Ignacio Ramos legt in seiner Studie Jerónimo Nadal (1507-1580) und der verschriftlichte Ignatius: Die Konstruktion einer individuellen und kollektiven Identität die ursprünglichen Konturen der sogenannten ignatianischen Spiritualität dar. Es wird deutlich, wieviel Einfluss Nadal auf die Herausbildung des Ignatianischen hatte.
Anhand Nadals lange verkannten Selbstzeugnisses (Chronicon Natalis) wird hermeneutisch herausgearbeitet, wie der gequälte Reifeprozess von Nadal originales Denken erzeugte insbesondere in Bezug auf Ignatius.
An diese europäische Schlüsselgestalt des jungen Jesuitenordens heranzutreten, gewährt einen existentiell vermittelten Einblick in manche der gesellschaftlichen und philosophischen Spannungen (converso-Frage, Rolle der Vermittlungen...) z. Zt. des Humanismus und der großen Reformen.Jerónimo Nadal plays a key role in the creation of the tradition of thought based on the person of Ignatius of Loyola (1491-1556) and his Spiritual Exercises. Ignacio Ramos book Jerónimo Nadal (1507-1580) und der verschriftlichte Ignatius unveils the large percentage of too often overlooked Nadalian moments in the origins of Ignatian Spirituality.
Leaning on Nadal s autobiographical account ( Chronicon Natalis, fully translated) the author deploys a hermeneutical method to show how Nadal´s stressful maturation process became a source of original thought, especially regarding Ignatius.

Estudio del crecimiento por rebote tras hemiepifisiodesis
No full textUno de las principales preocupaciones es la reanudación del crecimiento tras la hemiepifisiodesis temporal. Investigadores describen que inmediatamente después de la retirada del material, se produce una aceleración del crecimiento. Si éste, está limitado a un lado de la fisis ( hemiepifisiodesis), conlleva una pérdida de corrección alcanzada, a veces, tan severa que requiere repetir el tratamiento. Existe gran controversia en la literatura, sobre el principal responsable de este fenómeno. El efecto rebote es enigmático, difícil de predecir, con cronología incierta, y producida por mecanismo desconocido, y conlleva un fallo en la hemiepifisiodesis, y la necesidad de realizar una nueva cirugía. El objetivo principal, es observar, en un modelo experimental, la cronología del rebote, evaluar su incidencia, intensidad, factores asociados. Se estudian 22 conejos, se realiza hemiepifisiodesis en tibia proximal, con placa en 8. Tras 3 semanas se retira implante, los conejos se sacrifican en intervalos 3dias-3 semanas. Estudios histológicos y radiológicos.One of the main concerns were related to resumption of growth after temporal epifisiodesis. Investigators noted that immediately after removal of the device there were a spurt of growth. If this spurt, is limited to one si de of the physis ( hemiepiphysiodeis), may result in a loss of the correction achieved. This loss ,be severe enough to require a repeated treatment Controversy exists in the literature about the primary responsible for this phenomenon. Rebound growth is enigmatic, unpredictable, of uncertain chronology ,produced byan unknown mechanism, eventually, result in the failure of the hemieiphysiodesis and in the need of a new surgical procedure. The aim of this stydy, was observe, in a controlled experimental model, chronology of rebound growth, evaluated its incidence, intensity looking for possible factors associated to it. Twenty-two rabbits were submitted to proximal medial tibial hemipiphysiodesis using eight-plate. After 3 weeks, the plate is removal. The rabbits were sacrificed at intervals from 3 days to 3 weeks. Histological and radiological studies were performed.Una de les principals preocupaciones está relacionada amb la represa del creixement rere epifisiodesis temporal. Understanding Family Planning in San Ignacio, Belize
No full textThis study focuses on women’s decisions and experiences related to family planning in San Ignacio, Belize. The authors sought to identify family planning resources available in San Ignacio, as well as barriers to accessing these resources. Furthermore, this study explored how local barriers affected the use of contraception in San Ignacio. The first author traveled to San Ignacio and carried out four semi-structured interviews and one focus group with local women. She also conducted nine semi-structured interviews with community leaders. Women discussed their own knowledge and use of contraceptive methods, barriers to contraceptive use, the value of planned pregnancies and their pregnancy experiences. Community leaders reported that contraceptive methods were available but also admitted to the existence of perceived barriers to contraceptive use.
Women stated that planned pregnancies were desirable, but often unachievable because of religious beliefs, cultural norms, the opposition of family members, lack of knowledge of contraceptive methods and male partners seeking control over women. Community leaders reported that men are often unsupportive of contraceptive use and that religious groups often seek to discourage contraceptive use. Both women and community leaders stated that in San Ignacio, women are expected to have families and that local religious groups discourage the use of contraception.
Use of contraceptives among women in San Ignacio is thus not solely determined by the availability of contraceptives. Organizations that aim to promote family planning must implement multilevel initiatives that address the needs, desires and perspectives of community members, promote healthy relationships and challenge gender inequitable social norms
