Ghalib is universally known for the excellence of his Ghazal. This reputation mostly rests upon his one prevelent Dewan which is a selection containing only 1802 cuplet's. Ghalib actually wrote a large number of Ghazals which are spread over fifteen collections and Dewans, some of which are still in manuscript forms. His total verses are more than four thousand. In this Article Dr. Samina Nadeem has researched these aspects of Ghalib's Ghazal and brings forth many intersting and new dimentations. In this process she also compares the collected works of Ghalib including Nuskha-e-Arshi and Nuskha-e-Ashraf

IoD swarms collision avoidance via improved particle swarm optimization
Drones flights have been investigated widely. In the presence of high density and complex missions, collision avoidance among swarm of drones and with environment obstacles becomes a challenging task and indispensable. This paper aims to enhance the optimality and rapidity of three dimensional IoD path generation by improving the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. The improvements include using chaos map logic to initialize the population of PSO. Also, adaptive mutation is utilized to balance local and global search. Then, the inactive particles are replaced by new fresh particles to push the solution toward global optimal. Furthermore, Monte Carlo simulation is carried out and the results are compared with slandered PSO and with recent work CIPSO. The results exhibit significant improvement in convergence speed as well as optimal solution which prove the ability of proposed method to generate safety path for IoD formation without collision with terrain obstacle and among drones. The authors would like to acknowledge the support of the department of the computer engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals for this work.Ahmed, G (corresponding author), King Fahd Univ Petr & Minerals, Comp Engn Dept, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Automating the determination of wave speed using the pu-loop method
The PU-loop (pressure-velocity loop) is a method for determining wave speed and relies on the linear relationship between the pressure and velocity in the absence of reflected waves. This linearity of the PU-loop during early systole, which is directly related to wave speed, has always been established by eye. This paper presents a new technique that establishes this linearity and thus determining wave speed online. Pressure and flow were measured in the ascending aorta of 11 anesthetised dogs. The slope of the PU-loop, indicating wave speed was determined by eye and by using the new technique. The difference between the slopes of the two methods is in the order of 3%. The new technique is convenient and allows for the online assessment of wave speed, which could be used as a bedside tool for the assessment of arterial compliance

Potential Biomarkers in the Sera of Breast Cancer Patients from Bahawalpur, Pakistan
Most of the approximately 90,000 cases of Breast Cancer (BC) documented annually in Pakistan are not diagnosed properly because of lack of suitable markers. We performed serum proteome expression profiling of BC and benign breast disease (BBD) patients with the aim to identify biomarkers that can be helpful for diagnosis and prognosis of the disease. Sera of patients were analyzed by one-dimensional SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Differentially expressed proteins were subjected to identification through LC-MS/MS analysis. In majority of the BC cases some acute phase proteins (APP) and some complement system components (C3 and C8) containing fractions were up-regulated with the exception of transthyretin (TTR) which was predominantly (68.75%) down-regulated (n = 33/48) in the sera of these patients. Varying expression patterns were observed in BBD patients and healthy controls. These differentially expressed proteins have the potential to serve as diagnostic biomarkers for BC as well as benign breast diseases
Perceptions of Special Education Teachers on the Internal Efficacy of Their Institutions: A Comparative Study
Special education institutions are providing services to meet the unique needs of special students. Internal efficacy of any institution determines its effectiveness in terms of its outcomes. The current study was designed to explore the internal efficacy of special education institutions. The population of the study comprised of teachers teaching in the special education institution of the Lahore city. Sample of the study consisted of 200 teachers randomly selected from public and private sector special education institutions, currently performing their duties in the Lahore city. The study was quantitative in its nature conducting with descriptive research design. A standardized questionnaire was used to collect the data from the teachers after getting permission from its author. Initially, the questionnaire was piloted on a small number of participants to ensure its reliability. That was confirmed through Cronbach alpha (.750). After ensuring ethical considerations, researchers collected data by themselves from the teachers. The data were analyzed using SPSS. Results of independent sample t-test show the statistically significant difference between the public and private sector institutions’ internal efficacy. The internal efficacy of public sector special education institutions was better as compared to private sector special education institutions. Majority of the special education teachers serving in public sector institutes ranked the institutional communication, working environment, quality of education and professional support as major determined of internal efficacy of their institutions. The study has recommended that the private sector special education institutions need to enhance their internal efficacy

Article 1 - “Audio-visual piracy: towards a study of the underground networks of cultural globalization”
Article 2 - “Audiovisual Piracy, Informal Economy, and Cultural Globalization”
This article summary comprises of two article of the same author with a full name of Tristan Mattelart. The first article published on 2009 entitled; “Audio-visual piracy: towards a study of the underground networks of cultural globalization”, while the second article that were published on the year 2011 entitled; “Audiovisual Piracy, Informal Economy, and Cultural Globalization”. These two article consist of 19 and 16 pages consecutively. Both of these article discuss the cultural industries threat it presents to the western world and the underground networks it related to. Although both of these articles discuss the steps taken mainly by the US government to combat these problem in order to protect their intellectual property rights of US companies. Since both of the article are being authored by the same author, we can see that the later article; “Audiovisual Piracy, Informal Economy, and Cultural Globalization” often mention and cite the older article as a reference
