Redesign Identitas Visual PT Wana Sakhi Wilwatikta
Get PDFPariwisata di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat pasca pandemi Covid-19, dengan berbagai destinasi menarik. PT Wana Sakhi Wilwatikta, yang berdiri sejak 2008, melayani ratusan pelanggan dari sekolah dan instansi pemerintah. Meski telah beroperasi lebih dari 15 tahun, perusahaan ini kesulitan mengembangkan bisnisnya karena identitas visual yang lemah dan tidak memenuhi kaidah desain. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain ulang identitas visual PT Wana Sakhi Wilwatikta untuk menciptakan citra yang lebih profesional dan terpercaya. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, analisis SWOT, dan design thinking dengan lima tahap, desain baru akan disesuaikan dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Proses validasi dilakukan untuk menilai kelayakan teknis, dan desain diuji langsung kepada konsumen PT Wana Sakhi Wilwatikta. Hasilnya menunjukkan tanggapan sangat positif dalam skala Likert, membuktikan bahwa desain baru dapat digunakan sebagai identitas visual perusahaan.

Low molecular weight plasma antioxidants in healthy individuals and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients
No full textCand. Scient. Amrit Kaur Sakhi har i sin doktorgrad sett på en mulig sammenheng mellom nivået av antioksidanter i blod og overlevelsesprosent hos øre-nese-hals kreftpasienter.
Øre-nese-hals kreft er den sjuende mest vanlige krefttype på verdens basis og selv om behandlingsmetodene er blitt bedre, har overlevelsesprosenten vært rundt 50 %.
I sin avhandling Low molecular weight plasma antioxidants in healthy individuals and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients har Sakhi sett at øre-nese-hals kreftpasienter har lavere nivåer av antioksidanter sammenlignet med friske individer. I tillegg har pasienter med høyt nivå av karotenoider (en type antioksidanter som finnes i frukt og grønnsaker) både før og etter avsluttet strålebehandling bedre overlevelse enn de som har lave nivåer. Strålebehandling øker oksidativt stress i pasienter og de pasientene som har høyest økning i oksidativt stress under behandlingen har bedre overlevelse. Disse resultatene viser at det kan være gunstig å øke antioksidantnivået i øre-nese-hals kreftpasienter før og etter avsluttet strålebehandling. Derimot kan det være uheldig å øke pasientenes antioksidantnivå mens de får strålebehandling siden antioksidantene kan motvirke behandlingseffekten av stråling ved å dempe oksidativt stress.
Vi konkluderer derfor med at optimalisering av antioksidantstatus i øre-nese-hals kreftpasienter er viktig for å forbedre deres overlevelse og bør studeres nærmere. Den siste rapporten fra World Cancer Research Fund har også vist at høyt inntak av frukt og grønt sannsynligvis minker risiko for å utvike denne krefttypen. Det er også viktig at forbedring av antioksidantstatus skjer ved å øke inntaket av frukt og grønt og ikke via antioksidanttilskudd, siden andre studier har vist ingen eller negative effekter av tilskudd.
Sakhi´s arbeid har også vist at kaffe etterfulgt av frukt og bær er hovedkilder til antioksidanter i det norske kostholdet

Nanaki: the definition of sister and sisterhood in the Bala Janam Sakhi recension
No full textThe objective of this thesis is to unfold the role of Nanaki, the older sister of
Nanak, the founder of Sikhism in the Bala recension. In the Bala recension, Nanaki
is presented as a powerful and assertive woman. Her status is shown to be much
different than the women of contemporary Punjabi Sikh society. Revealing Nanaki's
status will give us an understanding of the presentation of women in the early Sikh
traditions.
The Bala Janam Sakhi recension is very popular among the Punjabi Sikh
community of the twentieth century. Therefore, I am using the Bala recension to
investigate the role of Nanaki. Other versions of Janam Sakhis recensions also exit,
such as Puratan Janam Sakhi recension, Miharban Janam Sakhi recension and Mani
Singh Janam Sakhi recension, but they are not followed by Punjabi Sikhs as much as
Bala recension.
My analysis will focus on the kin relationships of Nanaki, Nanak and their
close kin and how they are reflected in the status of women in the Bala recension.
Nanaki was Nanak's caretaker, protector and guardian. Nanaki's powerful and
authoritarian personality played a vital part in the establishment of Sikhism by Nanak.
Nanaki is presented as a powerful and authoritarian daughter, sister, wife and
