Upper-extremity cycling is an intervention that facilitates bilateral integration and rhythmic, repetitive arm movement. This poster highlights its potential as a safe and effective therapy for critically ill stroke patients in the early recovery period.

Kol Isha Atop the Mechitza: Finding a Women's Voice in Jewish Transgender Activism
Just over a decade ago, the seminal anthology “Balancing on the Mechitza” marked the start of an era of tremendous growth in Jewish transgender life and activism. This paper explores how this movement has experienced its own form of “kol isha,” the restriction placed on Jewish women’s voices within traditional Jewish law. By applying parallels that the author finds in the work and experiences of Jewish lesbian-feminists, and in particular reading the Jewish lesbian anthology “Nice Jewish Girls” against “Balancing on the Mechitza,” the author attempts to forward insights about the ways in which Jewish trans activism has brought limited liberation for Jewish trans women. It explores what Jewish trans spaces might be able to learn from this history to further liberation not only for trans women, but for Jewish women more broadly.
Utilizing the feminist concept that an author’s own position is not only inevitably represented within the work, but also of critical importance, it bridges this theoretical analysis with the authors experiences in Jewish trans spaces and advocates material changes to how these spaces are organized—including the democratization of power and authority, a renewed focus on the gendered division of labor, and a prioritization and exploration of women’s practices, both traditional and innovative. Drawing upon the work of Black feminists, it emphasizes the challenging nature of coalition work, and advocates a shared empathy and compassionate accountability between marginalized groups which inevitably replicate systems of oppression which they do not create. Rephrasing a question by Jewish lesbian-feminist Irena Klepfisz asked about Jewish lesbian oppression in the lesbian movement, it both proposes and explores: do I feel that by asking other trans people to deal with misogyny or transphobia I am draining the movement of precious energy that would be better used elsewhere? Towards Generic Solving, Generation, and Rating Methods for Strategy-Solvable Pen and Paper Puzzles
Pen and paper puzzles are a fun pastime to test your logical reasoning skills, with Sudoku being the most popular of these puzzles.While the problem of solving these puzzles is usually in NP-Complete, generating them is more difficult, depending on the type of puzzle.When generating puzzles for humans, we have to keep in mind how they solve them, as we cannot expect them to brute-force the solution.Generation methods exist for simple number-based puzzles like the Sudoku, but these methods do not translate to the domain of language-based puzzles.We take the concept of strategy-solving to mimic human solving methods and apply them to the Raatsel, a language-based puzzle, and the Sudoku, to generalize a common methodology for generating, solving and rating these problem instances.A new method will be introduced to generate Raatsels using a reduction from Subgraph Isomorphism.This concept of instance generation with specific properties has many applications outside of puzzles, such as validating correctness and generating training data for machine learning.Computer Scienc
Reference-free biomarker mining in metagenomic data using language embedding
Metagenomic Next-Generation Sequencing (mNGS) presents a promising avenue to generate massive volume of sequence reads in a short period of time. This has opened opportunities for disease diagnosis based on individual variations and mutations by considering the microbiome profile of each patient. However, the effective use of this data requires the design of appropriate algorithms which can closely represent the metagenomic data in an accurate and condensed manner.In this work, we acknowledged the efficiency of current approaches such as reference based methods and frequency encoding. However, we also recognized the limitations of current methods, such as limiting findings to pre-existing knowledge and inadequate representation of reads and metagenomic samples. Accordingly, we explored a naturallanguage embedding technique, called Doc2vec, as a potential embedding approach for metagenomic study and phenotype prediction.We introduced some modifications in the original Doc2Vec architecture to remove a bottleneck in analysing long reads. This was done by replacing k-mer-level encoding with nucleotide-level representation. We used the embeddings obtained from this method as input to logistic classifier and ridge regression models. We compared the results with Kraken2 on colorectal cancer and type-2 diabetes classification, and for regression tasks on type-2 diabetes-related measures.The results suggest a comparable performance between the proposed method and reference-based method for colorectal cancer classification. For type-2 diabetes dataset, reference-based method performs significantly better. In regression tasks to predict various metrics associated with type-2 diabetes, the proposed representation was comparable to reference-based method for some phenotypes, but lacked flexibility in others, indicating that the applicability of proposed approach strongly depends on the objective, dataset, and target phenotype.Computer Scienc

