No full textRanu Grati merupakan salah satu objek wisata air berupa danau yang berada di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sebagai destinasi wisata, Ranu Grati memiliki keunggulan berupa potensi alam melalui pemandangan panorama dan sumber daya alam, kebudayaan masyarakat lokal, dan rekreasi wisata air yang disediakan oleh pengelola setempat. Walaupun memiliki potensi wisata yang tinggi, wisata Ranu Grati masih kurang menarik minat pengunjung karena kurangnya daya tarik pada aktivitas dan fasilitas di Ranu Grati saat ini. Sehingga, dilakukan perancangan desain ulang Wisata Ranu Grati melalui penambahan aktivitas berupa edukasi terkait aquaculture sekaligus pengembangan fasilitas aktivitas rekreasi di Ranu Grati. Penambahan fasilitas edukasi aquaculture ini bersesuaian dengan potensi lokal masyarakat yang bermata pencaharian sebagai pembudidaya, nelayan, dan pemancing. Hal ini menjadikan education dan recreation sebagai konsep dasar pada perancangan Aquaculture Edu-tourism Ranu Grati. Perancangan ini mengembangkan lanskap wisata alam danau sebagai sarana edukasi dan rekreasi yang dapat dinikmati oleh pengunjung. Konsep education dikembangkan pada perancangan melalui budidaya perikanan. Kemudian, konsep recreation dikembangkan melalui wisata air danau, amphitheater, dan lain sebagainya. Selain itu, desain juga akan menggunakan regionalism architecture sebagai pendekatannya. Prinsip regionalism architecture diterapkan dalam pembentukan massa dan bentuk bangunan pada perancangan yang menghadirkan unsur vernakular lokal dan menggabungkannya dengan modernisme global.

Ranu Grati is one of the water-based tourism in the form of a lake located in Pasuruan District. As a tourist destination, Ranu Grati utilizes its natural potential as a tourist destination through panoramic views and natural resources, local community culture, and recreational water tourism provided by local the local management. Despite its high tourism potential, Ranu Grati remains unappealing to visitors due to the lack of attractions and facilities that exist today. Thus, a redesign of Ranu Grati Tourism was carried out through the addition of activities in the form of education related to aquaculture as well as the development of recreational activity facilities at Ranu Grati. The establishment of this aquaculture educational facility corresponds to the potential of local communities whose main sources of income are cultivators, fishermen, and anglers. This makes ‘education’ and ‘recreation’ as the basic concepts in the design of Aquaculture Edu-tourism Ranu Grati. This design develops the natural tourism landscape of the lake as a means of education and recreation that can be enjoyed by visitors. Education was developed through designs such as fish farming. The concept of recreation was then developed through lake water tourism, amphitheater, and other means. Further, the design will take regionalism architecture as its approach. The regionalism architectural principle is applied in the formation of mass and shape of buildings in designs that present local vernacular elements and combine them with global modernism

Full text linkThe paradigm used in setting insider trading in the Capital Market Law adheres to the principle of fiduciary duty. That is, conceptually, company insiders as parties entrusted to carry out company operations are obliged to exercise the trust in good faith, so that the insider is not allowed to utilize the ownership of material information to conduct securities transactions aimed at benefiting himself. The problem arises when the principle of fiduciary duty adopted by the Capital Market Law cannot disclose insider trading conducted by: (1) outsiders or tippees who obtain inside information from outsiders or other tippees and (2) outsiders or tippees who obtain material information without unlawful. This is because the burden of proof on the fiduciary duty principle is the relationship between the perpetrator and insiders in the issuer. The Capital Market Act should open up space for the use of misappropriation theory whose approach is oriented towards the ownership nature of material information as applied by Singapore. The research method used is juridical-normative using a statutory approach, a comparative approach, and a case approach. The results showed that the principle of fiduciary duty as embodied in Capital Market Law cannot reach the behavior of secondary tippees and tippees who obtain information without violating the law. Therefore, the author argues that it is necessary to extensify the outsider determination based on misappropriation theory

