No full textDie vorliegende Arbeit bewertet die prognostische Aussagekraft verschiedener Parameter zur Beschreibung der Leber- und Lungenfunktion bei kritisch kranken Patienten. Die modernen Organfunktionsparameter extravaskuläres Lungenwasser (EVLW) und Indozyaningrün-Plasmaverschwinderate (ICG-PDR), als Marker für Lungen- und Leberfunktion, wurden mit den Standardparametern Horovitz-Index und Bilirubin im Rahmen einer retrospektiven Analyse verglichen. Insgesamt wurden Daten von 178 Patienten ausgewertet. Alle Patienten waren einem erweiterten hämodynamischen Monitoring mit Hilfe des transkardiopulmonalen Doppelindikatorverfahrens unterzogen worden. Für das EVLW konnte keine diagnostische Überlegenheit gezeigt werden. Für die ICG-PDR zeichnete sich eine tendezielle prognostische Überlegenheit gegen über dem Bilirubin ab
