Customer attitude towards personalised messages in Slovenian marketing practices
Personalizacija oz. prilagoditev komunikacije posameznim kupcem je že nekaj let med glavnimi trendi v marketinških praksah. Napredek pri metodah zbiranja podatkov, analitiki, digitalni elektroniki in digitalni ekonomiji je omogočil tržnikom, da uporabijo učinkovitejše, bolj realistične in dolgotrajnejše taktike personalizacije uporabniške izkušnje. Trg personaliziranih marketinških praks je dandanes že zelo razvit, kar pomeni, da so jim porabniki izpostavljeni. Med personalizirane marketinške prakse uvrščamo tudi personalizirana oglasna sporočila. Porabniki se srečujejo z različnimi vrstami oglasov, neposredno na izbranih spletnih straneh in prek drugih kanalov. Veliko podjetij uporablja personalizirana sporočila kot način ustvarjanja odnosa s porabniki. Vendar pa je personalizacija danes občutljivo področje in se pogosto povezuje z vprašanjem zasebnosti in iritacije porabnikov. Obstaja večje število dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na odnos porabnika do izbranega personaliziranega sporočila. Študije na področju marketinga avtorjev Jun in Lee (2007) opredeljujejo zaznano personalizacijo, informativnost, zabavo, kredibilnost in iritacijo kot odločilne. S pomočjo empirične raziskave smo poskušali prikazati vpliv omenjenih dejavnikov na odnos porabnika do izbranega personaliziranega oglasnega sporočila – elektronske pošte, spletne pasice in pojavnega okna. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov in opravljene analize smo ugotovili, da imajo informativnost, zabavnost in kredibilnost največji vpliv na porabnikov odnos do personaliziranih sporočil. Dejavnik personalizacija in iritacija praktično nima vpliva.Personalization or adapting communication to individual customers has been one of the main trends in marketing practices for several years. Advances in data collection methods, analytics, digital electronics, and digital economy have allowed marketers to use more effective, realistic, and long-lasting user experience personalization tactics. The market for personalized marketing practices is already developed today, which means that consumers are exposed to it. Personalized marketing practices also include personalized advertising messages. Consumers encounter different types of ads, directly on selected websites and through other channels. Many companies use personalized messages as a way to build a relationship with consumers. However, personalization is a sensitive area today and is often associated with privacy issues and customer irritation. Several factors affect a consumer’s attitude toward a chosen personalized message. The theory of the author\u27s Jun and Lee (2007), define perceived personalization, informativeness, entertainment, credibility, and irritation as decisive. With the help of empirical research, we tried to show the impact of these factors on the consumer\u27s attitude toward the selected personalized advertising message - emails, web banners, and pop-ups. Based on the obtained data and the performed analysis, we found that informativeness, entertainment, and credibility have the greatest impact on the consumer\u27s attitude towards personalized messages. The factors personalization and irritation have almost no impact

The article treats the most famous corpse in the history of Slovenian theatre, that is, the corpse of a white chicken which was executed in 1969 at the end of the premiere of the theatre project by Group 443 (Theatre Pupilje Ferkverk) entitled Pupilija, papa Pupilo pa Pupilčki. This theatrical performance produced many echoes, which are followed by the author through a philosophical consideration of the role of the corpse and death in contemporary theatre.Prispevek obravnava najbolj slavno truplo v zgodovini slovenskega gledališča, truplo bele kokoši, ki so jo zaklali leta 1969 na koncu premiere gledališkega projekta Skupine 443 oz. Gledališča Pupilije Ferkeverk z naslovom Pupilija, papa Pupilo pa Pupilčki. Gledališki performans je dobil proizvedel mnogo odmevov, ki jim avtor sledi skozi filozofski premislek v smeri prespraševanja mesta trupla in smrti v sodobnem gledališču

Renaut, the author, has carefully plotted the course of the story beforehand, with a sense of proportion and direction. He controls the direction through a number of parallel scenes early and late and a series of tableaux that are dramatically vital, not static like woodcuts. Galeran can appropriately be considered an instance of what Chrétien de Troyes called une bele conjointure