As part of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), PT PELNI has the responsibility to provide reliable and efficient shipping services, ensuring the mobility of goods and passengers in the waters around Surabaya. With a modern fleet of ships and various shipping routes, PT PELNI Surabaya strives to make a positive contribution to the economic growth of the local and national regions through reliable and safe maritime transportation facilities. A company's profile website is commonly used as a medium to facilitate individuals seeking information about the company easily. However, the profile website for PT PELNI Surabaya is currently unavailable. This absence often leads customers to make errors, such as not knowing information related to ticket booking and payment procedures at PT PELNI Surabaya. This situation prompted the author to design and create a UI web profile prototype for PT PELNI Surabaya. The method employed in creating the UI prototype design is "Keep it Simple, Stupid." The author needs to analyze customer needs and how customers will use the product or application. The obtained data will be used to identify patterns and trends among customers, facilitating the author in designing a UI prototype with more clarity. Subsequently, after the prototype is launched, the author will evaluate user feedback to rectify and enhance any shortcomings found in the prototype. Based on the design of the UI prototype for the web profile of PT PELNI Surabaya, several crucial points were identified, such as information regarding the company's profile, details about various types of ships, including regular ships, pioneer ships, and cargo ships. Additionally, contact information and the necessary procedures for each type of shipment were included. This UI design prototype is intended to address the issues raised by the author. In the creation of the UI design, the tools used were Figma. The UI design process was facilitated by the features provided by Figma, serving as the tool for creating the UI design prototype for the web profile of PT PELNI Surabaya
Spin-Off Appropriateness Assessment: Propriety Test of Sharia Business Unit Spin-Off to Increase Return on Assets
Full text linkThe obligation to transform a sharia business unit into a sharia commercial bank through a spin-off from its parent bank, a conventional commercial bank, must be balanced with a strategy to increase the return on assets (ROA) of Islamic Business Entities (BUS). A higher ROA ratio correlates with increased profitability. The regulatory provision mandating spin-offs, however, tends to weaken the BUS, making it difficult to compete in the national Islamic banking industry. This is because the spin-off obligation for the UUS can actually diminish its profitability performance. As Watchell has noted, while spin-offs can create differentiation from investment targets in each business, they can also lead subsidiary companies to become more focused in determining their corporate strategy and operations. This focus, however, often results in new operational strategies that increase the subsidiary's operational burden and potentially reduce profitability. Empirically, several sharia commercial banks in Indonesia have experienced a decline in the profitability of their sharia business units after spinning off into independent sharia commercial banks. This research employs normative or doctrinal juridical methods, utilizing both a statute approach and a conceptual approach. As an innovative contribution, the author proposes the Spin-Off Appropriateness Assessment as a model for evaluating the implementation of spin-offs in sharia business units. This assessment aims to increase the ROA ratio and create an investment climate that is environmentally sound. Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of Online Brand Experience on Brand Equity. The type of research used is descriptive verification, namely by describing and explaining the variables studied and then drawing conclusions. The dependent variable in this study is brand equity (Y), and online brand experience (X) as an independent variable. The population in this study were Lazada customers on @lazada_id Instagram followers. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling method (random sampling) using probability sampling technique of 450 account users. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression analysis with the help of SPSS 29.0 for MacOS computer software. The findings of this study indicate that the description of online brand experience on brand equity is in a fairly good category. Online brand experience has a positive and significant influence on brand equity. Based on the survey results, the authors recommend several things regarding the impact of online brand experience on brand equity. Marriage agreements are not only made before the marriage takes place, but can also be made and changed during the course of the marriage bond The formulation of the problem in this thesis research is: First, what is the legal concept of a marriage agreement. Second, what is the analysis of the consequences of a marriage agreement according to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and as an amendment to the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 concerning Marriage Agreements Made After the Marriage Has Taken Place. The method in this research is normative legal research, while the nature of the research is descriptive analysis by collecting appropriate data which is then compiled and analyzed. The data sources used are primary, secondary and tertiary data, while data collection was carried out using library research. The method of drawing conclusions used in this research is a deductive method, namely drawing conclusions from general things to specific things. The results of the thesis research that the author found are as follows: First, the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 has several impacts on marriage agreements. One of the significant changes resulting from this decision is in terms of marriage agreements which can be made before or during the marriage, providing free time and convenience for married couples who have not yet made an agreement. Second, Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 basically changes several provisions in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. Marriage agreements are final, have permanent legal force and are binding from the time they are pronounced or decided during the marriage, meaning that the decision is binding. the parties to the lawsuit

