As a part of the Islamic intellectual tradition, Sufism is a discipline that focuses on the study of true and complete knowledge of metaphysical realities, especially the reality of God. Although oriented toward metaphysical matters, it cannot be approached merely through rational thought, as is the case with philosophy. Sufism has an epistemological framework that differs from reason or intellect. Today, Sufism has become a fundamental need for modern humans, who, according to Seyyed H. Nasr, have experienced despair and are in need of hope. Sufism plays a significant role in realizing the noble aspirations of humans seeking a harmonious life between physical and spiritual needs. Additionally, Sufism has not only revitalized Islamic ethics over centuries, but it has also become a central instrument in contemporary times, directly contributing to the socio-political-economic aspects of Islamic society through their fraternal relationships (Sufi brotherhoods). Moreover, there are several important aspects related to theology, namely ethical Sufism and philosophical Sufism.

CONSENT DECREE SEBAGAI SALAH SATU CARA DALAM UPAYA PENEGAKAN HUKUM PERSAINGAN USAHA DI INDONESIA (Perbandingan dengan Negara Amerika Serikat) M Fadil Imaddudin, Dr. Sukarmi, SH.,M.Hum., Moch. Zairul Alam, S.H., M.H. Kata Kunci: Consent Decree, KPPU, Perubahan Perilaku   ABSTRACT Consent Decree is an agreement that is approved by the parties and in which there is a judge\u27s interference as an order from the court, this method is a settlement of cases in America carried out outside the trial. This method is used by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) in resolving business competition cases. The consent decree method can provide efficiency in terms of human resources and costs and can speed up the handling of cases of business competition. The use of consent decree in America has become a very important business competition law enforcement tool. The Business Competition Supervisory Commission as a business competition law enforcement agency has obstacles that make law enforcement of business competition not optimal. KPPU can use the consent decree method as a solution to the problems faced. At present KPPU has a consent decree-like method called Behavior Change. Behavior changes currently regulated in Perkom Number 1 of 2019 have differences with consent decree. Based on this matter, in this thesis the author examines what constitutes the urgency of the adoption of consent decree in Indonesia and then comparisons and consent decree analysis with behavioral changes.     Keywords: Consent Decree, KPPU, Behavior Chang

This dataset provides a comprehensive overview of political party seat distribution and coalition alignment in Indonesia’s local parliaments following the 2024 General Election. In the Indonesian context, local parliaments refer to Provincial and District/Municipal Regional Representative Councils (DPRD). The dataset is organized into three main components. First, it maps the dominance of political party seats in provincial and district/municipal parliaments based on the 2024 legislative election results. Second, it presents the configuration of parliamentary seats according to political party alignment with presidential coalitions formed during the 2024 Presidential Election. Third, it categorizes parliamentary seats based on political parties that publicly supported the proposal to reintroduce indirect local executive elections. Data were compiled and processed by the author through systematic collection and triangulation of publicly available sources, including official election results and reports from national media. The dataset is intended to capture patterns and configurations of political representation and coalition dynamics at the subnational level, rather than to serve as an official administrative record. This dataset was prepared by researchers at the Association for Elections and Democracy (Perludem), with the support of student interns, as part of ongoing research and documentation efforts on electoral reform and subnational democratic governance in Indonesia. This dataset may be used for research on electoral systems, party politics, coalition behavior, and debates on local democratic governance in Indonesia