Terdapat dua konflik yang sering terlihat dalam sebuah karya sastra yaitu konflik eksternal dan internal. Film Bei Shang Ni Liu Cheng He ini juga memiliki dua konflik ini. Penulis dalam penelitian ini hanya membahas mengenai konflik internal yang berupa konflik intrapsikis yang terdiri dari diri ideal dan kebencian diri dari tokoh utama Yi Yao. Penulis menggunakan teori dari Karen Horney dalam mengkaji mengenai diri ideal dan kebencian diri dalam diri tokoh utama Yi Yao di film Bei Shang Ni Liu Cheng He. Penelitian ini akan memfokuskan pada tiga rumusan masalah yaitu : (1) bagaimana diri ideal tokoh utama ?? Yi? Ya?o dalam film????????Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? karya ?? Luo? Luo?; (2) bagaimana bentuk kebencian diri tokoh utama ?? Yi? Ya?o dalam film???????? Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? karya ?? Luo? Luo?; (3) bagaimana penyelesaian konflik intrapsikis tokoh utama ?? Deskriptif kualitatif menjadi jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penelitian ini dengan disertai pendekatan psikologi sastra. Teori psikoanalisis sosial dari Karen Horney menjadi teori yang akan digunakan dalam memahami dan menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Film ???????? Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? buah karya dari ?? Luo? Luo? yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian berasal dari dialog, monolog, narasi, dan tingkah laku yang dilakukan oleh tokoh utama ?? Yi? Ya?o atau tokoh lainnya yang menunjukkan diri ideal, kebencian diri dan juga gaya penyelesaian konflik dalam diri tokoh utama di film????????Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? karya ?? Luo? Luo?. Teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat menjadi teknik yang dipilih peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) diri ideal dari tokoh utama ?? Yi Yao di film????????Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? karya ?? Luo? adalah ingin memiliki sebuah keluarga yang utuh, ingin memiliki kehidupan normal seperti teman-teman sekolahnya yang lain dan tidak diinjak- injak atau digertak di sekolahnya; (2) bentuk kebencian diri yang paling menonjol dalam diri tokoh uatma adalah menghina diri yang diperlihatkan dengan cara menjuluki dirinya dengan berbagai sebutan yang tidak baik; (3) Gaya penyelesaian konflik tokoh utama Yi Yao yang paling sering digunakan adalah gerak menjauh orang lain, yang diperlihatkan dengan cara menyuruh orang lain tidak perlu memedulikannya dan juga dengan menolak mengungkapkan masalahnya kepada orang lain.

Abstract
There are two conflicts that are often seen in a literary work, namely external and internal conflicts. This movie Bei Shang Ni Liu Cheng He also has these two conflicts. The author in this study only discusses internal conflicts in the form of intrapsychic conflicts consisting of the ideal self and self-hatred of the main character Yi Yao. The author uses the theory of Karen Horney in examining the ideal self and self-hatred in the main character Yi Yao in the movie Bei Shang Ni Liu Cheng He. This research will focus on three problem formulations, namely: (1) what is the ideal self of the main character Yi? Ya?o in the movie????????Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? by Luo? Luo?; (2) what is the form of self-hatred by the main character Yi? Ya?o in the movie????????Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? by Luo? Luo?; (3) how to resolve the intrapsychic conflict of the main character Yi? Ya?o in Luo? Luo?'s movie Be?isha?ng

Ni?liu? Che?ng He?. Qualitative descriptive is the type of research used by this study accompanied by a literary psychology approach. Social psychoanalytic theory from Karen Horney becomes the theory that will be used in understanding and analyzing the data in this study. The movie Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? is the work of Luo? Luo? which is the data source in this research. The research data comes from dialogues, monologues, narrations, and behaviors performed by the main character Yi? Ya?o or other characters who show the ideal self, self-hatred and conflict resolution style in the main character in the movie????????Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? by Luo? Luo?. The listening technique is free to engage in conversation and the note-taking technique is the technique chosen by the researcher to collect data in this study. The analysis technique uses interpretive descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study obtained forty data which were classified into nine data indicating the main character's ideal self, eleven data indicating the main character's form of self-hatred, and twenty data indicating the main character's style of completion. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the ideal self of the main character Yi Yao in the movie????????Be?isha?ng Ni?liu? Che?ng He? by Luo? is wanting to have a complete family, wanting to have a normal life like his school friends who other and not trampled on or bullied in his school; (2) the most prominent form of self-hatred in the main character is self-deprecation which is shown by calling himself with various bad names; (3) The main character Yi Yao's conflict resolution style that is most often used is to move away from others, which is shown by telling others not to care about him and also by refusing to reveal his problems to others.
