Implementasi Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Budaya Organisasi Kaitannya dengan Profesionalisme Karyawan Tetap: Studi Deskriptif di Bank Jatim Cabang Jember
This study has two objectives. First, describe the implementation of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture in relation to the professionalism of permanent employees. Second, analyze the relationship of leadership, motivation and organizational culture with the professionalism of permanent employees. The object of research is Bank Jatim, Jember Branch. This study uses descriptive and expalanatory design. The population is 47 permanent employees of Bank Jatim, Jember Branch. The sampling method used is a saturated sample technique which is included in nonprobability sampling. With saturated sample techniques, the entire population is used as the research sample. Data collection is done through survey and observation methods. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis of Kendall Tau.

This type of research used a survey research and exploratory qualitative research to be carried out in every village in the
district Arjasa, Temurejo and Sumberbaru Jember Indonesia since three of these districts are the highest cassava
producer in Jember district (Department of Agriculture, 2016). Primary and secondary data will be analyzed using Miles
and Huberman method and triangulation technique. Research in BUMDes in 24 villages in three districts Arjasa,
Sumberbaru and Tempurejo found that (a) although the 24 villages have farms of cassava,but Karangbayat is the only
village that has high potential for establishing cassava agro-industry BUMDes; (b) constraints experienced by
management in managing BUMDes that are ;less skilled human resources, marketing, production techniques, venture
capital / finance and administration; (c) sharia financing model for cassava BUMDes agroindustry there are 3 forms; (I)
BUMDes financing model sourced from the village fund by shared-profit (mudharabah) and (ii)BUMDes funding models
sourced from salam (iii) BUMDes financing model through giving raw cassava is done by mudharabah mustarakah and
murabaha
The Effect of Employee Engagement, Rewards, and Leadership Style on Turnover Intention at Ijen View Bondowoso Hotel
The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of employee engagement, rewards, and leadership style on employee turnover intention at Ijen View Bondowoso Hotel. This research is an explanatory research. The sample used in this research consisted of 98 employees. The analysis method used was multple linear regression. The results showed that employee engagement, rewards, and leadership style have a significant and negative effect on turnover intention. These findings imply that the higher employee engagement, rewards, and leadership style, the lower the turnover intention rate

The Effect of Organizational Culture and Personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Mediated by Organizational Commitment on the Employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Jember
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and personality on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment on the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Jember. This is a descriptive explanatory research. The population was all employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Jember with the sample consisted of 98 respondents taken by census sampling. Research data were analyzed using path analysis. Results showed that organizational culture and personality have a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture and personality have a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment has a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior of the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Jember. These results imply that good organizational culture and personality can improve organizational citizenship behavior, directly, or indirectly as mediated by organizational commitment
Peranan Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Jember
This study aimed to know and analyze: (1) the role of motivation work of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, (2) the role of work environment of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, (3) the role of work experiences of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District, and (4) the role of motivation work, work environment, and work experiences of the performance of employees department of local revenue of Jember District. The approach of the research which used in this research was quantitative. The population department of local revenue of Jember District as much as 261 people. Sample used as many as 73 people and technique the sample collection uses the method purposive sampling. The method of analysis of the data used in this research was linear regression analysis multiple. The results of the testing of hypothesis done show that: (1) motivation work has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (2) work environment has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (3) work experience has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District, (4) motivation work, work environment, and work experience has a positive role in employee's performance department of local revenue of Jember District.

PERBEDAAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB), KEPUASAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA BERDASARKAN GENDER PADA PERAWAT INSTALASI RAWAT INAP RSD BALUNG KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract: This research aims to analyze and examine the differences ofOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job satisfaction, and work stressamong male and female nurses in Balung Hospital of Jember Regency. This is aquantitative research. Data were analyzed using two independent samples t-test.The research population was 102 nurses in the inpatient wards. Using proportionalstratified random sampling method, the sample was 82 respondents consisted of45 female nurses and 37 male nurses. The results of hypothesis testing showedthe differences of OCB, job satisfaction, and work stress among male and femalenurses in Balung Hospital of Jember Regency. The female nurses had higher levelof OCB, job satisfaction, and work stress compared to the male nurses.Keywords: OCB, Job Satisfaction, and Work Stress.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji apakah terdapatperbedaan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja, dan streskerja pada perawat pria dan wanita di bagian rawat inap Rumah Sakit Daerah(RSD) Balung Kabupaten Jember. Pendekatan riset yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah twoindependent samples t-test. Populasi penelitian adalah 102 orang perawat dibagian rawat inap. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodeproportional stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 82 respondenyang terdiri dari 45 perawat wanita dan 37 perawat pria. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
