No full textCosa faremo dopo il Covid-19 tenta di pensare ai progetti che dovranno essere messi in campo dopo il lungo periodo pandemico di Covid-19 ed è frutto dei molti mesi di isolamento degli autori. Il libro è nato all’interno del Seminario “Linee di ricerca” tenuto da Antonino Saggio nel Dottorato in Architettura - Teorie e Progetto Dipartimento di Architettura e Progetto a “Sapienza” Università di Roma e propone un doppio angolo di approccio. Da una parte instaura un dialogo con tre personalità che attraverso il loro lavoro anche in questi mesi hanno offerto punti di vista stimolanti. Si tratta del filosofo Leonardo Caffo, che ha insistito sugli aspetti socio-politici che una crisi di tale portata non può che innescare, di Sarah Robinson, architetto impegnata nell’ambito della neuro-architettura, che ha sottolineato gli aspetti cognitivo- emotivi di ogni ambiente costruito e infine di Pippo Ciorra, docente di architettura e curatore al MAXXI di Roma, che ha aperto la riflessione alle nuove sfide dello spazio museale. Da un’altra parte, il libro presenta al lettore gli avventurosi percorsi di sei giovani architetti, ognuno differente da un altro, ma tutti convergenti sulle rotte che dovrebbe prendere l’architettura per rinascere dalle ceneri necrobiotiche sotto le quali è stata sepolta. È un dialogo, una discussione e anche uno scontro tra tre coppie di verbi: Sporcarsi - Distanziarsi Emozionarsi - Reincarnarsi Allettarsi - Interrogarsi. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