The author follows the historical path and transformations of one of the best known twentieth-century political posters, El Lissitzky’s Beat the Whites with the Red Wedge The article surveys avant-garde art that moves from representing to changing the world and points out instances of such art in Italian futurism and Russian constructivism. Lissitzky’s poster is then described, and some of its transformations and appropriations in the history of the past century are detailed, showing how the poster has acquired a historic position among images of the Soviet Union that brought about remakes and applications in the USSR/Russia of the seventies and eighties. At that time it was also transformed into the logo of the “modernist” Chinese “Stars” group, which raises the question of how a Bolshevik political image could have served as an emblem for a non-politicized group of Chinese painters after the end of the Great Cultural Revolution. In the article the poster’s ideological and aesthetic connotations and denotations are also described.Avtor sledi zgodovinski poti in preoblikovanjem enega od najbolj znanih političnih pla- katov dvajsetega stoletja, Tolci bele z rdečim klinom! Ela Lisickega. Članek prikaže avant- gardno umetnost, ki se giblje od reprezentacije sveta v njegovo spreminjanje ter izpostavi primere, ko je navedeni plakat pridobil zgodovinsko mesto med podobami Sovjetske zveze, ki so povzročile nastanek njegovih remejkov in aplikacij v SZ / Rusiji sedemdesetih in osemdesetih let. V tistem času je bil motiv plakata tudi preoblikovan v logotip »moderni- stične« kitajske skupine »Stars«, kar zastavlja vprašanje o poti po kateri je boljševistična politična podoba lahko pričela služiti kot emblem nepolitične skupine kitajskih slikarjev po koncu Velike kulture revoloucije. Knowledge so far existing about Knights Templars in Slovenian ethnic territory hasn\u27t been dealt with systematically up till now. As there are no authentic sources, proving the existence of this order, but only later records, the author tries to find out the moments and connections, which could have brought Templars to our regions, by analysing historical conditions in the 12th and 13th century. He touches polemically some questions of medieval history of Prekmurje, Bela krajina and Ljubljana city. Due to lack of sources the treatise can\u27t offer any essential conclusions, however, the author hypothesizes and opens some new problems. Thus this treatise is not a specialist study on Knights Templars, but a polemic contribution to Slovene medieval science.Vedenje o templarskem viteškem redu na Slovenskem dosedaj še ni bilo sistematično obdelano. Ker avtentičnih virov, ki bi dokazovali prisotnost tega reda ni, temveč obstajajo le kasnejši zapisi, skuša avtor z analizo zgodovinskih razmer v 12. in 13. stoletju ugotoviti momente in povezave, ki bi lahko v naše dežele pripeljali templarje. Pri tem se polemično dotakne nekaterih vprašanj srednjeveške zgodovine Prekmurja, Bele krajine in mesta Ljubljane. Razprava zaradi pomanjkanja virov ne more dati bistvenih zaključkov, postavlja pa hipoteze in odpira nekatera nova vprašanja. Ni specialistična študija o templarskem redu, temveč polemičen prispevek k slovenski medievistiki
Biologiskt kulturarv som hållbar värdeskapare – slutrapport
Detta är slutrapporten från interregprojektet med samma namn (Interregprojekt 20200961 / IR2016.04). Projektet genomfördes mellan mars 2016 och september 2019. Avsikten har varit att undersöka på vilket sätt natur- och kulturvärden och särskilt biologiskt kulturarv kan användas för att skapa mervärde i företagandet för fäbodbrukare och andra som använder utmarkens resurser. Målet har därmed varit att visa på sätt som skulle kunna skapa bättre ekonomiska förutsättningar för brukarna att fortsätta bedriva utmarksbruk utan att detta på ett negativt sätt påverkar dessa verksamheters bidrag till bevarande av exempelvis biologisk mångfald, kulturvärden och annat som går under benämningen biologiskt kulturarv. Under projektets gång har vi därför fokuserat på koncept som biologisk mångfald, biologiskt kulturarv, immateriellt kulturarv, terroir och sensorisk utvärdering i syfte att peka på värden som upprätthålls genom ett fortsatt bruk av utmarken, som numera till stor del handlar om en igenväxande resurs för framtiden. Projektet har till största delen varit deltagarstyrt och med inslag av återkommande workshopar med brukare för att kunna bidra till att utveckla deras företag. This is the final report from the interreg project with the same name (Interreg project 20200961 / IR2016.04). The project was carried out between March 2016 and September 2019. The intention was to investigate how natural and cultural values and especially biological cultural heritage can be used to create value through economic business development in the enterprise for livestock farmers and others who utilize resources from the outlying land. The aim has thus been to show ways to create better financial conditions for the farmer to continue to practice customary use without influencing the contribution of transhumance to biodiversity, cultural heritage and other aspects of biological heritage in a negative way. During the course of the project, we have consequently focused on concepts such as biodiversity, biological cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage, terroir and sensory evaluation in order to show values that are maintained through continued use of the outfield, which is now largely a growing resource for the future. Seterlandskapet
