who acts as a director, motivator, and assessor of the quality of the work of implementing nurses. This article aims to determine the relationship between the role of the team leader and the performance of implementing nurses in documenting nursing care at RSUD dr.H.Yuliddin Away Tapaktuan. The type of research used is an analytical survey. The population in this study were all D3 and S1 nurses. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a sample size of 69 people. The results of the cross-tabulation study were obtained from 69 nurses.50 respondents (72.5%) had a good team leader role, and 51 respondents (73.9%) had good nurse performance. The correlation results showed a p-value of 0.013, where α=0.05. counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