Hal tersebut menyebabkan manusia kewalahan dalam mengelola tugas, mencatat informasi penting, dan mencari inspirasi untuk tetap produktif dan termotivasi. Telah terdapat beberapa aplikasi terkenal yang telah membantu banyak orang. Namun, aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut memiliki fungsi yang berbeda-beda sehingga pengguna harus menggunakan beberapa aplikasi berbeda pula. SiNote hadir untuk mengatasi keterbatasan ini dengan menawarkan solusi yang lebih komprehensif dan terintegrasi. Dengan menggabungkan fitur manajemen tugas, pencatatan, dan inspirasi dalam satu aplikasi, SiNote memberikan pengalaman yang lebih nyaman dan efisien bagi pengguna. Dengan begitu, pengguna tidak perlu lagi beralih antar aplikasi yang berbeda untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhannya.
Pada Laporan Kerja Praktik ini, penulis melakukan implementasi antarmuka pengguna aplikasi SiNote yang telah dirancang oleh tim lainnya di PT Otak Kanan. Implementasi dilakukan untuk aplikasi dengan platform Android. Bahasa yang digunakan adalah Kotlin dengan menggunakan toolkit Jetpack Compose untuk mempermudah pengembangan front-end.

In today's digital era, people are required to keep working and doing activities every day. It can be overwhelming to manage tasks, record important information, and find inspiration to stay productive and motivated. There have been several well-known apps that have helped many people. However, these apps have different functions so users have to use several different apps. SiNote is here to overcome this limitation by offering a more comprehensive and integrated solution. By combining task management, note-taking, and inspiration features in one application, SiNote provides a more convenient and efficient experience for users. That way, users no longer need to switch between different applications to fulfill their various needs.In this Practical Work Report, the author implements the SiNote application user interface that has been designed by another team at PT Otak Kanan. The implementation was carried out for applications with the Android platform. The language used is Kotlin using the Jetpack Compose toolkit to facilitate front-end development.

القراء في هذه الدراسة مهمون للغاية، خاصة بالنسبة للعمل الأدبي. تشرح هذه الدراسة كيف يستجيب الناس لعمل شخص ما. يمكن أيضا تسمية البحث الأدبي بدراسة العلوم الإنسانية. يجب أن يكمل البحث في النصوص الأدبية والأعمال الأدبية بعضها البعض. أحد المجالات التي تدرس الأعمال الأدبية هو الاستقبال الأدبي، والذي يفسر كيفية استجابة القراء للعمل الأدبي. قصيدة لو كان بيننا الحبيب هي واحدة من الأعمال الأدبية التي تجذب الانتباه. الغرض من هذا البحث هو وصف استقبال القارئ وتأثير القصيدة على بيئة معهد العالي وفقا للقارئ بمنظور وولفغانغ إيسر. يتضمن هذا البحث البحث الذي يستخدم الأساليب الوصفية النوعية. تقنيات جمع البيانات المستخدمة هي تقنيات المقابلة والملاحظة. من البيانات التي تم جمعها، يقوم الباحث بعد ذلك بالتحليل باستخدام التحليل الوصفي مع تحليل البيانات بما في ذلك تقنيات جمع البيانات والتحقق من صحة البيانات وتحليل البيانات. النتائج التيا تم الحصول عليها في هذه الدراسة هي: 1) استجابة القارئ في معهد العالي جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم لقصيدة "لو كان بيننا الحبيب" لأحمد الشقيري بمنظور وولفغانغ إيسر يحتوي على عناصر من 4 عناصر أدبية منها: عناصر المعنى، وأسلوب الأسلوب/اللغة، والخيال/ الذوق، والولاية/رسالة القصيدة وهو ما يفسر رغبة المؤلف في لقاء النبي محمد على الرغم من أنه يجب أن يكون صراعا بجعل هذه القصيدة. المؤلف يجعل هذه القصيدة باستخدام لغة جميلة وجيدة من كل كلمة في كل كلمة. 2) تأثير قصيدة لوكان بيننا الحبيب على بيئة معهد العالي بجامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج وفقا للقراء الذين يستخدمون وجهة نظر وولفغانغ إيسر، بما في ذلك شعور القراء بالسعادة وأخذ زمام المبادرة لممارسة القيم في القصيدة مثل الصلاة للنبي محمد، وعقد تجمعات التقبل ودراسة أحاديث النبوية.
ABSTRACT
Readers in this study are very important, especially for a literary work. This study explains how people respond to someone's work. Literary research can also be called studying the humanities. Research on literary texts and literary works must complement each other. One field that examines literary works is literary reception, which explains how readers respond to a literary work. Qosidah laukana bainanal habib is one of the literary works that attracts attention. The purpose of this research is to describe the reader's reception and the influence of the qosidah on the Ma'had Al-Aly environment according to the reader in the perspective of Wolfgang Iser. This research includes field research that uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are interview and documentation techniques. From the data that has been collected, the researcher then analyzes using descriptive analysis with data analysis including data collection techniques, data validation, and data analysis. The results obtained in this study are: 1) The reader's response at ma'had al-aly Maulana Malik Ibrahim University to the qosidah laukana bainanal habib by Ahmad Al-Shugairi according to Wolfgang Iser's perspective contains elements of 4 literary elements including: Elements of meaning, uslub / language style, imagination / taste, and mandate / message of the qosidah which explains the author's desire to meet the prophet Muhammad even though it must be a struggle by making this qosidah. The author makes this qosidah by using beautiful and good language from every word per word. 2) The influence of qosidah Laukana Bainanal Habib on the Ma'had al-aly environment of Maulana Malik Ibrahim University Malang according to readers using Wolgang Iser's perspective, including readers feeling happy and taking the initiative to practice the values in the qosidah such as praying to the prophet Muhammad, making taklim assemblies and studying the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad.
ABSTRAK
Pembaca pada kajian ini sangat penting terutama untuk sebuah karya sastra. Pada penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana tanggapan seseorang terhadap ciptaan karya seseorang. Penelitian sastra juga bisa juga disebut menelaah humaniora. Penelitian teks sastra dan sebuah karya sastra keduanya harus saling melengkapi. Salah satu bidang yang meneliti karya sastra yaitu resepsi sastra, yaitu bidang yang menjelaskan tentang bagaimana tanggapan pembaca terhadap suatu karya sastra. Qosidah laukana bainanal habib ini salah satu karya sastra yag menarik perhatian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan resepsi pembaca dan pengaruh qosidah tersebut pada lingkungan Ma’ad ali menurut pembaca dalam perspektif wolfgang iser. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari data-data yang sudah terkumpul, peneliti kemudian menganalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan data analisis diantaranya yaitu Teknik pengumpulan data, validasi data, dan analisis data. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Tanggapan pembaca di ma’had al-aly Universitas Maulana Malik Ibrahim terhadap qosidah laukana bainanal habib karya Ahmad Al-Shugairi menurut perspektif Wolfgang Iser mengandung elemen 4 unsur sastra diantaranya: Unsur makna, uslub/gaya bahasa, imajinasi/rasa, dan amanat/pesan dari qosidah tersebut yang menjelaskan tentang sang pengarang yang berkeinginan untuk berjumpa dengan nabi Muhammad walaupun harus dengan perjuangan dengan membuat qosidah ini. Pengarang membuat qosidah ini dengan menggunakan bahasa yang indah dan bagus dari setiap kata per katanya. 2) Faktor - faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pada pembaca dalam qosidah Laukana Bainanal Habib terhadap lingkungan Ma’had al-aly Universitas Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang menurut pembaca dengan menggunakan perspektif Wolgang Iser, diantaranya pembaca merasa senang dan berinisiatif mengamalkan nilai-nilai yang ada pada qosidah tersebut seperti bersholawat kepada nabi Muhammad, membuat majelis taklim dan mempelajari hadist-hadist Rasululla