Seterlandskapet er et mangfoldig og variert landskap som mange ennå har et sterkt forhold til. For vel hundre år siden var både det norske og svenske jordbruket avhengig av å utnytte de lokale fôrressursene. Seterbruket utvidet disse mulighetene. Selv om antallet seterbrukere og setrer i drift i dag er betydelig lavere enn før, opprettholdes det fremdeles i sin tradisjonelle form flere steder både i Norge og i Sverige. Men seterbruket er sårbart, og dermed trues også alle de verdiene som er knytta til seterdrifta. Dette gjelder ikke bare det karakteristiske seterlandskapet, men også det biologiske mangfoldet og all den kunnskapen og historiene som er knytta til denne driftsformen. Med denne boka håper vi å gi ei allsidig innføring til seterbruket i MidtNorge og det svenske «fäbodbältet». Det har vært og er fortsatt både likheter og variasjoner i setertradisjonene, både innenfor landene og mellom Norge og Sverige. I tillegg har seterdrifta selvfølgelig endra seg opp gjennom tida, og tilpassa seg den utviklinga som ellers har foregått innenfor jordbruket. I boka beskriver vi mer overordna og nasjonale tradisjoner, samtidig som vi belyser detaljer og variasjoner ved hjelp av lokale eksempler. Eksemplene er i all hovedsak fra Midt-Norge og fra det svenske fäbodbeltet, men vi har også noen eksempler fra andre deler av Norge og Sverige. Noen av leserne vil derfor kjenne seg igjen i noen av de eksemplene vi trekker fram, mens andre eksempler blir mer fremmede. Opplysningene i denne boka tar utgangspunkt i informasjon og kunnskap som vi har tilegnet oss gjennom mer enn tjue års arbeid med prosjekter i seterlandskapet, men vi har også brukt arkivmateriale og litteratur. Innenfor rammen for Interregprosjektet «Biologisk kulturarv som bærekraftig verdiskaper» har vi også samlet inn faktakunnskap, refleksjoner og innspill fra aktive seterbrukere og andre som har god innsikt i seterbruket både som driftsform og som levende kulturarv. Vi håper at boka er interessant for lesere som vil gjøre seg litt bedre kjente med den verdifulle natur- og kulturarven som seterbruket representerer

The article analyses the sources and literature on the beginnings of the seigniory, the family, and the castle of Limbuš. It first discusses the (not entirely clear) origin of the Lords of Limbuš and then describes their political activities. Regarding the family’s origin itself, several contradictory conclusions have been made in the past. The author of the article scrutinizes them and presents his own conclusions, and then depicts the political and military activities of various members of the Limbuš family and their family relations with other families of the then Duchy of Styria.V članku so analizirani viri in literatura v zvezi z začetki limbuškega gospostva, tamkajšnje rodbine ter njenega gradu. Najprej je obravnavan (ne popolnoma jasen) izvor rodbine gospodov Limbuških, zatem je razčlenjeno njihovo politično delovanje. Kar se tiče njihovega izvora, je v že v preteklosti prihajalo do nasprotujočih si zaključkov. Te avtor v pričujočem članku pretrese in predstavi svoje ugotovitve. Nato opiše politične in vojaške aktivnosti različnih članov limbuške rodbine ter njihove sorodstvene povezave z drugimi rodbinami tedanje vojvodine Štajerske
An epidemiological study of urinary incontinence and its impact on quality of life among women aged 35 years and above in a rural area
Background : There have been few community-based epidemiological studies on urinary incontinence (UI) evaluating the risk factors and impact on quality of life (QOL) in India.
Objectives : This study was designed (1) to estimate age-specific prevalence and risk factors of UI among women aged 35 years and above in a rural area and (2) to analyze the impact of UI on the QOL of incontinent women.
Design and Setting : A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted.
Materials and Methods: A semi-structured questionnaire assessing socio-demographic factors, severity and type of incontinence, and obstetrical and other risk factors along with impact on QOL was administered in two clusters (villages) in Karimnagar district through multistage cluster sampling.
Results : In a sample of 552 women, 53 (10%) reported episodes of UI. The prevalence of UI showed significant association with increasing age (P < 0.01). Fifty-seven percent of the women had symptoms of stress incontinence, 23% of urge, and 20% mixed symptoms. Obstetrical factors associated with UI included high parity (P < 0.003), young age at first childbirth (P < 0.01), forceps delivery (P < 0.001), and prolonged labor (P < 0.001). Chronic constipation, chronic cough, and history of urinary tract infection were predictors of UI in regression analysis (Nagelkerke R 2 = 0.7). Women with stress incontinence had the severest perceived impact on QOL on a five-point scale questionnaire, mean 24.87 (95% CI 21.26-28.47).
Conclusion : One in 10 women reported episodes of UI with impaired QOL. The outcome is predicted both by obstetric and other risk factors
