La población en estudio estuvo constituida por 50 profesionales con
conocimiento especializados en derecho ambiental con una muestra de 25 especialistas,
habiendo aplicado el tipo de muestreo no probabilístico, para la recolección de
información se utilizó, la técnica de la encuesta; el instrumento utilizado para la
medición de las variables fue validados por 3 abogados expertos en derecho ambiental,
quienes realizaron la evaluación correspondiente
De los resultados obtenidos se llega a la conclusión llegándose: Los
instrumentos normativos ambientales tienen una eficacia poco significativa para la
vigencia del derecho a un medio ambiente sano y equilibrado, debiendo existir políticas
publicas necesarias que coadyuven a tutelar este derecho

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Helium-3 in subaerial and submarine fumaroles of Campi Flegrei caldera, Italy
No full textHelium isotope measurements performed between 1983 and 1988 on subaerial and submarine fumaroles of the Campi Flegrei caldera demonstrate the presence of a mantle component in both types of volcanic gases. The 3He/4He ratios plot in a narrow range from 2.0 to 3.2 times the air ratio (Ra = 1.4 × 10-6), despite large differences in helium concentrations. Their spatial variation suggests a greater leakage of mantle He in the central part than on the margins of the caldera, consistent with the central distribution of ground deformation and seismicity during the 1982-1984 bradyseismic crisis. In a simple mixing model between upper mantle He ( R Ra ≈ 8) and crustal He ( R Ra <- 0.1), the proportion of mantle-derived helium in these fluids would amount to ca. 40% at most. Compared to one existing analysis in 1978 (POLYAK and Tolstikhin, 1980), the results on the hottest fumaroles (Solfatara crater) show no evidence of increasing 3He/4He during the 1982-1984 events, suggesting no additional input of mantle-magmatic He. However, it is possible that the underlying magma chamber has a low 3He/4He ratio, close to the highest ratio measured in the fumaroles, as a result of deep crustal contamination, radioactive aging, and/or past contamination of the local mantle by U- and Th-rich (subducted?) crustal material. All three possibilities are consistent with geochemical data on the local volcanics. If so, the constant 3He/4He ratio of Campi Flegrei fumaroles during the 1982-1984 crisis could not be taken as indicative of a non-magmatic origin of the events, which would have important implications with regard to potential eruptive hazards in this area. Future He isotopic investigations on the solid products of Campanian volcanoes should help in settling this question. © 1990
New simplified coupling scheme for the delivery of 20 MW Nd : YAG laser pulses by large core optical fibers
No full textThe feasibility of transmitting 20 MW, 5 ns laser pulses from a frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser through a standard 1500 mum multi mode optical fiber is demonstrated. A new coupling scheme employing an optical homogenizer prevents breakdown in air without the use of a vacuum chamber. At the same time a very homogeneous flat top beam profile on the fiber surface is achieved. The new scheme therefore clearly simplifies fiber coupling of high power laser pulses. Experiments on the delivery of more than 20000 pulses with 1 10 mJ mean energy without fiber damage have been performed