Full text linkThe Prophet Muhammad was born on April 20, 571 AD. The Prophet migrated to Medina in 622 AD, and there were two activities carried out after his arrival, namely establishing the Quba Mosque and the City of Medina. Not long after the Prophet settled in Medina, which was not even two years since his arrival according to some historians, he announced a charter that regulated life and the relationship between the communities that are components of society assembly in Medina. The charter became known as the ”Medina Charter”. Charter Medina is a state law that regulates the life of the state from the entire community in Medina. The formulation of the problem of this thesis is first, what is the concept of power in general? And the second is how the State’s basic principles of protection according to the Charter Medina can be described. The method used in this research is qualitative. This type of research is a library research, and the nature of the research is descriptive. Data collection techniques use primary and secondary data, where in the primary data the author uses books on the Charter Medina and related to the concept of power. The meaning of power politics remains an actual discourse that never ends. This is because its existence is functionally identical to the existence of society itself. In addition, the concept of political power has not been completely agreed upon by everyone. All citizens obtain the right to protection, from security protection, life, property, and honor. In the Big Indonesian Dictionary, the word power is given meaning (to manage, rule, and so on). Power besides referring to the meaning of things (ability, ability, and strength), also refers to the meaning of nature. It can also mean objects, namely people who are given authority. Power can be concluded in three meanings, that of ability, authority, and influence. These three meanings are seen in the definition of power given by political scientists. Protection is a citizen’s right that must be given and owned. The State is obliged to provide protection for all its citizens, both Muslims and non-Muslims alike.
